Abstract

本发明公开了一种大流量双螺杆泵的摆线螺杆齿形。齿顶圆与齿根圆一端间由延长摆线,节圆一端与齿根圆另一端由延长摆线,节圆另一端与齿顶圆另一端由外摆线组成的一种新型齿形的螺杆。用在螺杆泵中泄漏小,输出压力高,运行平稳,比流量大,承载力强,加工较易。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械零件设计加工技术领域,特别地,涉及一种大流量双螺杆泵的摆线螺杆齿形。
背景技术
双螺杆泵螺杆的齿形有摆线齿形(专利号:99201251.1),阿基米德螺旋线螺杆齿形(专利号:96236524.6)及渐开线齿形等。所有这些齿形均由两种曲线组成,因此加工欠方便。与上述各种齿形相比,本发明的齿形仅由摆线一种齿形组成,加工相对方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种大流量双螺杆泵的摆线螺杆齿形。齿顶圆与齿根圆一端间由延长摆线,节圆一端与齿根圆另一端由延长摆线,节圆另一端与齿顶圆另一端由外摆线组成的一种新型齿形的螺杆。用在螺杆泵中泄漏小,输出压力高,运行平稳,比流量大,承载力强,加工较易。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种大流量双螺杆泵的摆线螺杆齿形,螺杆径向截面由齿顶圆弧线ed、延长摆线cd、齿根圆弧线bc、延长摆线ab、节圆圆弧线af、外摆线ef组成。其中,齿顶圆弧线ed、齿根圆弧线bc和节圆圆弧线af是具有同一圆心且半径分别为R、r、R0的圆弧,螺杆的长度大于两个螺距。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果是:
1.仅需一个螺距便可形成密封腔,结构紧凑,刚度高。
2.贮油空间大,故比流量大,密封性能好,压力高。
3.由于各段齿形均由摆线组成,而摆线加工成熟,故工艺相对简单。
4.大幅增大螺旋角,因此,可大幅缩短螺杆长度。

具体实施方式
螺杆径向截面的形状,齿顶圆曲线为圆孤线,齿顶圆相反一侧的齿根圆曲线为圆孤线,齿顶圆和齿根圆中间一侧的节圆曲线为圆孤线,齿顶圆孤线一端点和齿根圆孤线一端点间由延长摆线组成,齿根圆孤线另一端点和节圆圆孤线一端点间由延长摆线组成,齿顶圆孤线另一端点和节圆圆孤线另一端点间由外摆线组成;螺杆的头数n≥1,螺杆的长度大于两个螺距的长度。
下面结合附图详细说明本发明。
如图1、图2所示,螺杆径向截面的形状,齿顶圆曲线为齿顶圆孤线ed,齿顶圆相反一侧的齿根圆曲线为齿根圆孤线bc,齿顶圆与齿根圆中间一侧的节圆曲线为节圆圆孤线af,齿顶圆孤线ed一端点d点和齿根圆孤线bc一端c点间由延长摆线cd组成,齿根圆孤线bc另一端b点和节圆圆孤线af一端点a点间由延长摆线ab组成,齿顶圆孤线ed另一端e点和节圆圆孤线af另一端f点间由外摆线ef组成;螺杆的头数n≥1,螺杆的长度大于两个螺距的长度。
当螺杆2的节圆II沿螺杆1的节圆I作纯滚动时,如图3所示,螺杆2上与螺杆1上d点对应点d’的轨迹即为延长摆线cd,同样,螺杆2上点e’的轨迹即为延长摆线ab,而螺杆2上点a’的轨迹即为外摆线ef,各段齿形曲线形成的方程如下:
1.延长摆线cd的形成:

如图1可知,如给定顶圆半径R和根圆半径r,便可确定延长摆线cd,如再给定齿顶圆弧线ed和齿根圆弧线bc的弧度

两螺杆对应的啮合关系如图3所示:螺杆2齿顶圆d’e’对应的啮合曲线是螺杆1的齿根圆弧线bc,点d’对应于延长摆线cd,齿根圆弧b’c’对应于齿顶圆弧线ed,点a’对应于外摆线ef,e’对应于延长摆线ab。节圆圆弧a’f’,对应于节圆圆弧线af。反过来也一样。
如图4,图5所示,当两螺杆相对滚动时,杆2就会在杆1上形成空间啮合曲线1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9。
同样,螺杆1也会在螺杆2上形成相应的啮合曲线。由于滚动是连续的,这两条啮合曲线阻断了泵的输入腔和输出腔,且不断地向前推进,从而产生了压力流体。
上述一对啮合曲线的形成需要一个螺距长度,为了使输入腔和输出腔在整个运行过程中始终隔离,在一对啮合曲线中断前,必须形成另一对啮合曲线,因此,整个螺杆的长度应大于两个螺距。
上述实施例用来解释说明本发明,而不是对本发明进行限制,在本发明的精神和权利要求的保护范围内,对本发明作出的任何修改和改变,都落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (2)

1.一种大流量双螺杆泵的摆线螺杆齿形,其特征在于,螺杆径向截面由齿顶圆弧线ed、延长摆线cd、齿根圆弧线bc、延长摆线ab、节圆圆弧线af、外摆线ef组成,其中,齿顶圆弧线ed、齿根圆弧线bc和节圆圆弧线af是具有同一圆心且半径分别为R、r、R0的圆弧,螺杆的长度大于两个螺距。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大流量双螺杆泵的摆线螺杆齿形,其特征在于,
