Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及包含不相容组分,如酶和漂白剂的洗涤剂组合物,该洗涤剂组合物能够用来清洁包括但不限于硬表面以及织物、布料、地毯等的各种表面,其中将漂白剂包封在能够被存在于组合物中的酶所消化的被覆层内。
背景技术
用于除去或清洁织物和/或硬表面上的污迹的洗涤剂组合物通常包含漂白剂。这些漂白剂可以分为两类:氧漂白剂(通常为过氧化物)和卤素漂白剂(通常为氯漂白剂)。其作用是基于存在于污迹中的分子的氧化反应。
除此之外,洗涤剂组合物通常包含酶,所述的酶通常选自蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶。酶是蛋白质并且易受例如来自存在于组合物中的漂白剂的氧化降解的影响。在本领域中已经知道,尽管漂白剂对除去污迹非常有效,但在使用时其也存在许多关于产品稳定性的缺陷。例如,当漂白剂与香料或酶接触时,会使这些分子部分或全部失活,由此导致性能受损。这些组分互不相容也是本领域中公知的问题并且已经发现了某些解决办法,例如在洗衣片剂中使用离散的层。然而,在液态洗涤剂的领域中,隔离更为困难,并且常用的解决办法是将彼此不相容的组分中的一种组分或另一种组分包封——通常是包封漂白剂,这是因为其在有水存在时不稳定。
此外,在本领域中已知的是,漂白剂会降低酶对某些污迹的效力,这是因为它们能够通过化学方式改变污迹的结构,因而会部分或全部地抑制酶对污迹本身的进攻能力。
因而本发明提供能够被存在于组合物中的酶所消化的用于漂白剂的被覆层,该被覆层在生产环境中是稳定的且同时易于在洗槽中除去,因而使得它们能够用在包含酶和与漂白剂不相容的其他组分的洗涤剂制剂中。
根据本发明的经被覆的漂白剂可以在任何洗衣店和硬表面清洁应用中使用,例如在衣物洗涤剂、衣物洗涤添加剂或餐具洗涤剂中使用。本发明的特殊优点在于用于漂白剂被覆层的材料是可完全生物降解的,因而使其在生态学上是可接受的。
本发明的另一优点在于能够得到包含不相容原料(通常是酶和漂白剂)的稳定的洗涤剂组合物制剂,由此改善制剂本身的清洁性能。
本发明中所述的被覆层的又一优点在于在洗槽中该被覆层可以因存在于洗涤剂组合物中的酶而降解,使得至少在酶已经开始发挥作用时才供应漂白剂,因而减少两种活性物质之间的互相干扰。
US 5589370中Unilever描述了用于固化包含“敏感组分”的胶囊的连续式方法,通常将酶描述为用适宜的交联聚合物材料包封的材料。EP0554359中Unilever描述了MW(重均分子量)为1000~50000的阳离子蛋白的用途,其可以用来在加强型洗衣剂液体中稳定酶或漂白剂化合物。EP0653485中Unilever描述了包含酶和漂白剂的胶囊。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种优选为液体的洗涤剂组合物,该洗涤剂组合物包含酶和经被覆的漂白剂,其中所述漂白剂的被覆材料是所述至少一种酶的底物,优选所述材料选自动物来源的蛋白或植物来源的蛋白、淀粉、脂肪及其混合物,优选所述材料是蛋白。
理想地,例如通过被涂覆或物理隔离而使酶与漂白剂的被覆层分离。
优选酶在洗涤剂中没有活性而在洗涤时有活性。酶会因为对一种或多种例如pH、温度、渗透压或离子强度等物理参数的变化敏感的被覆层的存在而失活。
优选本发明的组合物是液体,理想的是水性液体。因而组合物的水含量优选为组合物的5重量%~99重量%,更优选为10重量%~95重量%,更优选为20重量%~90重量%。
本发明的组合物的pH理想为1~14,优选为2~14,更优选4~12。
作为选择,所述组合物也可以是诸如粉末或成型制品(如片剂)等固体。如果产品是固体则优选酶与经被覆的漂白剂物理分离。
根据本发明的组合物理想地包含选自蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶或其组合的酶。
所述漂白剂优选用厚度为10μ~1000μ,优选50μ~500μ,更优选100μ~300μ的蛋白膜被覆。
