本发明涉及一种装饰型材生产工艺。
背景技术
已有的装饰板材有的是由木料制成,有的是由塑料制成,前者不利于森林资源保护且易潮湿,不防火;后者不利于环保,老化快,且易变形.
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种装饰型材生产工艺,该工艺制得的产品不仅质量好,有利于环保,而且造价低,
本发明生产原料主要由80-120目的杂干木粉、80-120目的毛竹干粉、碳酸钙、PVC树脂和化工助剂制成,所述的化工助剂为具有防火功用,防水功用的化工原料。
上述生产原料各组分的重量配比为:杂干木粉8.2-10.2%,毛竹干粉27-47%,碳酸钙15-25%,PVC树脂25-35%,化工助剂3-5%。其化工助剂含有硬脂酸:硬脂酸铅、硬脂酸钡、氯化聚乙烯、钛白粉、三盐基硫酸铅、二盐基硫酸铅、石蜡和增白剂,所述化工助剂各组分重量含量为硬脂酸7-12%,硬脂酸铅13-17%,硬脂酸钡15-19%,氯化聚乙烯20-30%,钛白粉12-14%,三盐基硫酸铅20-25%,二盐基硫酸铅0-13%,石蜡12-20%和增白剂4-5%。(硬脂酸为润滑剂,硬脂酸铅为结合剂,硬脂酸钡为结合剂,氯化聚乙烯为加强剂,防火剂,钛白粉为增白剂,三盐基硫酸铅前状控温剂,二盐基硫酸铅后状控温剂,石蜡为润滑剂),本发明原料各组分的重量配比为:80-120目的杂干木粉9.2%,80-120目的毛竹干粉36.8%,碳酸钙20%,PVC树脂30%,化工助剂4%。
本明的生产工艺按以下工序步骤进行:
(1)按生产原料配方称取生产原料各组分,一次性投进高速混合烘干机,开动烘干机,高速运转20-50分钟使生产原料各组分混合均匀,水分烘干并自动升温到110?20度,混合物发生分解反应
(2)将步骤1生产出来的物料直接放入90型粒机内,经混炼高压使之挤出切割成粒子。
(3)将步骤2生产出来的粒子放入65型、90型或150型挤出压板成型机内经过第二次混炼高压挤出,在机头模具形成成型产品,(可随时调换模具生产所需产品).
本发明的制成品具有不老化、不变形、硬度高、永不褪色、防腐蚀性强、防水、阻燃、环保、可钉、可锯、可刨等优点,精密度和光泽度高达百分之九十八以上。产品结构科学、造型美观、色泽丰富多彩、灵活、简便.而且由于以废物利用的方式,采用杂干木粉,毛竹干粉为主要原料,故价格低廉,大大降低了生产成本。
具体实施方式
原料配方
杂干木粉、毛竹干粉、碳酸钙、化工助剂、PVC树脂
配方各组分配比如下:
杂干木粉:4.6公斤目数:80-120
毛竹干粉:18.4公斤目数:80-120
碳酸钙:10公斤目数:300-400
PVC树脂:15公斤
化工助剂:2公斤
                                        总计:50公斤
上述化工助剂的几种实施例配方如下:

加工步骤;
1.称4.6公斤的杂干木粉、18.4公斤的毛竹干粉、10公斤的石粉、15公斤的PVC树脂、2公斤的配方化工原料,一次性投进高速混合烘干机,混料烘干,必须在35分钟内高速运转磨擦自动升温到110?20度,使生产原料混合均匀,水份烘干并发生混合分解反应。
2.将步骤1生产出来的物料直接放入90型粒机内,经混炼高压使之挤出切割成粒子。
3.将步骤2生产出来的粒子放入65型、90型或150型挤出压板成型机内经过第二次混炼高压挤出,在机头模具形成成型产品.
本发明工艺制成的产品共有三大系列:浮雕线条系列、室内装修板材系列、建筑木板系列。
1、浮雕线条系列:规格有200型浮雕大阴条、120型浮雕中阴条、80型浮雕阴条、浮雕门套、浮雕压条、浮雕阴阳条、浮雕门、贴脚线等产品。
2、室内室外装修板材系列:122×244面板、地面板、中空板、豪华墙裙板、天花吊顶板、汽车地板企口地面板、规格可依照室内大小高低来设计。
3、建筑木板系列:该系列有各式各样的地板木,安装方便,是代替大理石、浮云、木纹等最理想的材料。
这三大系列特别适合于宾馆、饭店、住宅、办公室、客厅的装饰使用。其市场前景可观.

1.一种装饰型材的生产方法,其特征在于:其原料主要由杂干木粉、毛竹干粉、碳酸钙、PVC树脂和化工助剂制成;所述的化工助剂为具有防火、防水功用的化工原料;所述的原料各组分的重量配比为:80-120目的杂干木粉8.2-10.2%,80-120目的毛竹干粉27-47%,碳酸钙15-25%,PVC树脂25-35%,化工助剂3-5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装饰型材的生产方法,其特征在于:所述的化工助剂含有硬脂酸、硬脂酸铅、硬脂酸钡、氯化聚乙烯、钛白粉、三盐基硫酸铅、二盐基硫酸铅、石蜡和增白剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装饰型材的生产方法,其特征在于:原料各组分的重量配比为:80-120目的杂干木粉9.2%,80-120目的毛竹干粉36.8%,碳酸钙20%,PVC树脂30%,化工助剂4%。
