Abstract
一种堆叠式电连接器,安装于主电路板上,包括:绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体的若干第一导电端子、第二导电端子及包覆该绝缘本体的遮蔽壳体,所述绝缘本体设有第一插头收容腔及第二插头收容腔,第一导电端子设有显露于第一插头收容腔内的第一接触部,第二导电端子设有显露于第二插头收容腔内的第二接触部,第一、第二导电端子间设有一中间遮蔽片,其中第二插头收容腔设于第一插头收容腔的下方,中间遮蔽片与第一插头收容腔底面贴合设置。通过这样设置,使得通用串行总线(USB)插头插拔方便。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种堆叠式电连接器,尤其是指一种用于网络设备上并与相应插头连接器相匹配的堆叠式电连接器。
【背景技术】
现有技术中,模组(RJ)连接器及通用串行总线(USB)连接器普遍应用于电脑或网络设备中作为信号与数据输入、输出的端口。与本发明相关的现有技术可参照2000年12月19日公告的美国专利第6,162,089号,该专利揭示了一种用于网络传输的堆叠式电连接器,包括设置于绝缘本体内呈堆叠设置的USB连接器及模组连接器、包覆绝缘本体的遮蔽壳体及包覆USB连接器的内部壳体,其中USB连接器设置于模组连接器的下方,所述内部壳体包括前壳体及后壳体,其中前壳体设有若干接地触脚。
然而,该种设置不利于提高电连接器在高频信号传输中抗电磁干扰及防串音的能力,且当USB连接器设置于模组连接器的下方且对应的模组连接器插头已经与该模组连接器配合的情况下,USB插头与相应的USB连接器之间的插拔会变得相当困难。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有可靠抗电磁干扰屏蔽功能,且可与相匹配的电连接器迅速、可靠连接的堆叠式电连接器。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种堆叠式电连接器,安装于主电路板上,包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体的若干第一导电端子、第二导电端子及包覆于绝缘本体的遮蔽壳体,所述绝缘本体设有第一插头收容腔及第二插头收容空间,第一导电端子及第二导电端子分别设有第一接触部及第二接触部并显露于所述第一、第二插头收容腔内,第一及第二导电端子间设有一中间遮蔽片,其中第二插头收容腔设于第一插头收容腔的下方,中间遮蔽片与第一插头收容空腔底面贴合。
相较于现有技术,本发明堆叠式电连接器通过于第一、第二导电端子间设置一中间遮蔽片,并将第二插头收容腔设于第一插头收容腔的下方,增强了堆叠式电连接器抗电磁干扰的能力,并使得通用串行总线(USB)插头插拔方便。

【具体实施方式】
请参照图1至图3所示,本发明堆叠式电连接器100安装于一主电路板(未图示)上,包括绝缘本体1、收容于绝缘本体体1的插入模组2、中间遮蔽片3、发光二极管4及包覆于绝缘本体1的遮蔽壳体5。
请参照图4及图5所示,绝缘本体1是由绝缘材料(如塑胶)一体成型,包括前壁10、顶壁11、底壁12及连接顶壁11与底壁12的两侧壁13,其中,顶壁11、底壁12及两侧壁13形成一用以收容插入模组2的后部收容空间14,此外,绝缘本体1内还设有一隔板15。所述前壁10为一匹配面,其凹陷设有第一插头收容空腔101及第二插头收容腔102,且第二插头收容腔102置于第一插头收容腔101下方,所述隔板15将后部收容空间14与第一插头收容空腔101及第二插头收容空腔102相隔。在本实施方式中,第一插头收容空腔101用以收容USB插头,第二插头收容空腔102用以收容RJ类型插头。此外,该前壁10底端还设有两用以收容发光二极管4的LED的收容腔105。其中,第一插头收容腔101底端中部设有凹槽104,其两侧贯穿两侧壁13设有用以固持中间遮蔽片3的狭槽103。底壁12向下延伸设有两用以与电路板相配合以固持该堆叠式电连接器100的凸柱121。侧壁13包括设于其内侧中部的狭长开槽131、与该狭长开槽131平行设置的固持槽132及设于该侧壁13底端后部用以与插入模组2相配合的凹口133。所述隔板15顶端向第一插头收容腔101内延伸设有凸伸部16并于该隔板15上形成若干槽道161(参见图10),而中部设有若干使第二插头收容腔102与后部收容空间14相通的平行通道151,两侧还设有两用以固持中间遮蔽片3的狭缝152。
