Abstract
本发明涉及制造建筑工业用纺织品的方法及装置和建筑工业用纺织品。在由熔纺的纤维制造建筑工业用纺织品的方法中,熔纺的长纤维在网带上连续和无干扰地输送,通过所有加固及后处理区。本发明提出,将熔纺的长丝铺放在一环形网带上,在该网带上被输送通过第一加固级,其中长丝在整个过程中附加地通过抽吸区固定在网带上,从而在第一加固级内便已经充分加固,使得可以在不用输送带的情况下实现一种无干扰的输送。
Description
本发明涉及一种用来由熔纺的纤维制造建筑工业用纺织品(Geotextilien)的方法,其中熔纺的长纤维(长丝)在一网带上连续和无干扰地输送,通过所有加固(粘合)及后处理区。
由DE 196 27 256介绍了一种用来液力机械缠结纤维网的纤维的方法,其中在换面的导布器中进行多重针刺处理,并且从一个输送装置到另一个输送装置的转换通过连续和不伸长的纤维网支承进行。为此在从一个支承面输送到另一个支承面时纤维网通过一跟随运动的连续带(Endlosbahn)被支承。
由EP 0 859 076已知一种用于纤维网纤维液力缠结的装置,其中为了在第一针刺单元内更强地加固,给输送纤维网的连续带配设一反方向行进的连续带,并使纤维网在连续带之间形成的锥形缝隙内越来越受到压实。
两种方法应该在纤维网还没有充分加固时避免干扰。
然而在纤维铺放后在输送到第一加固区的过程中在纤维网内便已经出现第一次干扰。
本发明的目的是提供一种用来铺放和接着液力缠结纤维的方法,其中在纤维铺放后在第一加固区之前便立即避免纤维网的干扰。
因此本发明的主题是由熔纺的长丝通过液力缠结制造建筑工业用纺织品的方法,其特征为:将熔纺的长丝铺放在环形网带上,在该网带上被输送通过第一加固级,其中长丝在整个过程中附加地通过抽吸区固定在网带上,因此在第一加固级便已经充分加固,使得可以不用输送带进行无故障的输送。
也就是说熔纺长丝首先用常用的方法铺放在环形网带上,并在该网带上输送到第一加固级。这时所铺放的长丝在输送期间在网带上通过抽吸区固定,使得在未加固的长丝输送时不会出现干扰。这里抽吸空气的速度为1-15m/s。
在第一加固级内,根据加固装置结构设置的不同,水束穿过网带起作用和/或网带用作衬垫。
对于通过网带进行加固的结构方案,网带具有1-8cm-1、尤其是2-5cm-1的网眼尺寸。当网带用作衬垫时,网带具有10-100cm-1、尤其是20-60cm-1的网眼尺寸。
在第一加固级内加固后,建筑工业用纺织品充分加固,使它可不受组织结构的干扰也不用输送带支承地行进。但是有时网带也可以穿过其他可能的加固级。
也就是说在网带上既形成无纺布又进行加固。
通过这种方法,可以避免在铺放后在还没有加固的纺织品的组织内出现任何可能的干扰。因此可以避免复杂的工艺导向,例如换面的导向装置。
本发明的主题还涉及用这种方法制造的建筑工业用纺织品,其特点是具有良好的一致性和均匀性。
作为长丝,可以考虑采用所有可熔融纺丝的原材料,例如聚烯烃如聚丙烯、聚酰胺或聚酯。
本发明的另一个主题是一种用来由熔纺的长丝制造建筑工业用纺织品的装置,其特征为:在铺放装置下面设一网带,在网带上安放抽吸区并且所述网带一直通到第一加固装置。

Claims (7)
1.由熔纺的长丝通过液力缠结制造建筑工业用纺织品的方法,其特征为:将熔纺的长丝铺放在一环形网带上,在该网带上被输送通过第一加固级,其中长丝在整个过程中附加地通过抽吸区固定在网带上,从而在第一加固级内便已经充分加固,使得可以在不用输送带的情况下实现一种无干扰的输送。
2.按权利要求1的方法,其特征为:所述网带通过所有加固级。
3.按权利要求1的方法,其特征为:在抽吸区内施加一个1-100mbar的负压。
4.按权利要求1至3之任一项的方法,其特征为:在穿过网带进行加固的情况,网带的网眼尺寸为1-8cm-1。
5.按权利要求1至3之任一项的方法,其特征为:在网带用作衬垫的情况,网带的网眼尺寸为10-100cm-1。
6.由熔纺的长丝制造建筑工业用纺织品的装置,其特征为:在铺放装置下面设一网带,在网带上安放抽吸区并且所述网带一直通到第一加固装置。
7.按照权利要求1-4之一项的方法制造的建筑工业用纺织品。
