背景技术
仲丁威ISO通用名称:fenobucarb商品名:巴沙;扑杀威;丁苯威;Baycarb;Brodan;Carvil;Hopcin。化学名称:2—仲丁基苯基—N—甲基氨基甲酸酯
结构式:
纯品熔点33~34℃,30℃时水中为660mg/l,易溶于一般有机溶剂,如丙酮、三氯甲烷、苯、甲苯、二甲苯等。对碱和强酸不稳定。可用于水稻、蔬菜、棉花、果树等作物上防治稻飞虱、蓟马、叶蝉、三化螟、稻纵卷叶螟、蚜虫、果树食心虫等多种害虫,主要是通过抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶使害虫中毒死亡,对害虫具有强烈触杀作用,并具有一定胃毒,熏蒸和杀卵作用。
丁硫克百威英文通用名为Carbosulfan,化学名称为2,3—二氢—2,2—二甲基—7—苯并呋喃基[(二丁基氨)硫基]甲基氨基甲酸酯

纯品为无色或淡黄色油状液体,沸点124~128℃,工业品为棕色粘稠液体。在二甲苯、乙烷、氯仿、甲烷或甲醇中的溶解度均为50%;在中性或碱性介质中稳定,在强酸或强碱中不稳定;常温贮存稳定性两年以上。丁硫克百威是克百威低毒化衍生物,克百威能防治40多种害虫,我国每年产量约2500吨,由于毒性高,许多地方开始禁止使用,丁硫克百威是克百威最理想的替代品种,是一种广谱杀虫、杀线虫、杀螨剂,能有效防治马铃薯绿桃蚜、水稻象甲、盲舂象、介壳虫、飞虱、叶蝉、地老虎、蓟马、螨等各种害虫。具有较高的内吸性,残效期较长,对成虫、幼虫都有较好的防效。主要用于果树、蔬菜、棉花、水稻上防治多种害虫、螨。目前,我国原药年产量为数百吨左右,该品种主要生产厂家有:湖南海利化工股份有限公司、浙江化工研究院实验厂,江苏铜山农药厂,江苏无锡农药厂等,登记剂型为20%乳油,其乳油中60%以上为有机溶剂。尚没有仲丁威与丁硫克百威水乳剂。

