Abstract
The present invention relates to a remote control system and a method in the technical field of network communications. By introducing an RCMC (a remote control managing center) and a CGW (a control gateway), a controlling terminal communicates with the RCMC, the RCMC communicates with the CGW, and the CGW communicates with a controlled device; controlled devices of various types are remotely controlled and managed in a unified mode. The present invention supports the situation that the mode that a personal mobile communication device, a personal computer, a fixed telephone, etc. are simultaneously used to remotely control and operate the controlled devices; the differences of the controlled devices of various types are shielded by the CGW, and thus, the capability and the application range of the system can be expanded by adding CGWs of different types without direct influence on the system framework and the networking mode.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of network communication technologies, and in particular, to a remote control system and method.
Background
The remote control technology enables people to still implement control operation under the condition of being far away from the controlled device so as to command the controlled device to execute the required action, and great convenience is provided for daily life and industrial control. For example, the air conditioner in the home can be started in advance by a remote control technology on the way to home; the operation state of the home security equipment can be obtained when the user is in a different place; sensors in deserts or forests that are well beyond ten million may also be known and controlled at the office.
To realize remote control, control commands and status information need to be transmitted through a wired or wireless communication network. Generally, a user operates a control terminal to send out a control instruction, the control instruction is transmitted through a wired or wireless communication network and finally reaches a controlled device, the controlled device can correctly understand the control instruction, corresponding actions are completed, and an execution result is returned through the wired or wireless communication network.

Therefore, a method is needed to achieve uniform management of various types of devices and implement remote control.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems in the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a remote control system and method, which enable a control terminal to communicate with an RCMC (remote control management center) and a CGW (control gateway), and enable the RCMC to communicate with a CGW and the CGW to communicate with controlled devices, thereby implementing unified remote control and management of various different types of controlled devices.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

the CGW is related to the type of the controlled device, stores an equipment description template of the controlled device of the related type and equipment state information of the controlled device, is used for converting a control command of the RCMC into a command which can be identified by the controlled device and forwarding the command to the controlled device, and returns an execution result of the controlled device to the RCMC.
The CGW is provided with a memory for storing the equipment state information of the dynamic controlled device and recording the state information of the controlled device controlled and managed by the CGW under the current running state of the system; the RCMC is provided with a memory used for storing the connection state information of the CGW and/or storing the equipment state information of the controlled device and synchronizing with the equipment state information of the controlled device stored in the CGW.
The system adopts a tree management structure to describe and manage various different types of controlled devices and provides a uniform interface for remote control operation.

Detailed Description
The core idea of the invention is to provide a remote control system and method, the application and control terminal communicates with RCMC (remote control management center) through wireless or wired communication network, RCMC communicates with CGW (control gateway) through wireless or wired communication network, CGW communicates with controlled device through short-distance wired or wireless communication technology, thereby realizing unified control, management and maintenance operation of various different types of controlled devices.
The invention provides a remote control system, the architecture of the system is shown in fig. 3, and functional entities related to the system comprise:
and (3) a control terminal: the system is used for finishing man-machine interaction operation in the remote control process, can display a remote control operation interface, and can send a remote control command to a controlled device through the system, obtain an operation result, obtain information such as the state of the controlled device and the like;
RCMC: the method comprises the steps of storing relevant data information of a user, a CGW and a controlled device, being responsible for user management, user validity verification, CGW state management, controlled device management and the like, performing bidirectional communication with a control terminal and the CGW, forwarding an operation command of the user to the CGW in a manner that the CGW can understand, and forwarding information sent by the CGW to the control terminal in a manner that the control terminal can understand;
since the control methods, control commands, control parameters, and the like of various controlled devices may be different, the RCMC can generate remote control service logic independent of the controlled devices according to static device description templates and dynamic device state information, and can convert the remote control operation of the user into control commands understandable by the CGW and the controlled devices according to the specific control logic.
CGW: the system is responsible for forwarding the control command of the RCMC to the controlled device in a manner that the controlled device can understand, and forwarding the execution result or other information of the controlled device to the RCMC;
according to the characteristics of the controlled device, the CGW can also directly execute the control command and return an execution result to the RCMC;
the CGW can monitor the state change of the controlled device in real time and report the state change to the RCMC according to the requirement;
the RCMC and the CGW realize the unified control and management of different types of controlled devices under the CGW by defining a standard communication protocol;
the controlled device: executing a control command issued by the CGW, and returning an execution result or other state information to the CGW; the controlled device can report the state change to the CGW when the state of the controlled device changes according to the requirement;