适用于被覆层的蛋白可以选自植物蛋白,其包括但不限于谷蛋白、大豆或其组合,并且可以选自动物蛋白,其包括但不限于白蛋白、明胶、乳蛋白或其组合。
诸如疏水性、颜色、耐细菌性和耐真菌性等被覆层特性可以通过将诸如疏水性物质、着色剂、杀菌剂或杀真菌剂等添加剂加入蛋白而获得。
疏水性物质可以用于降低被覆层的透水性。它们可以选自油、蜡、乳化剂及其混合物。
着色剂和染料可以用于为被覆层提供不同的颜色。它们可以选自颜料、染料及其混合物。
可以任选地使用杀菌剂和杀真菌剂来增强被覆层对微生物侵袭的抵抗性。
漂白剂
本发明的组合物理想地包含选自卤素漂白剂或氧漂白剂的漂白剂,其平均尺寸为100μ~2500μ,更优选为500μ~2000μ,更优选为700μ~1500μ。
在一个优选方面中,释氧性漂白剂包含过氧化氢源和有机过氧酸漂白剂前体化合物。通过前体与过氧化氢源的原位反应制造有机过氧酸。优选的过氧化氢源是无机过氧化氢合物漂白剂。
无机过氧化氢合物漂白剂
适宜的过氧化氢源包括无机过氧化氢合物盐。
无机过氧化氢合物漂白剂或其盐通常以钠盐的形式加入,加入量为组合物的1重量%~40重量%,更优选为2重量%~30重量%,最优选为5重量%~25重量%。
无机过氧化氢合物漂白剂及其盐的例子包括过硼酸盐、过碳酸盐、过磷酸盐、过硫酸盐和过硅酸盐。无机过氧化氢合物通常是碱金属盐。无机过氧化氢合物漂白剂可以以没有额外的保护的结晶固体的形式而包含。
过硼酸钠可以以一水合物标准式NaBO2·H2O2或四水合物NaBO2·H2O2·4H2O的形式存在。
碱金属过碳酸盐,特别是过碳酸钠是优选包含于本发明的组合物中的过氧化氢合物。过碳酸钠是化学式相当于2Na2CO3·3H2O2的加成化合物,并且作为结晶固体而进行市售。作为过氧化氢加成化合物的过碳酸钠倾向于在溶解时快速释放过氧化氢,这能够提高产生局部高漂白剂浓度的趋势。因而,通过提供漂白剂的受控释放的被覆层而为漂白剂提供本发明的额外优点(“受控”是指释放并不是在刚刚使用时就立即进行)。
过氧酸漂白剂及前体
有机过氧酸或其前体也可以用作部分漂白剂。本发明中可以使用的过氧酸是固体,并优选是基本不溶于水的化合物。在此“基本不溶于水”是指在室温下水溶性小于约1重量%。通常,对于在此使用,包含至少约7个碳原子的过氧酸是充分不溶于水的。
通常在此使用的一过氧酸包括烷基过氧酸和芳基过氧酸,例如:
(i)过苯甲酸和环取代的过苯甲酸,例如过氧-α-萘酸;
(ii)脂肪族和具有取代基的脂肪族一过氧酸,例如过氧月桂酸和过氧硬脂酸;
(iii)邻苯二甲酰氨基过氧己酸(PAP)
通常在此使用的二过氧酸包括烷基二过氧酸和芳基二过氧酸,例如:
(iv)1,12-二过氧十二烷二酸(DPDA);
(v)1,9-二过氧壬二酸;
(vi)二过氧十三烷二酸;二过氧癸二酸和二过氧间苯二甲酸;
(vii)2-癸基二过氧丁烷-1,4-二酸。
过氧酸漂白剂前体在本领域中是众所周知的。作为非限制性的例子,可以提及N,N,N′,N′-四乙酰基乙二胺(TAED)、壬酰氧基苯磺酸钠(SNOBS)、苯甲酰氧基苯磺酸钠(SBOBS)和US 4,751,015中所述的阳离子过氧酸前体(SPCC)。
含金属的漂白催化剂
此处所述的漂白剂可以额外含金属的漂白催化剂作为优选成分。含金属的漂白催化剂优选是含过渡金属的漂白催化剂,更优选是含锰或含钴的漂白催化剂,但也可以是基于铁或铜。理想地,将漂白催化剂与漂白剂的其他成分一同包含于胶囊内或存在于洗涤剂组合物的液体中或以第二胶囊的形式存在。
漂白催化剂的适宜类型是包含下述物质的催化剂:诸如铜阳离子、铁阳离子等重金属阳离子、诸如锌阳离子或铝阳离子等具有很少或不具有漂白催化活性的辅助金属阳离子、和对催化及辅助金属阳离子具有规定的稳定常数的多价螯合剂,特别是乙二胺四乙酸、乙二胺四(亚甲基磷酸)及其水溶性盐。在US 4,430,243中披露了该催化剂。
漂白催化剂的优选类型包括US 5,246,621和US 5,244,594中所披露的基于锰的络合物。在欧洲专利申请公开号549,272中披露了其他催化剂。适于在此使用的其他配体包括1,5,9-三甲基-1,5,9-三氮杂环十二烷、2-甲基-1,4,7-三氮杂环壬烷、2-甲基-1,4,7-三氮杂环壬烷、1,2,4,7-四甲基-1,4,7-三氮杂环壬烷及其混合物。
