Abstract

车辆的方向盘退缩装置
技术领域
本发明有关于一种用于车辆,并于车辆撞击他物时使方向盘退缩,以在车祸中防止驾驶者撞击方向盘的车辆的方向盘退缩装置。
背景技术
有各式冲击及能量发散装置或组合被发展并附于各式车辆,以吸收并发散可能传给驾驶人或乘客的冲击,并防止驾驶人或乘客受伤。
举例而言,有各式冲击及能量发散装置被发展并附于车辆的保险杆或其他部分,以吸收并发散可能传到驾驶人或乘客的冲击。
然而,当车祸发生,或当他物撞击车辆,或当车辆撞击他物,驾驶人可能因惯量而严重撞击方向盘,以致驾驶人可能在车祸中严重受伤。
为避免驾驶人撞击方向盘并为安全地保护驾驶人或乘客,有各式气囊被发展并附于车内前方,当车祸发生,或当他物撞击车辆,或当车辆撞击他物,气囊膨胀。
然而,实际上,当车祸发生,或当他物撞击车辆,或当车辆撞击他物,气囊将因爆炸性空气或其它爆炸性气体而瞬间膨胀,气囊的快速或瞬间爆炸可能施大力于驾驶人,以致许多驾驶人被气囊所伤,非因车祸受伤。
此外,方向盘位于驾驶人的正前方且极近驾驶人,在方向盘与驾驶人之间的距离对气囊膨胀而言太小,以致气囊的快速或瞬间爆炸可能施大力于驾驶人,并可能使驾驶人受内伤。
本发明要消除或减轻车辆的习知的方向盘的上述缺点。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种方向盘退缩装置,它附于车辆,当车辆撞或被撞,使方向盘退缩,或使方向盘远离驾驶人,并因此在车祸中防止驾驶人撞击方向盘。
为实现上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:一种车辆的方向盘退缩装置包括一方向盘及一移动机构,该方向盘设在一车辆里,在车祸发生时,该移动机构使该方向盘相对该车辆移动,以选择性使该方向盘远离驾驶人,并因此在车祸中防止驾驶人撞击方向盘。
该移动机构有一液压缸及一轴。该液压缸连于该车辆,且其内有一室。该轴贯穿该油压缸的室,并有一顶部连于该方向盘,该液压缸包括至少一轴承,其设于该液压缸与该轴之间。
该轴于其内有一孔,一连接装置连到该车辆的前轮,包括一连杆,其顶部贯穿该轴的该孔,使该方向盘连到该车辆的前轮,该轴包括至少一导肋形成于其内并伸入该轴的该孔,且该连杆包括至少一导肋形成于其顶部,以啮合该轴的该导肋,允许该连接装置的该连杆被该轴转动。
该移动机构包括一活塞杆、一活塞及一激活件。该活塞杆可滑动地伸到该轴,该活塞连于该活塞杆并且与之是一体的,并可滑动地插入该液压缸的该室,使该液压缸的该室分为第一空间及第二空间,该激活件伸入该液压缸的该室的该第二空间,以选择性使该活塞相对该液压缸移动,活塞杆的顶端设置可解除的闩,其连接车辆的框,在活塞杆,方向盘和所述轴相对液压缸及车辆退缩时,解除该闩,使得方向盘更远离驾驶员。
一轴承装置设在该活塞杆与该轴之间,使该活塞杆与该轴可转地相连,以防止该活塞杆与该轴相对轴向地移动,该轴承装置包括至少一止滑轴承或针轴承,其设在该活塞杆与该轴之间,可设一维持环在该活塞杆与该轴之间,使该活塞杆与该轴可转地相连。
该激活件包括一向外伸的活塞杆,其被驱动以提供高压液体给该液压缸的该第二室。该激活件包括至少一止逆阀,其设在该液压缸与该激活件之间。
该移动机构包括一激活装置,其包括一活塞杆连于该液压缸,选择性使该液压缸与该方向盘远离该驾驶人,该激活装置可能连于该框或被该框支持,该激活件可能连于该激活装置,以选择性激活该激活装置,使该液压缸与该方向盘远离该驾驶人。

