本发明涉及炼钢用硼复合熔剂,熔剂是由下述成分按重量份比例制成:200目的生矾土粉:10-40份;200目的硼尾矿:60-90份;本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是:该发明产品代替萤石和铝酸钙对解决现有熔剂萤石污染、铝酸钙成本高,对解决硼尾矿和硼泥占地污染环境,搞好矿产资源综合利用,推动循环经济高速健康发展,降低炼钢成本,都具有重要意义。

炼钢用硼复合熔剂
技术领域
本发明涉及钢铁冶金炼钢用硼复合熔剂。
背景技术
长期以来,我国在炼钢过程中普遍使用萤石或合成铝酸钙等进行造渣和化渣。萤石虽然对造渣和化渣有利,但它在高温下容易分解,使水和空气中F-含量超标,造成空气和循环水的严重污染;铝酸钙等不存在污染问题,但生产成本较高,影响推广应用。
辽宁省有丰富的废弃硼尾矿或硼泥资源,利用废弃硼尾矿或硼泥为原料,制作炼钢用硼复合熔剂,是本申请人研究的重要项目。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种炼钢用硼复合熔剂,是利用废弃硼尾矿或硼泥为主要原料,加入不同比例的矾土,确定出熔点不高于1400℃的熔剂配方。
炼钢用硼复合熔剂,其特征在于该熔剂是由下述成分按重量份比例制成:
1)200目的生矾土粉:10-40份;
200目的硼尾矿:60-90份;
工艺流程为:
所述的原料按要求的重量份比例配料,压球,干燥,烧结,出成品。
成品技术性能指标为:

以上熔剂:
第一,本身熔点低,在炼钢条件下受热即化;
第二,与渣反应性好,生成物熔点也低,易流动和铺展。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是:
该发明产品代替萤石和铝酸钙对解决现有熔剂萤石污染、铝酸钙成本高,对解决硼尾矿和硼泥占地污染环境,搞好矿产资源综合利用,推动循环经济高速健康发展,降低炼钢成本,都具有重要意义。
具体实施方式
实施例1
炼钢用硼复合熔剂,该熔剂是由下述成分按重量份比例制成:
200目的生矾土粉:30份;
200目的硼尾矿:  70份;
工艺流程为:
所述的原料按要求的重量份比例配料,压球,干燥,烧结,出成品。

炼钢用硼复合熔剂,该熔剂是由下述成分按重量份比例制成:
200目的生矾土粉:10份;
200目的硼尾矿:90份;
工艺流程为:
所述的原料按要求的重量份比例配料,压球,干燥,烧结,出成品。

炼钢用硼复合熔剂,该熔剂是由下述成分按重量份比例制成:
200目的生矾土粉:40份;
200目的硼尾矿:60份;
工艺流程为:
所述的原料按要求的重量份比例配料,压球,干燥,烧结,出成品。