释氯漂白剂或释溴漂白剂
包封在被覆层中的漂白剂可以是释氯漂白剂或释溴漂白剂。适宜的活性氯氧化材料或溴氧化材料包括杂环N-溴基和N-氯基酰亚胺,如三氯异氰脲酸、三溴异氰脲酸、二溴异氰脲酸和二氯异氰脲酸,及其与诸如钾和钠等水溶性阳离子的盐。诸如1,3-二氯-5,5-二甲基-乙内酰脲等乙内酰脲化合物也是合适的。
干燥的颗粒状水溶性无水无机盐也同样适于在此处使用,例如锂、钠或钙的次氯酸盐和次溴酸盐。氯化磷酸三钠是另一种芯材。然而氯化异氰脲酸盐是优选的漂白剂。二氯异氰脲酸钾由Monsanto Company作为ACL-59TM出售。二氯异氰脲酸钠也可从Monsanto作为ACL-60TM得到,并且可以由Olin Corporation作为Clearon CDB-56TM以二水合物粉末形式(粒径小于150微米)得到;中等颗粒尺寸(约50微米~400微米);粗颗粒尺寸(150微米~850微米)得到。据发现非常大的颗粒(850微米~1700微米)也适用于包封。
酶用被覆层
在本发明的一个实施方式中也可以对酶进行被覆。本发明的该特征的要求是酶用被覆层易于溶解从而有助于漂白剂的被覆层的溶解。酶(优选蛋白酶)可以由任何已知的适宜方法或任何适宜的材料被覆。其例子为如下所示。
提供产品稳定性的适宜的被覆材料包括水溶性碱金属硫酸盐和碳酸盐的混合盐。在GB 1,466,799中已经描述了该被覆层以及被覆方法。混合盐被覆材料与过碳酸盐的重量比为1∶200~1∶4,更优选为1∶99~1∶9,最优选为1∶49~1∶19。混合盐优选是通式为Na2SO4·n·Na2CO3的硫酸钠-碳酸钠,其中n为0.1~3,n优选是0.3~1.0,并且最优选为0.2~0.5。
提供产品稳定性的另一种适宜的被覆材料包括SiO2∶Na2O的比率为1.8∶1~3.0∶1,优选1.8∶1~2.4∶1的硅酸钠和/或偏硅酸钠,其用量以SiO2计优选为无机过氧化氢合物盐的2重量%~10重量%(通常为3重量%~5重量%)。硅酸镁也可以包含于被覆层中。包含硅酸盐和硼酸盐或硼酸或其他无机物的被覆层也是适宜的。
适宜的被覆材料包括甘油三酸酯(如部分地)氢化的植物油、大豆油、棉花子油甘油一酸酯或甘油二酸酯、微晶蜡、明胶、纤维素、脂肪酸及其任意混合物。
下面将描述用于漂白剂的适宜的被覆技术。
洗涤剂酶
其他的洗涤剂组合物还可以包含一种或多种能够提供清洁性能、织物护理和/或卫生效益的酶。
所述酶包括选自蛋白酶、纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、过氧化物酶、bluco-淀粉酶、淀粉酶、木聚糖酶、脂肪酶、磷脂酶、酯酶、角质酶、果胶酶、角蛋白酶(keratanases)、还原酶、氧化酶、酚氧化酶、脂肪氧化酶、木质素酶(liginases)、支链淀粉酶、丹宁酶、戊聚糖酶、malanases、R-葡聚糖酶、阿拉伯糖苷酶、透明质酸酶、软骨素酶、漆酶的一种或多种酶或其混合物。
本发明的一个基本特征在于使用至少一种能够消化用于包封漂白剂的材料的酶。
优选的组合是包含传统上可以使用的酶如淀粉酶、脂肪酶、角质酶和/或纤维素酶的混合物的洗涤剂组合物与一种或多种植物细胞壁降解酶的组合。
本发明中可以使用的纤维素酶同时包括细菌纤维素酶或真菌纤维素酶。优选它们具有最适宜的为5~12的pH且活性大于50CEVU(纤维素粘度单位)。在US 6,107,8384和WO 96/02653中披露了适宜的纤维素酶,其中披露了分别由腐殖根霉(Humicola insolens)、木霉属、梭孢壳属(Thielavia)和侧孢霉属制得的真菌纤维素酶。EP 739 982中描述了从新型芽孢杆菌种中分离出来的纤维素酶。在GB-A-2.075.028、GB-A-2.095.275、DE-OS-2.247.832和WO 95/26398中也披露了适宜的纤维素酶。
该纤维素酶的例子是由腐殖根霉(霉菌灰腐质霉高温变种)菌株,特别是腐质霉(Humicola)菌株DSM 1800制造的纤维素酶。
