Abstract
本发明公开一种用于室内采暖的直联式散热器,连接于室内垂直主采暖管道,其特征在于,包括:通水/通汽管道以及设置于通水/通汽管道外的散热板,所述通水/通汽管道连接于所述室内垂直主采暖管道;所述散热板形成外围通道,所述外围通道为多个加长竖直通道。其不采用旁路连接主采暖管道的方式,不过多占用室内使用面积,且散热效率高、成本低,直接具有装饰性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种散热器,特别是涉及一种用于室内采暖的直联式散热器。
背景技术
现有室内采暖均采用以管件从主采暖管道引出旁路连接散热器的方式,传统铸铁散热器在室内装修是为了美观大多加装暖气罩,占用了可观的室内使用面积,也降低了采暖效果,近年来出现的多种装饰性散热器,虽然摆脱了加装暖气罩的弊端,但从结构原理上仍属于旁路连接散热器,仍占用相当的室内使用面积。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种不采用旁路连接方式的室内采暖用散热器,其不过多占用室内使用面积、散热效率高且直接具有装饰性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种用于室内采暖的直联式散热器,连接于室内垂直主采暖管道,其特征在于,包括:通水/通汽管道以及设置于通水/通汽管道外的散热板,所述通水/通汽管道连接于所述室内垂直主采暖管道;所述散热板形成外围通道,所述外围通道为多个加长竖直通道。
上述的直联式散热器,其中,所述通水/通汽管道与所述散热板为一个整体,所述通水/通汽管道通过两端的连接管件与垂直的室内主采暖管道直接连接。
上述的直联式散热器,其中,所述加长竖直通道通过固定卡盘直接附着在所述室内主采暖管道上。
上述的直联式散热器,其中,在所述加长竖直通道还设置强制通风。
上述的直联式散热器,其中,所述加长竖直通道为线性挤压成型件。
采用上述结构的散热器,克服了现有旁路连接散热器的缺点,且结构简单安装方便。由于采用加长竖直通道,从而加大了空气对流压差,增大了空气流量,提高了散热效应。
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述,但不作为对本发明的限定。

具体实施方式
在图1和图1a中,本发明揭示了一种直联式散热器,抛弃了从主采暖管道引出旁路连接散热器的方式,采用与垂直主采暖管道直接连接散热器的方式。其中,该直联式散热器包括通水或通汽管道,设置于通水或通气管道外的散热板形成的外围通道1,散热板形成的外围通道1和通水或通汽管道为一个整体,其两端通过连接管件与主采暖管道对接,结构简单,安装方便,其散热板1形成的通道是多个加长竖直的,从而加大了空气对流压差,增大了空气流量,提高了散热效应,必要时可从底部采用强制通风,进一步提高散热效应(参见图1中箭头所示)。该直联式散热器在新建筑或管道可以改造的场合适用。
在图2、图2和图2b中,本发明揭示了一种附着式散热器,抛弃了从主采暖管道引出旁路连接散热器的方式,采用直接附着在垂直主采暖管道上的方式。该方式主要用于对现有的采暖管道进行改造。其中,与直联式散热器的主要区别是通过固定卡盘2将散热板外围通道1和通水或通汽管道直接附着在垂直主采暖管道上,然后采用固定螺栓3进一步固定,其它结构特点与直联式散热器相同。
本发明采用的散热器由于采用竖直设置显著减少了现有散热器占用的室内使用面积。同时由于该散热器的结构具有直线性,有利于采用挤压技术批量生产从而降低产品成本,其结构和装饰性外观可以采用多种形成。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于室内采暖的直联式散热器,连接于室内垂直主采暖管道,其特征在于,包括:通水/通汽管道以及设置于通水/通汽管道外的散热板,所述通水/通汽管道连接于所述室内垂直主采暖管道;所述散热板形成外围通道,所述外围通道为多个加长竖直通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的直联式散热器,其特征在于,所述通水/通汽管道与所述散热板为一个整体,所述通水/通汽管道通过两端的连接管件与垂直的室内主采暖管道直接连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的直联式散热器,其特征在于,所述加长竖直通道通过固定卡盘直接附着在所述室内主垂直采暖管道上。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的直联式散热器,其特征在于,在所述加长竖直通道还设置强制通风。
5.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的直联式散热器,其特征在于,所述加长竖直通道为线性挤压成型件。
