技术领域
本申请是分案申请,原申请发明名称为除草剂O,O-二甲基-1-(2,4-二氯苯氧乙酰氧基)乙基膦酸酯及其的除草组合物,申请号为200310111232.6,申请日为2003年10月14日。
本发明涉及含除草剂O,O-二甲基-1-(2,4-二氯苯氧乙酰氧基)乙基膦酸酯(HW02)的除草组合物,以及它们作为茎叶处理除草剂用于小麦田等禾本科作物的田间除草,和用于茶园、果园、草坪的除草。
背景技术:
本发明者在前期的研究中,曾研究发明了一类具有除草活性的取代苯氧乙酰氧基烃基膦酸酯A类(贺红武等,中国发明专利,专利号:ZL 971 090 95.5,国际专利主分类号:CO7F9/38),发现这类化合物均在不同的程度上显示了较好的除草活性和植物生长调节活性,特别是这类化合物对双子叶以及单子叶植物的生长具有显著的抑制作用,可作为除草剂应用开发。而且在研究中,本发明者还发现此类化合物对植物丙酮酸脱氢酶系具有很好的抑制作用。目前尚未见到有以丙酮酸脱氢酶系为靶标的商品化除草剂的报道。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于进一步探索开发具有新结构、新靶标酶的一类具有应用价值的新型除草组合物和除草组合物制剂,及作为除草的应用范围。
为了开发结构新颖的除草剂,本发明人从具有A类结构的化合物中选择O,O-二甲基-1-(2,4-二氯苯氧乙酰氧基)乙基膦酸酯(HW02,I)作为除草剂进行应用研究。同时为了扩大HW02的除草谱,降低使用剂量,本发明人在HW02的应用开发研究的基础上,对HW02的除草组合物进行了研究,提出了该含化合物的除草组合物组成,及作为除草的应用范围。
本发明的用于茎叶处理的除草组合物,包含作为活性组份a的式(1)的化合物和一种选自下列化合物的组份b:2-[4-甲氧基-6-甲基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基(甲基)氨基甲酰氨基磺酰基]苯甲酸甲酯(通用名:苯磺隆),3-(4-甲氧基-6-甲基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基氨基甲酰氨基磺酰基)噻吩-2-甲酸甲酯(通用名:噻吩磺隆),2-[(4-甲氧基-6-甲基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)脲基磺酰基]苯甲酸甲酯(通用名:甲磺隆),1-(2-氯苯基磺酰)-3-(4-甲氧基-6-甲基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)脲(通用名:氯磺隆),2-[[(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基)氨基羰基氨基]磺酰基甲基]苯甲酸甲酯(通用名:苄嘧磺隆),3-(4-异丙基苯基)-1,1-二甲基脲(通用名:异丙隆),4-氨基-3,5-二氯-6-氟-吡啶-2-氧乙酸(通用名:氯氟吡氧乙酸),3,7-二氯-8-喹啉羧酸(通用名:二氯喹啉酸),2-苯并噻唑-2-基氧-N-甲基乙酰苯胺(通用名:苯噻酰草胺),α-氯代-2′,6′-二乙基-N-甲氧基甲基乙酰替苯胺(通用名:甲草胺),2′-乙基-6′-甲基-N-(乙氧基甲基)-2-氯代乙酰替苯胺(通用名:乙草胺),N-丁氧甲基-α-氯-2′,6′-二乙基乙酰替苯胺(通用名:丁草胺),2-乙基-6-甲基-N-(1′-甲基-2′-甲氧乙基)氯代乙酰替苯胺(通用名:异丙甲草胺),该组合物中组分a与组分b的质量比为1∶0.001~100。
所述的除草剂组合物与农业上允许的液体载体,固体载体、增量剂、表面活性剂、辅助剂制成除草组合物制剂乳油、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂或悬浮乳剂。
本发明者发现单独采用活性成份a或HW02,可以有效的防治小麦田、水稻田的杂草,也可以用于防治果园、茶园、草坪中的杂草。本发明者还发现,与上述活性成份单独使用的情况相比,本发明的除草组合物的除草活性协同地增加。因此,它们可以降低施用量,而且杀草谱拓宽,并且可以选择性地防治各种杂草,特别是采用活性成份a与苯磺隆、甲磺隆、绿磺隆、噻磺隆、异丙隆的混合物均可以有效的防治小麦田中的杂草;采用活性成份a与苄嘧磺隆、二氯喹啉酸、苯噻草胺、使它隆、异丙隆、丁草胺的混合物均可有效的防治水稻田中的杂草;采用活性成份a与甲草胺、乙草胺、丁草胺、异丙甲草胺或上述其它的除草剂可以有效的防除果园、茶园非耕地的杂草,此外,采用活性成份a与使它隆的混合物可以有效的防治禾本科草坪中的杂草。
本发明提供的除草剂组合物可有效的防治各种杂草,同时对作物具有选择性,能有效的防治小麦田和水稻田的主要杂草,也可以防治果园、茶园和以禾本科植物为坪草的草坪中的主要杂草。其用量是组分a与组分b的总用量为0.005~2kg/ha。