其他适宜的纤维素酶是源自于分子量约为50KDa、等电点为5.5并包含415个氨基酸的腐殖根霉的纤维素酶;和源自于腐殖根霉DSM 1800、显示出纤维素酶活性的43kD内切葡聚糖酶;优选的内切葡聚糖酶成分具有在PCT专利申请号WO 91/17243中所披露的的氨基酸序列。
同样适宜的纤维素酶是1994年9月29日出版的Genencor WO94/21801中所述的来自长枝木霉(trichoderma longibrachiatum)的EGIII纤维素酶。尤其适宜的纤维素酶是具有护色益处的纤维素酶。
该纤维素酶的例子是1991年11月6日提交的欧洲专利申请号91202879.2(Novo)中所述的纤维素酶。Carezyme和Celluzyme(NovoNordis,A/S)是特别有用的。同样参见WO 91/17244和WO 91/21801。在WO 96/34902、WO 96/17994和WO 95/24471中描述了适用于织物护理和/或清洁特性的其他纤维素酶。
所述纤维素酶通常按纯酶计以洗涤剂组合物的0.0001重量%~2重量%的量加入洗涤剂组合物中。
过氧化物酶与诸如过碳酸盐、过硼酸盐、过硫酸盐和过氧化氢等氧源、以及作为漂白剂强化分子的酚类底物结合使用。
它们用于“溶液漂白”,即,防止洗涤操作过程中从基质上清除的染料或颜料转移到洗涤溶液中的其他基质上。过氧化物酶在本领域中是已知的,其包括例如辣根过氧物酶、木质酶和诸如氯过氧化物酶与溴过氧化物酶等的卤代过氧化物酶。例如在WO 89/099813和WO 89/09813中披露了含过氧化物酶的洗涤剂组合物。漆酶也是合适的。
增强剂通常占全部组合物重量的0.1%~5%。优选的增强剂是具有取代基的吩噻嗪和吩噁嗪10-吩噻嗪丙酸(PPT)、10-乙基吩噻嗪-4-羧酸(EPC)(10-ethylhenothiazine-4-carboxylic acid)、10-吩噁嗪丙酸(POP)和10-甲基吩噁嗪(见WO 94/12621中所述)和具有取代基的丁香酸酯(C3C5取代的烷基丁香酸酯)和酚类。过碳酸钠和过硼酸钠是优选的过氧化氢源。
所述过氧化物酶通常按纯酶计以洗涤剂组合物的0.0001重量%~2重量%的量加入洗涤剂组合物中。
可包含于本发明的洗涤剂组合物中的其他优选的酶包括脂肪酶。用于洗涤剂用途的适宜的脂肪酶包括通过假单胞菌种的微生物制造的那些酶,例如通过假单胞菌stutzeri ATCC 19.154制造的那些酶(如英国专利1,372,034中所披露)。适宜的脂肪酶包括那些与由微生物假单胞菌荧光IAM 1057制造的脂肪酶的抗体显示出阳性免疫交叉反应的脂肪酶。这些脂肪酶可由日本名古屋Amano Pharmceutical Co Ltd.购得,商品名为Lipase P“Amano”。其他适宜的市售脂肪酶包括Amano-CES、粘稠色杆菌(Chromobacter viscosum)表达(ex)的脂肪酶,Chromobacter viscosum例如为来自日本Tagata的Toyo Jozo Co.的Chromobacter viscosum var.lipolyticum NRRLB 3673;来自荷兰U.S.Biochemical Corp.,USA anDisoynth CO.的Chromobacter viscosum脂肪酶和唐菖蒲假单胞菌(Pseudomonas gladioli)表达的脂肪酶。特别适宜的脂肪酶是诸如M 1LipaseR和LipomaxR(Gist-Brocades)以及LipolaseR和Lipolase UltraR(Novo)的脂肪酶,已经发现这些脂肪酶在与本发明的组合物结合使用时特别有效。同样适合的是在Novo Nordisk的EP 258 068、WO 92/05249和WO 95/22615和Unilever的WO 94/03578、WO 95/35381和WO96/00292中所述的脂肪分解酶。
同样适宜的还有可以认为是一种特殊类型的脂肪酶的角质酶,即不需要界面活化的脂肪酶。例如在WO A 88/09367(Genencor);WO 90/09446(Plant Genetic)和WO 94/14963以及WO 94/14964(Unilever)中描述了将角质酶添加到洗涤剂组合物中。