具体实施方式
参考所附之图,首先参考图1-5,本发明的万向盘退缩装置10设于一牛辆80,以致连于该车辆80的方向盘88,当车辆80被他物撞,或当车辆80撞他物,方向盘退缩装置10选择性使车辆80的方向盘88退缩,并因此在车祸中防止驾驶人撞方向盘88。在车辆80内可能还包括一框81在驾驶人之前,以支持方向盘退缩装置。
方向盘退缩装置10包括一液压缸11,其设于车辆80,举例而言,液压缸11包括一基部组件12,其设于车辆80,例如以一或多根固定件13把基部组件12固定于车辆80的框81,而且液压缸11于其内有一室14。一轴20可转地并可滑动地贯穿液压缸11的室14,并包括一底端21伸出液压缸11的室14,包括一顶端22连于车辆80的方向盘88,以允许方向盘88及轴20,相对液压缸11及车辆80,转动并向下移动。
轴20于其内有一孔23,一或多导肋24形成于轴20的底端21里,并伸入孔23。一或多轴承25可设在液压缸11与轴20的底端21之间,以允许轴20相对液压缸11,转动并向下移动。一典型连接装置30连于车辆80的前轮82,以控制前轮82,或转向。连接装置30包括一连杆31,其连于轴20,并包括一或多导肋或齿32形成于其上部33,以啮合轴20的导肋24,且允许前轮82因方向盘88而受控、转向或转动。连杆31的上部33是典型的而不会详细予以描述。
在操作中,参考图1-3,当连接装置30的连杆31的导肋或齿32啮合轴20的导肋24,前轮82可能因方向盘88而被控制、转向或转动,以控制车辆80的驾驶方向。然而,如图6及7所示,当连接装置30的连杆31的导肋或齿32远离轴20的导肋24,前轮82不再因方向盘88而被控制、转向或转动。这情形发生于方向盘88与轴20相对液压缸11及车辆80退缩或向下移动时。
一筒或活塞杆40可滑动地连于轴20,并于其底端包括一活塞41,活塞41可在液压缸11的室14里移动,液压缸11的室14分为第一空间16及第二空间17(图2、3及7)。一轴承装置42设在活塞杆40的顶端46与轴20的顶端之间,包括一维持环43设在活塞杆40与轴20之间,使活塞杆40与轴20可转地相连,却不能相对彼此轴向移动。轴20的顶端可能包括一环沟26(图5),其啮合维持环43。
轴承装置42可能包括一或多止滑轴承44,或一或更多针轴承45,其设在活塞杆40与轴20之间,以便利它们的相对转动,并防止它们的相对轴向移动。在操作中,当前轮82因方向盘88及轴20而受控、转向或转动,轴20可能相对液压缸11及车辆80转动,且活塞杆40不必相对液压缸11及车辆80转动。
活塞杆40的顶端46可能因一或多可解除的闩47而连于车辆80的框81(图4、5),当活塞杆40、方向盘88及轴20相对液压缸11及车辆80退缩,或当车祸发生,解除闩47,活塞杆40相对液压缸11的操作将被讨论。
一或多液压缸或激活件50连于车辆80的外周,每一激活件50包括一活塞杆51向外伸,并相对车辆80向外伸,在车辆80被他物撞或撞他物时,激活件50被激活。可能用一或多管54,把一或多止逆阀52及一或多泄压阀53连于激活件50,并可能连于液压缸11的一或多入口18,其中,入口18通于液压缸11的空间17,以提供高压的空气或流体或液压油到液压缸11的空间17,并使活塞杆40相对液压缸11退缩。
在操作中,当车祸发生,或当车辆80被他物撞,或当车辆80撞他物,激活件50被激活,以提供高压的空气、流体或液压油到液压缸11的空间17,并使活塞杆40相对液压缸11退缩,使方向盘88相对车辆80移动并远离驾驶人,并因此增加在驾驶人与方向盘88之间的距离,并因此在车祸中防止驾驶人撞方向盘88并缓冲驾驶人。使在驾驶人与方向盘88之间的距离增加,可适当减少气囊83(图6)施于驾驶人的力。
还可能把一液压缸或激活装置60连于车辆80,例如以一枢接件84(图5)连于车辆80的框81,并包括一活塞杆61连于液压缸11,使方向盘88相对车辆80更退缩,或更远离驾驶人,更增加在驾驶人与方向盘88之间的距离。可能使可解除的闩47,在活塞杆40、方向盘88及轴20相对液压钵11及车辆80移动时,才选择性被解除。
典型车辆未能提供任何退缩装置使方向盘88相对车辆80或驾驶人退缩,例如使方向盘88相对车辆80向下移动,或远离驾驶人,提增加在驾驶人与方向盘88之间的距离,并因此防止驾驶人快速撞方向盘88。
该方向盘退缩装置10进一步包括一筒体90,活塞杆40穿置于筒体90中,一或多钢索91连于活塞杆40顶端46(如图8),钢索91向下穿经基部组件12,钢索91并连接至可拉动组件(图中未示),在操作中,当车祸发生,车辆80被他物撞或撞他物时,拉动组件被激活,其卷收或拉动一或多钢索91,该一或多钢索91把活塞杆40向下拉动,选择性解除闩47,活塞杆40相对筒体90滑动,使活塞杆40、方向盘88相对筒体90及车辆80退缩。令方向盘88相对车辆80退缩或远离驾驶人。

Claims (4)

1.一种车辆的方向盘退缩装置,包括:
一方向盘,设在一车辆里;及
一移动机构,能在车祸发生时,使该方向盘相对该车辆移动,以选择性使该方向盘远离驾驶人;
该移动机构包括:一液压缸,连于该车辆,且其内有一室;及一轴,贯穿该液压缸的室,并有一顶部连于该方向盘;
该轴于其内有一孔,轴包括至少一导肋形成于其内并伸入该轴的该孔,一连接装置连到该车辆的前轮,并包括一连杆,其顶部贯穿该轴的该孔,使该方向盘连到该车辆的前轮,该连杆包括至少一导肋形成于其顶部,以啮合该轴的该导肋,并允许该连接装置的该连杆被该轴转动;
该移动机构包括:第一活塞杆,其可滑动地伸到该轴;
其特征在于:
一活塞,其连于该第一活塞杆并且与之是一体的,并可滑动地插入该液压缸的该室,该活塞将该液压缸的该室分为第一空间及第二空间;及一激活件,其伸入该液压缸的该室的该第二空间,以选择性使该活塞相对该液压缸移动,第一活塞杆的顶端设置可解除的闩,其连接车辆的框,在第一活塞杆,方向盘和所述轴相对液压缸及车辆退缩时,解除该闩,使得方向盘更远离驾驶员。
2.如权利要求1所述车辆的方向盘退缩装置,其特征在于:该激活件被驱动以提供高压液体或高压气体给该液压缸的该第二空间。
3.如权利要求1所述车辆的方向盘退缩装置,其特征在于:该移动机构包括一激活装置,其包括第二活塞杆,其连于该液压缸,且所述框连于该车辆,并安置该激活装置,选择性使该液压缸与该方向盘远离该驾驶人。
4.如权利要求3所述车辆的方向盘退缩装置,其特征在于:该移动机构还包括一或多钢索,其可向下拉动所述第一活塞杆,使方向盘相对车辆退缩或远离驾驶人。
