本发明属于中药技术领域，涉及一种治疗再生障碍性贫血的药物。
背景技术
再生障碍性贫血近年来发病率较高，再生障碍性贫血简称再障，是由于多种原因引起骨髓造血组织明显减少，骨髓造血机能衰竭，典型症状为：进行性贫血、出血，感染及全血细胞减少，在中医上属“虚痨、血病”范畴，造成该病的一般为化学、治疗、感染等因素，本病常表现面黄白、身体乏力、心悸怔忡、易于感冒头晕，部分病人有发热症状，而且发热容易反复、皮肤有出血点，舌质淡，苔薄白，脉沉细或细数，还有一些病人合并牙龈感染、肛肠炎、咽喉干痒等。再障时血象的主要特点是全血细胞减少，慢性再障的血红蛋白多在50克/升左右，白细胞计数在2000/立方毫米左右，中性粒细胞也减少，大多在25％左右，而淋巴细胞占百分比增高，血小板可降至1万—2万/立方毫米，网织红细胞常>1％急性再障的全血细胞减少程度更加严重，血红蛋白可降至30克/升左右，白细胞降至1000/立方毫米左右，中性粒细胞极度减少可少至10％，血小板可少于10000/立方毫米，网织红细胞减少，常低于1％，甚至为0％。病势危险，愈后不理想，一般在半年到一年内死亡。西医对再障的治疗主要有以下几个方面：A：雄激素；B：免疫抑制疗法：如环孢素A、ATG、大剂量甲强龙、大剂量丙球等；C：改善微循环如654—2等；慢性再障治疗的首选药物是“雄激素”，它刺激骨髓下细胞造血，对慢性再障较好的疗效，总有效率在70％—80％左右，但雄激素治疗慢性再障生效慢，无论注射还是口服，至少要二个月左右才能初见疗效，部分患者疗效出现更晚，一般在连续治疗6个月仍无效者，才被认为是对雄激素无效而放弃，因此将要坚持连续治疗至少半年，而且激素治疗副作用较大，治疗费用很高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种疗程短、效果好的治疗再生障碍性贫血的药物。
本发明采用以下技术方案来实现上述目的：一种治疗再生障碍性贫血的药物，主要由以下重量份数的原料制成：
红、白人参各 10～25 牛黄 2～5 山萸肉 10～25
远志 6～10 木香 5～10 干熟地 20～40
白术 25～40 甘草 6～10 黄芪 15～35
茯苓 10～20 冬虫夏草 6～10 升麻 8～25
枣仁 6～15 鹿茸 5～20 桂圆肉 15～40
当归 20～50 茯神 6～15 肉桂 8～20
黑附片 8～20 五味子 10～20 干姜 5～15
丹参 8～20 益母草 13～20
还加入有以下重量份数原料：
山药 10～15 龙骨 6～15 牡蛎 6～15
柴胡 3～10 神曲 5～15 麦芽 5～15

神曲 15 麦芽 15 鸡血藤 20
以上原料药按照下列方法炮制：
1、远志、甘草、黄芪、升麻小火炒热，加蜂蜜小火炒15分钟，大火收干。
2、山药、白术、枣仁、麦芽、神曲、五味子、干姜炒黄焦。
3、龙骨、牡蛎炒烧成红色。
4、柴胡炒热，加米醋炒干。
5、熟地铝锅内炒干打粉。
6、当归选取当归身。
以上原料可制成合剂、丸剂、胶囊或片剂。
1、口服液：各组分药物一起煎煮，浓缩，分装成小包装，一次10ml，一日三次，饭前服用，如有拉肚子情况改为饭后服用。
2、丸剂：原料分别磨粉，按照1：1～1.7的比例加入蜂蜜制成蜜丸，每个蜜丸9g左右；服用一次1～2丸，一日三次。
3、胶囊：原料药物磨粉，装入胶囊，一次2～4粒，一日三次。
本发明中，原料药炮制以后，红、白人参补气助生血，含有多种维生素、葡萄糖等，熟地、肉桂、山萸肉、桂圆肉、当归身、鹿茸、冬虫夏草、炒山药促进骨髓生精、生血、补血而润滑不燥，能防止鹿茸、人参、冬虫夏草、炮姜、附片补而生热，燥热出血，还含有丰富的铁、钾、锌、钙等矿物质，白术、炙甘草、炙黄芪、五味子、枣仁、远志、茯苓、茯神、附片、炮姜、升麻、柴胡、锻龙骨、锻牡蛎共奏健脾，升阳举陷，固涩肾气，其中升麻是一味有特殊功用的药物，如果它配合升白血球的药物能提高患者的白血球数量，配合升红血球的药物能提高患者的红血球数量，另外配合生血小板的药物还有升血小板的作用，丹参、鸡血藤、益母草、神曲、麦芽、木香、牛黄共奏活血利水，开胃进食，防止有腻胃之患，牛黄有清脑解毒之功，防止感染，有利于红、白血球的生成，使经络畅通无阻，有利于其他药物的吸收和停留。本发明药物针对性强、治疗效果好、疗程短。