脂肪酶和/或角质酶通常按纯酶计以洗涤剂组合物的0.0001重量%~2重量%的量加入洗涤剂组合物中。
可以包含淀粉酶(a和/或f)用以除去碳水化合物类污迹。1994年2月3日出版的WO 94/02597,Novo Nordis,A/S中描述了加入有突变型淀粉酶的洗涤剂组合物。同样也可以参见1995年4月20日出版的WO 95/10603,Novo Nordisk A/S。已知可用于洗涤剂组合物中的其他淀粉酶同时包括a-淀粉酶和ss-淀粉酶。
淀粉酶是1994年8月18日出版的WO 94/18314和1996年2月22日出版的WO 96/05295,Genencor中描述的稳定性增强的淀粉酶和1995年4月出版的WO 95/10603中披露的得自Novo Nordisk A/S的中间母本中的具有附加修饰的淀粉酶变体。同样适宜的还有EP 277216、WO95/26397和WO 96/23873(均来自Novo Nordisk)中所述的淀粉酶。
市售a-淀粉酶产品的例子是Purafect Ox Am&commat;来自Genencorand Termamyl&commat;’Ban,Fungamyl&commat;和Duramyl0,均得自丹麦Novo Nordisk A/S。WO 95/26397中描述了其他适宜的淀粉酶;a-淀粉酶的特征在于在温度为25℃~55℃和pH值为8~10的范围内,通过Phadebas a-淀粉酶活性分析测定的比活性至少比Termamylt的比活性高25%。在WO 96/23873(Novo Nordisk)中描述的上述酶的变体也是适宜的。在WO 95/35382中描述了对于热稳定性与更高活性相结合的活性水平具有改善性质的其他的淀粉分解酶。
淀粉分解酶按纯酶计以组合物的0.0001重量%~2重量%,优选0.00018重量%~0.06重量%,更优选0.00024重量%~0.048重量%的量加入在本发明的洗涤剂组合物中。
上述酶可以具有任何适宜的来源,诸如植物源、动物源、细菌源、真菌源和酵母源。来源还可以是嗜温的或嗜极性的(嗜冷的、适冷的、嗜热的、嗜压的、嗜碱的、嗜酸的或嗜盐的)。可以使用这些酶的提纯形式或非提纯形式。如今,常规作法是通过蛋白/遗传工程技术来改性野生型酶从而使其在本发明的洗涤剂组合物中的性能效率最优化。例如,可以设计各种变体以使酶与该组合物的常遇到的组分的相容性增大。
作为选择,也可以设计变体以对酶变体的最佳pH、漂白或螯合稳定性、催化活性等进行定制以适应特殊的清洁用途。
特别地,就漂白稳定性而言应当关注对氧化反应敏感的氨基酸并且对于表面相容性应关注表面电荷。可以通过置换某些带电的氨基酸而改变该酶的等电点,例如,增加等电点有助于改善与阴离子型表面活性剂的相容性。酶的稳定性还可以通过建立例如附加的盐桥和强化钙结合位以增大螯合稳定性而得到进一步增强。必须特别关注纤维素酶,这是因为大多数的纤维素酶具有分离结合域(CBD)。通过修饰这些域可以改变此类酶的性质。
所述酶通常按纯酶计以洗涤剂组合物的0.0001重量%~2重量%的量加入洗涤剂组合物中。酶可以作为分离的单一组分(包含一种酶的小球、颗粒或稳定的液体)添加,或作为两种或两种以上的酶的混合物(如作为共聚集体)添加。
可以添加的其他适宜的洗涤剂组分是1992年1月31日提交的同时待审的欧洲专利申请92870018.6中所述的酶氧化清除剂。此类酶氧化清除剂的例子是乙氧基化的四乙撑多元胺。
在Genencor International的WO 9307263A和WO 9307260A、Novo的WO 8908694A和McCarty等的1971年1月5日的US 3,553,139中也披露了酶材料的范围和将它们加入合成洗涤剂组合物中的方法。在1985年3月26日的Hughes的US 4,507,219中描述了适宜的酶。在1981年4月14日的Hora等的US 4,261,868中披露了用于液体洗涤剂制剂的酶材料以及将它们加入该制剂中。在洗涤剂中使用的酶可以通过各种技术来稳定化。在1971年8月17日的Gedge等的US 3,600,319、1986年10月29日的Venegas的EP 199,405和EP 200,586中披露并例举了酶稳定技术。例如,在US 3,519,570中也披露了酶的稳定化。在WO 9401532中描述了有用的芽孢杆菌,sp.AC13能够提供蛋白酶、木聚糖酶和纤维素酶。
