Abstract
Description
1. Technical field
The invention relates to bamboo cutting technology, in particular to a technology for injecting nutrient solution into the bamboo cavity of cutting bamboo to promote its survival.
2. Background technology
Bamboo is propagated by cuttings, which is labor-saving and labor-saving and easy to operate than the separate transplanting with roots and soil. However, because the survival rate is difficult to exceed 20%, people almost always use separate transplants, and seldom use cuttings. The provenance consumed by split propagation is particularly large, so the damage to the original bamboo forest is also great.
3. Contents of the invention
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a liquid storage type bamboo cutting method to greatly improve the survival rate of cutting bamboo.
The purpose of the present invention is achieved like this: for the bamboo varieties with a diameter at breast height of not less than 3.5cm, from early April to late May, the bamboo under thinning is removed first without the part of bamboo branches in the lower part of the bamboo, and then the part with bamboo branches is removed. Cut off every 4 closed nodes, and only keep the uppermost bamboo branch. The number of leaves on the bamboo branch is controlled at 20-30 pieces. After the ground is ditched, the bamboo segment is inserted into the ditch at an inclination angle of 30-45 degrees. The distance between plants is 0.6-0.8m, and the distance between rows is 1-1.2m. The depth of the ditch is such that a complete closed node can be exposed after covering with soil. After covering with soil, a hole with a diameter of 1cm is drilled with a hand drill at a place 1cm below the uppermost bamboo node. Use a funnel to infuse the nutrient solution into the bamboo cavity. The amount of perfusion is based on the liquid level in the cavity reaching the lower edge of the orifice. After drying around the orifice, seal it with medical adhesive tape, and insert a section of 8-10cm long on the adhesive tape. The bamboo branches with a diameter of 2-3 mm have no joints, and the external length of the bamboo branches is not less than 5 cm. The weight ratio of the nutrient solution is water: glucose powder: sodium tetraborate: vitamin C tablets = 100: 0.2: 0.02: 0.01.
Using the above scheme can receive the following significant effects:
1. Because the skin of bamboo is smooth and dense, and its water absorption is poor, the effective water absorption surface of the part inserted into the soil is only the end, which often causes the water absorption of the underground part to not keep up with the evaporation of the aboveground part, and eventually leads to the death of the bamboo cuttings. It is one of the important reasons for the low survival rate of cutting bamboo. In this plan, the nutrient solution is directly stored in the bamboo cavity. Because the inner wall of the bamboo cavity is loose and has strong water absorption, the nutrient solution in the cavity can easily be supplied to the aboveground part along with the internal circulation system of the bamboo to promote germination and leaf development of the aboveground part.
2. The part buried in the ground is easy to mildew and rot, and the anti-mildew and anti-rot activity of cutting bamboo and the new root germination ability all come from the photosynthesis of the leaves above the ground. 20-30 leaves are reserved in the aboveground part, so that the aboveground and underground parts form a virtuous cycle. This scheme can increase the survival rate of the cutting bamboo to more than 90%.
3. The formula of nutrient solution according to this program not only provides the necessary water for the cutting bamboo, but also promotes its rapid rooting and germination. The thin bamboo branches are inserted in the holes, which can avoid the formation of negative pressure in the bamboo storage cavity.
4. Cutting the bamboo section at an angle can not only ensure the buried length of the lower part of the bamboo section, but also avoid labor-intensive trenching too deep. More importantly, the inclined cutting can adjust the distribution of auxin concentration, which is conducive to the germination of new branches .
5. The removed part without bamboo branches is just the essence of the bamboo used for timber, so this method does not affect the material value of the cut bamboo, and the part with bamboo branches is generally treated as leftovers, and this method just uses it. Thereby improving the overall value of the felled bamboo.