as in fig. 4, CGW is strongly correlated with a specific controlled device, whereas RCMC has no direct relationship with a specific controlled device;
the system of the invention adopts a mode of describing the template by the equipment to solve the problem that the RCMC needs to adapt to different types of CGW and controlled devices, so that the RCMC only needs to pay attention to service logic and shields the difference of different controlled devices;

in the operation process of the remote control system, a memory is arranged in the CGW, and dynamic equipment state information is stored and used for recording state information of a controlled device controlled and managed by the CGW under the current operation state of the system; the RCMC is provided with a memory for storing the state information of the CGW, and when needed, the RCMC queries the device state information from the specific CGW, and meanwhile, the RCMC can also store a copy of the device state information of the CGW, and when the device state in the CGW changes, the RCMC needs to be notified in real time or at regular time to synchronously update the corresponding device state information.
The invention also provides a remote control method, which realizes the uniform control, management and maintenance of various controlled devices of different types, and the specific operation is as follows:
before implementing remote control, the CGW can access the remote control system only by registering with the RCMC first, and the RCMC performs validity verification on the CGW according to a certain policy and method to avoid illegal CGW access to the system, fig. 5 depicts the basic service logic of the CGW registration process, and the registration process includes the following steps:
step 1: CGW sends out a registration request;
the method comprises the following steps that a registration request is initiated to the RCMC under the conditions of CGW power-on, restart or connection interruption and the like, wherein the request message carries: version number, CGW device identification, and related information for authentication, which may also be carried through other independent message flows for security;

and step 3: the RCMC sends a registration response to the CGW and indicates whether to accept or reject the registration request of the CGW and information such as the reason of rejection;

In a state where the CGW completes registration and accesses the remote control system, the application and control terminal performs a remote control operation, as shown in fig. 6, the process specifically includes:
step 20: the application and control terminal initiates a remote control connection request to the RCMC, and the request message carries a version number, a user identifier and related information for identity authentication;
step 21: RCMC carries on necessary legality check to user according to certain strategy and method;
step 22: after the validity check is completed, the RCMC sends a response message to the application and control terminal, wherein the response message comprises a rejection request or a connection acceptance request, and if the response message is a rejection, the rejection reason is explained in the message; if the response message is accepted, a CGW list and related information which can be managed by the application and control terminal need to be given;
step 24: the user selects to enter a specific CGW according to the CGW list and the related information;
step 24: if valid device state information is stored in the RCMC, the process is not required; if the RCMC does not store effective equipment state information, the RCMC needs to acquire the equipment state information from the appointed CGW;
step 25: the RCMC returns part or all of the specified CGW equipment state information and equipment description template information to the application and control terminal in a proper mode;
step 26: the application and control terminal selects a specific controlled node and a remote control command according to the equipment state information and the equipment description template information which are described in a tree structure, if a leaf node is selected by a user, the specific equipment is selected, and if an intermediate node is selected by the user, the specific equipment is selected, and even all equipment is selected; the process of selecting the controlled node by the user can be completed by interacting with the RCMC once or for multiple times according to the requirement, or directly completed with the step 27 once;
step 27: the application and control terminal sends a designated remote control operation command to the selected controlled node to the RCMC;
step 28: the RCMC forwards a remote control command of the control terminal to the CGW;
the RCMC forwards the remote control command of the control terminal to the CGW in a manner that the CGW can understand;
step 29: the CGW converts the remote control command into a mode which can be understood by the controlled device and sends the converted remote control command to the controlled device, and the controlled device returns an operation result to the CGW after finishing the specified operation; if the control operation logic of the controlled device is implemented in the CGW, the CGW may directly perform the operation command without interaction with the controlled device; finally, the CGW returns an operation result to the RCMC;
step 30: and the RCMC returns the execution result to the application and control terminal, and the remote control operation is completed.
In the operation process of the remote control system according to the present invention, the RCMC and the CGW may synchronize some necessary state information periodically or in real time, as shown in fig. 6, the basic information synchronization service between the RCMC and the CGW includes:
a) the RCMC and the CGW are periodically synchronized according to the requirement;
b) if the effective equipment state information is stored in the RCMC, batch synchronization is required to be carried out between the RCMC and the CGW regularly;

6. A remote control method, comprising:
A. the remote control management center RCMC establishes connection with a control terminal and receives a remote control command sent by the control terminal, wherein the remote control command is based on CGW state information provided by the RCMC and part or all of equipment description template information of a controlled device;