受控的释放速率
可以采用一种方法以控制漂白剂,特别是氧漂白剂释放到洗涤液中的速率。
用于控制漂白剂释放速率的方法可以用来对过氧化物物质释放到洗涤液中进行控制。该方法可以例如包括控制作为过氧化氢来源的任何无机过氧化氢合物盐释放到洗涤液中。
因而,被覆层例如可以包含酶消化不良的材料,或者通过使用具有足够厚度的第二被覆层以使其消化不良的材料,所述第二被覆层的溶解动力学可以提供受控的释放速率。适宜的第二被覆层是用于酶的上述被覆层中的任何一种被覆层。
能够提供所需受控释放的其他方法包括用于改变漂白剂的物理性质以控制其溶解性和释放速率的机械方法。适宜的方案包括压缩、机械注射、手工注射和通过选择任何颗粒成分的粒径来调节漂白剂化合物的溶解性。
尽管粒径的选择同时取决于颗粒成分的组成和满足所需受控释放动力学的要求,但理想的粒径应当大于500微米,平均粒径优选为800微米至1200微米。
用于提供受控释放的方法的其他方案还包括适当选取洗涤剂组合物基质的任何其他成分以使当将该组合物放入洗涤溶液中时其中所提供的离子强度环境能够实现所需的受控释放动力学。
漂白剂被覆层
可以使用各种方法涂布被覆材料。任何被覆材料通常均以被覆材料与漂白剂的重量比为1∶99~1∶2,优选为1∶49~1∶9而存在。
用于涂布被覆材料的一种方法包括凝聚。优选的凝聚方法包括使用前述的任何有机粘合剂材料。可以使用任何传统的凝聚器/混合器,其包括但不限于蒸发皿、转鼓和立式搅拌机等类型。熔融的被覆层组合物也可以通过倒在、或喷雾在漂白剂的移动床上而涂布。
例如在US 4,126,573中,已知有既用于过氧漂白剂又用于氯漂白剂的包封技术。
被覆层可以利用各种已知方法涂布,包括使被覆中的和被覆后的化合物在辊轧机中转鼓涂漆、将被覆层的溶液或悬浮液喷在待被覆的化合物的流化床上、使被覆层由溶剂中沉淀到悬浮在溶剂中的待被覆的化合物上。
对于氯漂白剂,在本发明的组合物中所用的包封量以可利用的氯(Avcl)计在约0.5%~约3%的范围内变化。对于过氧漂白剂,适宣的范围为0.5%~3%avO(可利用的氧)。
洗涤性表面活性剂
本发明的洗涤剂组合物优选包括表面活性剂,其中所述表面活性剂可以选自非离子型和/或阴离子型和/或阳离子型和/或两性和/或两性离子和/或半极性表面活性剂。
通常表面活性剂的存在量为约0.01重量%~约60重量%。更优选的加入量为洗涤剂组合物的约1重量%~约35重量%,最优选为约1重量%~约30重量%。
优选将表面活性剂配制成与存在于组合物中的酶和漂白成分相容。在液体组合物或凝胶组合物中,最优选配制表面活性剂使其能够促进、或至少不会降低这些组合物中任何酶的稳定性。
根据本发明使用的优选表面活性剂包含此处描述的一种或多种非离子型和/或阴离子型表面活性剂作为表面活性剂。
烷基酚的聚氧化乙烯、聚氧化丙烯和聚氧化丁烯缩合物适宜用作本发明的非离子型表面活性剂,其中优选聚氧化乙烯缩合物。这些化合物包括具有包含约6~约14个碳原子,优选约8~约14个碳原子的直链或支链结构的烷基的烷基酚与氧化烯的缩合产物。在优选实施方式中,氧化乙烯的存在量等于每摩尔烷基酚约2摩尔~约25摩尔,更优选约3摩尔~约15摩尔的氧化乙烯。
该类型的市售非离子型表面活性剂包括GAF Corporation销售的IgepalTM CO630;和均由Rohm&Haas Company销售的TritonTM X-45、X-114、X-100以及X102。这些表面活性剂通常被称为烷基苯酚烷氧基化物(如烷基苯酚乙氧基化物)。
伯脂肪醇和仲脂肪醇与约为1摩尔~约25摩尔的氧化乙烯的缩合产物适宜用作本发明的众多非离子型表面活性剂中的非离子型表面活性剂。脂肪醇的烷基链可以为直链或支链、一级或二级,并且通常包含约8~约22个碳原子。