请参照图6至图9所示,插入模组2包括一磁性模组20、设置在该磁性模组20上方的端子模组22、安装于磁性模组20上的接地端子23及固持于磁性模组20后端的若干第一导电端子24。
磁性模组20包括一绝缘块21、安装于绝缘块21顶端用以与端子模组22相连的上端子201、安装于绝缘块21底端用以与电路板相连的下端子202及连接该上、下端子201、202的磁性线圈203。其中,绝缘块21前、后端分别设有一安装磁性线圈203的空腔211及若干收容第一导电端子24的开槽213。此外,绝缘块21还包括侧壁底端后部向外凸伸设置用以与绝缘本体1凹口133相配合的凸起212、位于该绝缘块21后端下方并靠近凸起212用以固持接底端子23的凹陷部214及位于该绝缘块21顶面用以与端子模组22相配合的突出部215。
端子模组22包括一内部电路板221及若干组装于该内部电路板221前端的第二导电端子222,其中内部电路板221包括若干位于其中部用以收容上端子201的安装孔224、位于第二导电端子222两侧且收容于绝缘本体1固持槽132内并用以定位、导引该第二导电端子222的固持臂225、用以收容突出部215的通孔226及用以收容接地端子23的接地孔227。该内部电路板221还设有若干信号调节元件(未标号),如电阻、电容及电感元件。在本实施方式中,第一、第二导电端子24、222分别用以与USB插头及RJ插头相匹配。另外,第二导电端子222一端倾斜向下延伸设有第二接触部223。
接地端子23设有第一竖直梁231,自第一竖直梁231一端水平向前延伸的水平梁232及自水平梁232前端竖直向下延伸的第二竖直梁233。
第一导电端子24包括竖直部241及由该竖直部241的顶端水平延伸而成的第一接触部242。
请参照图2及图3所示,遮蔽片3由一金属薄板制成,包括本体31及设置于本体31两侧的弹性臂32。其中,本体31前端中部设有一缺口311,本体31与每一弹性臂32间设有一狭缝(未标号)。而弹性臂32包括一与本体31相连的连接部(未标号)、由该弹性臂32前端向外延伸并用以与遮蔽壳体5相电性连接的倒钩321及由该弹性臂32后端向后延伸与绝缘本体1相应固持槽132相固持的固定部322。
遮蔽壳体5是由导电金属材料制成,包括前壳体51及与该前壳体51相连的后壳体50。其中后壳体50设有一后表面501及由该后表面501两侧向前延伸而成的翼片502,而每一翼片502上设有若干锁扣孔503,另外,后表面501还进一步设有向前并向上延伸的固持片504。
前壳体51包括顶面52、前表面53及两侧面54。其中,顶表面52后部设有若干用以与后壳体50上固持片504相固持的开口521,而前表面53设有与绝缘本体1第一插头收容空腔101及第二插头收容腔102相对应的USB插头接口531及RJ插头接口532,该前表面53还设有收容发光二极管4的LED接口533。侧面54设有与锁扣孔503相扣持的扣持部541及由该两侧面54向下延伸用以与主电路板相连的接脚542。
请参照图6至图8所示,组装时,先将插入模组2组装起来。首先,将接地端子23插入磁性模组20,接地端子23的水平梁232固持于绝缘本体21的凹陷部214,第一竖直梁231向上延伸至绝缘本体21顶面,第二竖直梁233向下延伸与主电路板的接地线相连。其次,将端子模组22安装于磁性模组20,磁性模组20绝缘块21上突出部215收容于端子模组22内部电路板221上通孔226,上端子201收容于相应的安装孔224并焊接于所述安装孔224上,接地端子23第一竖直梁231穿过内部电路板221接地孔227并与之相焊接。然后,将第一导电端子24组装于磁性模组20上。第一导电端子24竖直部241收容于磁性模组20相应开槽213内,所述第一接触部242置于端子模组22的上方并与内部电路板221平行。