在本发明中,虽然根据所需防治的杂草,施用的位置与条件以及其它因素的不同,组分a与组分b的混合比可以有所变化,但它通常是在按质量计1∶0.001~100的范围内。
本发明的除草剂及组合物通常可以以制剂为乳油,可湿性粉剂或悬浮剂的形式使用,也可以作为悬浮乳剂来使用,上述制剂可以通过将活性组分与液体载体、固体载体或其它增量剂混合,如果需要,向此混合物中加入表面活性剂或其它辅助剂而制备。在这样的制剂中,组分(a)与组分(b)通常含量为总量的0.5至95wt%,优选1至80wt%。
用在制剂中的液体载体可以包括水、甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、丁酮、甲乙酮、环乙酮、甲苯、二甲苯、乙苯、甲基萘、己烷、环己烷、煤油、乙酸乙酯,乙酸丁酯、乙腈、异丁腈、二噁烷、二异丙醚、二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基乙酰胺、二氯甲烷、二氯乙烷和三氯乙烯。
固体载体包括硅藻土、膨润土、高岭石、滑石、粉状石英、活性炭和碳酸钙。表面活性剂或润湿剂可以选择具有良好乳化、分散和湿润特性的非离子、阳离子和/或阴离子表面活性剂的混合物,例如:烷基磺酸盐类、烷基硫酸酯类、烷基芳基磺酸盐类、烷基芳基醚类、聚氧乙烯衍生物类、聚乙二醇醚类、多元醇酯类和糖醇衍生物。
其它辅助剂可以包括粘合剂和分散剂,如明胶、粉状淀粉、纤维素衍生物、木质素衍生物、膨润石、合成水溶性聚合物聚乙烯醇和聚丙烯酸,以及稳定剂PAP(酸式磷酸异丙基酯)、BHT(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚)、BHA(2-/3-叔丁基-4-甲氧基苯酚)、植物油、矿物油、脂肪酸和脂肪酸酯。
本发明组合物还可以使用上述加工技术,通过将活性成分掺入分别的制剂中之后,再将这样制剂混合而制备。
由此加工成的本发明的除草组合物可以原样施用于植物,或在用水或其它溶剂稀释之后用于植物,本发明的除草组合物还可以用来与其它除草剂混合。在这种情况下,预期除草活性可以增加。本发明除草组合物还可以用来与杀虫剂、杀细菌剂、植物生长调节剂、肥料、土壤调节剂或其它药剂一起使用。
虽然本发明的除草组合物的施用量可以因作为活性成分的组分a与组分b的混合比、气候条件、制剂类型、施用时间、施用方法、施用地点将与需防治的杂草和需保护的作物的不同而变化,但它通常是在每公顷活性成分化合物总量为0.005~2kg/ha,但优选为0.008~1kg/ha。在乳油、可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂或其它类似制剂的情况下,通常是在将其预定量,以每公顷用水量为100至1000升的比例稀释后施用。
特别优选的制剂组成如下:

将上述各种原材料混合在一起经加工,如固体物料的磨细以及油状物料的乳化,而制成悬浮乳剂。另一种适合于本发明的悬浮乳剂的制备方法是分别制备悬浮剂和乳液,然后根据比例混合。此外也可以先制备为悬浮剂,然后将原油、乳化剂及各种其它助剂用高速搅拌器直接乳化到悬浮剂中,通常便利的是将不同活性成分的除草剂分别制成制剂,然后再直接混合制成除草剂混合物,也可直至在施用之前才根据所需混合的比例以“桶混”方式在水中直接混合后使用。