优选是具有包含约8~约20个碳原子、更优选约10~约18个碳原子的烷基的醇与每摩尔醇约2摩尔~约10摩尔的氧化乙烯的缩合产物。每摩尔醇约2摩尔~约7摩尔的氧化乙烯并且最优选约2摩尔~5摩尔的氧化乙烯存在于所述缩合产物中。该类型的市售非离子型表面活性剂的例子包括均由Union Carbide Corporation销售的TergitolTM 15-S-9(C11~C18直链醇与9摩尔氧化乙烯的缩合产物)、TergitolTM 24-L-6NMW(C12~C14伯醇与6摩尔具有窄分子量分布的氧化乙烯的缩合产物);由Shell Chemical Company销售的NeodolTM 45-9(C14~C18直链醇与9摩尔氧化乙烯的缩合产物)、NeodolTM 23-3(C12~C13直链醇与3.0摩尔氧化乙烯的缩合产物)、NeodolTM 45-7(C14~C18直链醇与7摩尔氧化乙烯的缩合产物)、NeodolTM 45-5(C14~C18直链醇与5摩尔氧化乙烯的缩合产物);由The Procter&Gamble Company销售的KyroTMEOB(C13~C18醇与9摩尔氧化乙烯的缩合产物);和Hoechst销售的Genapol LA 030或050(C12~C14醇与3摩尔或5摩尔氧化乙烯的缩合产物)。在这些产物中HLB的优选范围是8~11并最优选为8~10。
本发明同样有用的非离子型表面活性剂是US 4,565,647中披露的具有包含约6~约30个碳原子,优选约10~约16个碳原子的疏水基的烷基多糖和多糖,例如多糖苷,亲水基包含约1.3~约10,优选约1.3~约3,最优选约1.3~约2.7个糖类单元。可以使用包含5个或6个碳原子的任何还原糖类,例如,葡萄糖、半乳糖和半乳糖基部分可以取代葡糖基部分(任选地,疏水基在2-、3-、4-等位置结合因而得到与葡糖苷或半乳糖苷相反的葡萄糖或半乳糖)。糖间键例如可以位于附加的糖类单元的一个位置与在前的糖类单元上的2-、3-、4-、和/或6-位之间。
氧化乙烯与通过氧化丙烯与丙二醇缩合而形成的疏水基质的缩合产物也适宜用作本发明的其他的非离子型洗涤性表面活性剂。这些化合物的疏水部分的分子量优选为约1500~约1800并且不溶于水。将聚氧化乙烯加成到该疏水部分总体上倾向于增大分子的水溶性,并且直到聚氧化乙烯含量约为缩合产物总重量的约50%时产物仍保留液体特征,这相当于与至多约40摩尔的氧化乙烯缩合。
该类型的化合物的例子包括BASF销售的某些市售品PlurafacTMLF404和PluronicTM表面活性剂。
同样适宜用作本发明的非离子型表面活性剂的是氧化乙烯与来自氧化丙烯和乙二胺反应的产物的缩合产物。这些产物的疏水部分由乙二胺与过量的氧化丙烯的反应产物构成,其分子量通常为约2500~约3000。该疏水部分与氧化乙烯缩合至使缩合产物包含约40重量%~80重量%的聚氧化乙烯且分子量为约5,000~约11,000的程度。该类型的非离子型表面活性剂的例子包括BASF销售的某些市售品TetronicTM化合物。
适宜使用的阴离子型表面活性剂是线性烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基酯磺酸盐、支链的烷基磺酸盐、中部支化的烷基磺酸盐表面活性剂,所述中部支化的烷基磺酸盐表面活性剂包括根据“The Journal of the American OilChemists Society”(52(1975),第323~329页)用气态SO3磺化的Cg-C20羧酸(即,脂肪酸)的线性酯。适宜的原料包括来自牛油或棕榈油的天然脂肪物质。
其他适宜的阴离子型表面活性剂包括作为式ROSO3M的水溶性盐或酸的烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂,其中R优选为C10~C24烃基,优选是烷基或具有C10~C20烷基成分的羟烷基,更优选C12~C18烷基或羟烷基,M是H或阳离子,例如,碱金属阳离子(如钠、钾、锂),或铵或具有取代基的铵(如甲基-、二甲基-和三甲基铵阳离子和季铵阳离子如四甲基铵阳离子和二甲基吡啶鎓(piperdinium)阳离子以及由诸如乙胺、二乙胺、三乙胺等烷基铵衍生的季铵阳离子,及其混合物,等等)。通常,C12~C16的烷基链优选用于较低的洗涤温度(如,低于约50℃),而C16~C18的烷基链优选用于较高洗涤温度(如,高于约50℃)。