病例1：邵某，男，灵宝市川口乡人，经灵宝市人民医院、三门峡市黄河医院确诊为“纯红性再障贫血”，经治疗不明显，在2003年4月12日来治疗，当时病人面色黄白，全身肿胀，腹部不适且胀，食后随即大便，每天拉肚子3～4次，浑身乏力，食欲差，舌淡、苔白腻，脉沉弱，白血球2500/mm3，血色素5g/mm3。治疗：服用本发明药物，15天，肿胀稍退，后在上方中用量稍作加减，坚持服用65天，肿胀消退，其中5月3日化验，白血球2900/mm3，血色素6g/mm3，再经50天治疗，所有症状消失，精神恢复如常。
病例2：王某，男，灵宝市尹庄镇人，曾在灵宝市人民医院、三门峡市黄河医院、西安血液病防治研究所附属医院治疗，三家医院确诊为急性再障，2003年9月17日，来治疗，该患者全血细胞低下，头晕、心慌、心悸、怔忡，不思饮食，烦躁，伴有牙龈肿胀疼痛，口难张，肛门发痒，白血球2000/mm3，血色素3.5g/mm3。治疗：服用本发明药物，10月16日到灵宝市人民医院化验，白血球3700/mm3，血色素4.2g/mm3，继续服药，11月18日再化验，白血球4500/mm3，血色素5.3g/mm3。头晕、心慌、心悸等症状消失，饮食恢复正常。
病例3：李某，男，11岁，经多家医院确诊为慢性再障，2006年3月12日来治疗，检查得知，该患者面黄白，浑身无力，发低热，常流鼻血，治疗：服用本发明药物，3～5天后鼻出血减少，10天后鼻子不再出血，3月后，精神好转，身上有力。

1.一种治疗再生障碍性贫血的药物，其特征在于，主要由以下重量份数的原料制成：
红、白人参各10～25 牛黄2～5 山萸肉10～25
远志6～10 木香5～10 干熟地20～40
白术25～40 甘草6～10 黄芪15～35
茯苓10～20 冬虫夏草6～10 升麻8～25
枣仁6～15 鹿茸5～20 桂圆肉15～40
当归20～50 茯神6～15 肉桂8～20
黑附片8～20 五味子10～20 干姜5～15
丹参8～20 益母草13～20。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗再生障碍性贫血的药物，其特征在于，还加入有以下重量份数原料：
山药10～15 龙骨6～15 牡蛎6～15
柴胡3～10 神曲5～15 麦芽5～15
鸡血藤8～20。
3.如权利要求2所述的治疗再生障碍性贫血的药物，其特征在于，由以下重量份数原料制成：
红、白人参各10～20 牛黄3～5山 萸肉10～20
远志6～8 木香5～8 干熟地20～30
白术25～30 甘草6～8 黄芪15～30
茯苓10～15 冬虫夏草6～8 升麻8～15
枣仁6～10 鹿茸5～18 桂圆肉15～30
当归20～40 茯神6～10 肉桂8～15
黑附片8～15 五味子10～15 干姜5～10
丹参8～15 益母草13～18 山药10～13
龙骨6～10 牡蛎6～10 柴胡3～6

枣仁15 鹿茸20 桂圆肉40
当归50 茯神15 肉桂20

龙骨15 牡蛎15 柴胡10
神曲15 麦芽15 鸡血藤20。
5.如权利要求1～4任意一项所述的治疗再生障碍性贫血的药物，其特征在于，以上原料制成合剂、丸剂、胶囊或片剂。