取25%式(I)化合物90g与0.4g的75%的苯磺隆干悬剂充分搅拌均匀,便可以得到25.2%的组合除草剂以供使用。

取20%式(I)化合物的乳油75g与35g的75%的异丙隆可湿性粉剂充分搅拌,便可以得到41%的组合除草剂以供使用。

40%式(I)化合物的乳油37.5g与50%的乙草胺乳油30g充分搅拌均匀后,可以获得44%的组合除草剂以供使用。
实施例23:
25%式(I)化合物的乳油90g与50%的二氯喹啉酸的可湿性粉剂10g,进行充分的混合均匀后可以获得27.5%的组合除草剂以供使用。
实施例24:
30%式(I)化合物的乳油100g与10%的农得时的可湿性粉剂26g,进行充分的混合均匀后可以获得25%的组合除草剂以供使用。
本发明的组合物适用于农业上常用的使用方法,包括苗前施用、苗后施用,但苗后施用在效果和安全性上更优于苗前施用。本发明的化合物及其组合物的选择性除草作用举例性的描述于下面的实施例中。
试验实施例B
下面的实施例中化合物(1)是指式(I)化合物。
除草活性的评价标准为:活性100%为植物死亡或生长完全被抑制,活性0%为没有植物毒害作用;当对作物未观察到明显药害时,药害标为“无伤害”;当观察到低度的药害时,标为“低”;当观察到中度药害时,标为“中”;或当观察到高度的药害时,标为高。
实施例B1~8
在温室条件下,将测试植物播种在装有标准土壤为生长介质的塑料盒中培养出苗后,直至达到苗后施用期时,根据筛选试验的结果,确定以下试验的施用量,并将配制好的除草组合物以预定的剂量分别用水稀释,用小喷雾器将每一种稀释液均匀喷雾在试验植物上,试验评估在2~4周后进行,所检查的除草活性结果示于表5,表6,表7,表8,表9,表10,表11,表12。

选择具有代表杂草的果园为试验田块,其杂草种类主要为禾本科杂草如马唐、升马唐、牛筋草、狗尾草,此外还有铁苋、凹头苋、野塘蒿、鳢肠、酸模叶蓼、小花生等,选用除草组合物,按其预定的剂量分别用水稀释,用背负式喷雾器将每一种稀释液均匀喷雾在杂草上,试验评估在1~3周后进行调查,结果示于表13,表14。

实施例B10~11。
选择移载秧抛秧稻田为试验田块,田间杂草主要为单子叶杂草稗草、矮慈菇、鸭舌草、异型莎草、牛毛毡等,此外还有双子叶杂草如节节菜和陌上菜等。选用除草剂组合物按其预定的剂量分别用水稀释,用背负式喷雾器将每一种稀释液均匀喷雾,用药前排净田中的水层,施药后两天正常覆水,施药后10天调查其除草效果,结果列于表15,表16。

Claims (4)
1.用于茎叶处理的除草组合物,其特征是包含作为活性组份a的式(1)的化合物和一种选自下列化合物的组份b:2-[4-甲氧基-6-甲基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基(甲基)氨基甲酰氨基磺酰基]苯甲酸甲酯,3-(4-甲氧基-6-甲基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基氨基甲酰氨基磺酰基)噻吩-2-甲酸甲酯,2-[(4-甲氧基-6-甲基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)脲基磺酰基]苯甲酸甲酯,2-[[(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基)氨基羰基氨基]磺酰基甲基]苯甲酸甲酯,3-(4-异丙基苯基)-1,1-二甲基脲,4-氨基-3,5-二氯-6-氟-吡啶-2-氧乙酸,3,7-二氯-8-喹啉羧酸,2-苯并噻唑-2-基氧-N-甲基乙酰苯胺,α-氯代-2′,6′-二乙基-N-甲氧基甲基乙酰替苯胺,2′-乙基-6′-甲基-N-(乙氧基甲基)-2-氯代乙酰替苯胺,N-丁氧甲基-α-氯-2′,6′-二乙基乙酰替苯胺,2-乙基-6-甲基-N-(1′-甲基-2′-甲氧乙基)氯代乙酰替苯胺,组合物中组分a与组分b的质量比为75∶1-1∶23。
2.权利要求1所述的除草组合物的应用,其特征是用于防治小麦田、水稻田、果园、茶园及禾本科草坪中的稗草、牵牛、苋菜,马唐、升马唐、牛筋草、狗尾草,铁苋、凹头苋、野塘蒿、鳢肠、酸模叶蓼、小花生、矮慈菇、鸭舌草、异型莎草、牛毛毡、节节菜及陌上菜杂草,其用量是组份a与组份b的总用量为0.005~2kg/ha。
3.用于茎叶处理的除草组合物制剂,其特征是由权利要求1的除草组合物与农业上允许的液体载体或固体载体、增量剂、表面活性剂、辅助剂制成除草组合物制剂,其组合物制剂为乳油、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂或悬浮乳剂,其组份a与组份b的总量占除草组合物制剂总质量的0.5~95%。
4.权利要求3所述的除草组合物制剂的应用,其特征是用于防治小麦田、水稻田、果园、茶园及禾本科草坪中的稗草、牵牛、苋菜,马唐、升马唐、牛筋草、狗尾草,铁苋、凹头苋、野塘蒿、鳢肠、酸模叶蓼、小花生、矮慈菇、鸭舌草、异型莎草、牛毛毡、节节菜及陌上菜杂草,其用量是组份a与组份b的总用量为0.005~2kg/ha。