用于洗涤目的的其他阴离子型表面活性剂也可以包含于本发明的洗涤剂组合物中。这些阴离子型表面活性剂包括脂肪酸盐(包括,例如钠盐、钾盐、铵盐和诸如一乙醇铵盐、二乙醇胺盐和三乙醇胺盐等具有取代基的铵盐)、C18~C22伯链烃磺酸盐或仲链烃磺酸盐、C18~C24烯烃磺酸盐、例如英国专利第1,082,179中所述的通过碱土金属的柠檬酸盐的热解产物的磺化而制备的磺化聚羧酸、C18~C24烷基聚乙二醇醚硫酸盐(包含至多10摩尔氧化乙烯);烷基丙三醇磺酸盐、脂肪酰基丙三醇磺酸盐、脂肪油烯基丙三醇磺酸盐、烷基苯酚氧化乙烯醚硫酸盐、石蜡磺酸盐、烷基磷酸盐、羟乙基磺酸盐如酰基羟乙基磺酸盐、N-酰基牛磺酸盐、烷基琥珀酰胺酸盐和磺基丁二酸盐、磺基丁二酸盐的单酯(尤其是饱和的和不饱和的C12~C18单酯)和磺基丁二酸盐的二酯(尤其是饱和的和不饱和的C6~C12二酯)、酰基肌氨酸(sarcosinate)、烷基多糖的硫酸盐如烷基多聚葡萄苷的硫酸盐(下面将要描述的非离子型非硫酸盐化合物)、分枝的伯烷基硫酸盐、和烷基聚乙氧基羧酸盐如式RO(CH2CH2O)k-CH2COO-M+的那些盐,其中R是Cg-C22烷基,k是1~10的整数,M是形成可溶性盐的阳离子。树脂酸和氢化树脂酸也是适宜的,例如松香、氢化松香、以及存在于妥尔油中或衍生于妥尔油的树脂酸和氢化树脂酸。

当其中包含阴离子型表面活性剂时,本发明的洗涤剂组合物通常包含1重量%~40重量%、优选3重量%~20重量%的该阴离子型表面活性剂。
任选组分
在洗涤剂组合物中可以使用的任选组分选自:悬浮剂、螯合剂、自由基清除剂、抗氧化剂、稳定剂、土壤悬浮聚合物、聚合物去污剂、pH控制剂、染料转移抑制剂、溶剂、泡沫控制剂、增泡剂、增白剂、香料、颜料、染料或其混合物。
当其中包含任选组分时,本发明的洗涤剂组合物通常包含0.1重量%~10重量%,优选约0.5重量%~8重量%的上面所列的任选组分的任意一种或其混合物。
Claims (10)
1. 包含酶和经被覆漂白剂的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述漂白剂的被覆材料是所述酶的底物。
2. 如权利要求1所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物是液体。
3. 如权利要求1或2所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述材料选自动物来源的蛋白或植物来源的蛋白、淀粉、脂肪及其混合物。
4. 如权利要求3所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述材料是蛋白。
5. 如权利要求1或2所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述酶是蛋白酶。
6. 如权利要求1或2所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述漂白剂是释放卤素的漂白剂或释放氧的漂白剂。
7. 如权利要求6所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述漂白剂平均尺寸为100μ~2500μ。
8. 如权利要求7所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述漂白剂平均尺寸为500μ~2000μ。
9. 如权利要求8所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述漂白剂平均尺寸为700μ~1500μ。
10. 如权利要求1或2所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述漂白剂由过氧化氢源和有机过氧酸漂白剂前体化合物构成。