原药外观为黄色液体;熔点:15℃;30℃水中溶解度为5mg/l,易溶于大多数有机溶剂;在强酸或强碱性条件下水解,对热不稳定,50℃以上开始分解,温度越高,分解加快。低毒,无致畸、致癌、致突变作用。是1970年英国卜内门公司研制成的一种高效、低毒、低残留有机磷杀虫剂、杀螨剂,有较强的触杀、胃毒作用和良好的熏蒸作用,也能浸入叶片组织具有叶面输导作用,是一种广谱性杀虫药剂,其作用机理是抑制生物体内胆碱酯酶的活性。它不但可以用于粮食、棉花、果树、蔬菜等作物多种害虫的防治,而且可以有效地防治粮食仓储害虫及蚊蝇等卫生害虫,且对人类无致畸、致癌、致突变的作用,是联合国粮农组织极力推荐的优良农药品种之一,可防治在粮食粒内部发育的各个阶段的害虫,药效持久,对于抗有机磷杀虫剂的赤拟谷盗品系的毒力也较其它一些杀虫剂为佳,很少产生交互抗药性。甲基嘧啶磷制剂以50%乳油为主,由于乳油中含大量有机溶剂,在生产和使用中产生难闻的有毒气味,易燃易爆,给生产、贮运和使用造成不安全因素,并且使用后对土地和环境也造成污染。因此,研究开发环境相容性好的新农药制剂,是整个农药界的努力方向。但由于以上三种农药与水相溶性不够好,较难加工成水性化制剂,目前国内外尚无以上三种农药的水性化制剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供农药仲丁威、丁硫克百威、甲基嘧啶磷的水乳剂及其制备方法。本发明是以仲丁威或丁硫克百威或甲基嘧啶磷为有效成分,加入合适的助剂配制成水乳剂。
下面详述本发明的实施方法:
一种含仲丁威或丁硫克百威或甲基嘧啶磷的水乳剂,组成为仲丁威或丁硫克百威或甲基嘧啶磷为5%~30%(w/w)、表面活性剂5%~30%(w/w)、抗冻剂1%~10%(w/w)、增稠剂0%~5%(w/w)、水25%~89%(w/w)。
本水乳剂选用的表面活性剂包括阴离子型、非离子型或它们的混合型,有十二烷基苯磺酸盐、十二烷基硫酸盐、农乳100号、农乳500号、农乳600号、BY、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯等,优选的表面活性剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯。
本发明的增稠剂包括天然增稠剂,如黄原胶、阿拉伯胶等;半合成的增稠剂,如纤维素甲基化合物;以及合成的增稠剂,如聚丙烯酸酯、聚乙烯醇等,优选的增稠剂为黄原胶、聚乙烯醇。
适用于本发明的抗冻剂包括如丙二醇、乙二醇或丙三醇。优选的抗冻剂为乙二醇。
适用于本发明的水是去离子水。
本发明是这样制备的:先将仲丁威或丁硫克百威或甲基嘧啶磷与表面活性剂搅拌得到均匀油相;然后将水、防腐剂、抗冻剂等混合在一起,形成均一水相,在常温和高速搅拌下将油相加入到水相(或水相加入到油相),形成分散良好的水乳剂,用粒度分布测试仪测定得到的产品平均粒径20.00微米以下。本发明选择的搅拌速度是200转/分钟~2000转/分钟;搅拌时间是3~20分钟。
水乳剂属于农药新剂型范围。它是由不溶于水的原药液体或原药固体溶于不溶于水的有机溶剂,所得的液体分散于水中形成的一种农药制剂。外观为不透明的带兰光白色乳状液。由于本发明的水乳剂中含量少的或不含有机溶剂,无难闻的有毒气味,不易燃易爆,使用安全,减少了对土地和环境的污染,大大提高了对生产贮运和使用者的安全性。经药效试验证明,本发明的水乳剂药效与乳油药效相当。
下面详述本发明的实施方法:
具体实施方式
为了进一步理解本发明,现提出下列实施例和药效试验对本发明作更详细的说明。
实施例1
称取仲丁威原药30克、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯为20克,十二烷基苯磺酸盐10克混合均匀成油相,称取乙二醇10克、阿拉伯胶5克,去离子水25克,混合均匀成水相,调整搅拌速度为200转/分钟,将油相加入到水相后,搅拌20分钟得到30%仲丁威水乳剂。
实施例2
称取仲丁威原药20.5克、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚为10克,十二烷基硫酸盐5克混合均匀成油相,称取乙二醇4克、黄原胶溶液2克,去离子水58.5克,混合均匀成水相,调整搅拌速度为1000转/分钟,将水相加入到油相后,搅拌15分钟得到20%仲丁威水乳剂。
实施例3
称取丁硫克百威原药5克、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯为5克混合均匀成油相,称取丙二醇1克、去离子水89克,混合均匀成水相,调整搅拌速度为2000转/分钟,将油相加入到水相后,搅拌3分钟得到5%丁硫克百威水乳剂。
实施例4
称取丁硫克百威原药20克、BY4克,农乳100号8克混合均匀成油相,称取乙二醇3克、聚乙烯醇2克,去离子水63克,混合均匀成水相,调整搅拌速度为1500转/分钟,将水相加入到油相后,搅拌17分钟得到20%丁硫克百威水乳剂。
实施例5
甲基嘧啶磷原油10克、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯为7克混合均匀成油相,称取丙三醇3克、纤维素甲基化合物2.5克,去离子水77.5克,混合均匀成水相,调整搅拌速度为1000转/分钟,将油相加入到水相后,搅拌15分钟得到10%甲基嘧啶磷水乳剂。
实施例6
称取甲基嘧啶磷原药25克、农乳500号10克,农乳600号10克混合均匀成油相,称取乙二醇3克、聚丙烯酸酯4克,去离子水48克,混合均匀成水相,调整搅拌速度为500转/分钟,将水相加入到油相后,搅拌18分钟得到25%甲基嘧啶磷水乳剂。
通过将样品在54℃贮存14天,0℃下贮存7天,其物理和化学性能稳定见表1、表2、表3和表4。

实验实施例1:
将仲丁威水乳剂、仲丁威乳油对蚜虫、粘虫的室内毒力进行了比较测定,结果见表5。

实验实施例2:
20%仲丁威水乳剂产品与20%仲丁威乳油作对照进行防治水稻飞虱药效试验,由湖南农药检定所、浙江农科院植保所承担。试验结果见表8。

20%丁硫克百威水乳剂与20%丁硫克百威乳油作对照,进行防治柑桔潜叶蛾药效试验,试验由湖南农药检定所、浙江农科院植保所承担。试验结果见表9。

实验实施例5
20%甲基嘧啶磷水乳剂与常规防治仓储害虫磷化铝作对照,对粮食仓储害虫谷盗进行药效试验,试验由湖南省粮食科学研究院承担,结果表明在20%甲基嘧啶磷水乳剂用量15ppm,对谷盗的防效达96%以上,与磷化铝的防效相当,但20%甲基嘧啶磷水乳剂对环境和生物的毒性远低于磷化铝。
Claims (2)
1、农药仲丁威水乳剂,其特征在于以仲丁威为有效成分,加入表面活性剂、抗冻剂、增稠剂、水配制成水乳剂,水乳剂的组成为有效成分仲丁威5%~30%(重量),表面活性剂5%~30%(重量),抗冻剂1%~10%(重量),增稠剂0%~5%(重量)、水25%~89%(重量);所选用的表面活性剂是十二烷基苯磺酸盐、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯,所用的增稠剂是黄原胶、阿拉伯胶,所用的抗冻剂为乙二醇,水为去离子水。
2、一种如权利要求1所述仲丁威水乳剂的制备方法,其特征在于:先将仲丁威与表面活性剂搅拌得到均匀油相,然后将水、防腐剂、抗冻剂混合在一起,形成均一水相,在常温和高速搅拌下将油相加入到水相,或水相加入到油相,形成分散良好的水乳剂,用粒度分布测试仪测定得到的产品平均粒径20.00微米以下,选择的搅拌速度是200转/分钟~2000转/分钟,搅拌时间是3~20分钟。