请参照图1至图10所示,其次,将插入模组2自后部收容空间14组装至绝缘本体1。内部电路板221两侧向前滑入绝缘本体1的狭长开槽131,其固持臂225稳定固持于绝缘本体1固持槽132内。第二导电端子222延伸通过平行通道151,且该第二接触部223显露于第二插头收容腔102内,第一导电端子24延伸通过隔板15,其端部收容于凸伸部16的通道161内。此外,磁性模组20的凸起212与绝缘本体1内凹口133相嵌合,插入模组2稳定安装于绝缘本体1内。
请参照图2、图3及图10所示,然后,将中间遮蔽片3自前壁10插入绝缘本体1。中间遮蔽片3本体31贴合于USB收容腔101底面,该中间遮蔽片3的缺口311的尺寸大小恰好与凹槽104相配合,使其裸露在外。弹性臂32倒钩321收容于狭槽103并延伸至该狭槽103外部与遮蔽壳体5相连。后端固定部322收容并固持于狭缝152内,发光二极管4收容于收容腔105内以显示电性连接状况。
最后,将前壳体51包覆于绝缘本体1,后壳体50与该前壳体51相连。前壳体51自前端包覆绝缘本体1,其前表面53与绝缘本体1前壁10贴合,USB插头接口531及模组插头接口532恰好与第一插头收容腔101及第二插头收容腔102相通,发光二极管4显露于LED接口533。中间遮蔽片3倒钩321卡持于遮蔽壳体5侧面54。后壳体50的锁扣孔503配合于前壳体51扣持部541,该后壳体50上固持片504与顶表面52后端开口521相配合,前、后壳体51、50稳固相连。此外,绝缘本体1于第一插头收容腔101及第二插头收容腔102内还设有若干槽或腔(未标号)与遮蔽壳体5上设有的若干固持薄片(未标号)相配合,从而绝缘本体1与遮蔽壳体5配合更稳固。
接地端子23、中间遮蔽片3、前壳体51及后壳体50形成一完整的接地系统,确保该堆叠式电连接器100传输信号的完整性,使高频信号高效、快速的传播。
Claims (9)
1. 一种堆叠式电连接器,安装于主电路板上,包括:绝缘本体、收容于该绝缘本体的若干第一导电端子、第二导电端子及包覆于该绝缘本体的遮蔽壳体,所述绝缘本体设有第一插头收容腔及第二插头收容腔,第一导电端子设有显露于第一插头收容腔内的第一接触部,第二导电端子设有显露于第二插头收容腔内的第二接触部,其特征在于:第一及第二导电端子间设有一中间遮蔽片,该中间遮蔽片与第一插头收容腔底面贴合,并设有与遮蔽壳体相电性连接的弹性臂。
2. 如权利要求1所述的堆叠式电连接器,其特征在于:所述第二插头收容腔设于第一插头收容腔的下方,第一插头收容腔用以收容USB插头,第二插头收容腔用以收容模组插头。
3. 如权利要求2所述的堆叠式电连接器,其特征在于:绝缘本体于第一插头收容腔内设有两用以固持中间遮蔽片的狭长开槽,中间遮蔽片弹性臂上设有与遮蔽壳体相电性连接的倒钩。
4. 如权利要求1所述的堆叠式电连接器,其特征在于:所述堆叠式电连接器还设有一内部电路板及一磁性模组,且该磁性模组通过模组端子与该内部电路板电性连接。
5. 如权利要求4所述的堆叠式电连接器,其特征在于:绝缘本体设有两固持槽,内部电路板设有稳定固持于前述固持槽的两固持臂。
6. 如权利要求4所述的堆叠式电连接器,其特征在于:磁性模组包括一绝缘块,设置于该绝缘块顶端并与内部电路板相电性连接的上端子、与主电路板相连的下端子及连接上、下端子的磁性线圈。
7. 如权利要求6所述的堆叠式电连接器,其特征在于:所述堆叠式电连接器还进一步设有与绝缘块相固持并与内部电路板相电性连接的接地端子。
8. 如权利要求7所述的堆叠式电连接器,其特征在于:接地端子设有一固持于绝缘块的水平梁、自水平梁的一端竖直向上延伸并与内部电路板相电性连接的第一竖直梁及自水平梁另一端向下延伸并与主电路板相电性连接的第二竖直梁。
9. 如权利要求1所述的堆叠式电连接器,其特征在于:遮蔽壳体设有一前壳体及一后壳体,前壳体之顶面设有若干固持槽,其两侧面设有若干扣持部,后壳体设有与侧面扣持部相配合的锁扣孔及与顶表面固持槽相配合的翼片。
