Description

A physical projector with light compensation function

The invention relates to a physical projector, and in particular to a physical projector with light compensation function.

Background technique

The most commonly known auxiliary equipment for presentations is a projector using slides. With the advancement of technology, presenting aids that can be used now include LCD projectors, notebook computers and physical projectors.

Among them, the physical projector can present the target object (such as a file or object) to be presented on the projection screen without making an electronic image file or file first. The physical projector, by placing the object to be briefed within the imaging range of the digital lens, directly presents the captured image on the projection screen. Therefore, the physical projector can reduce the time required for the briefing staff to prepare the presentation data.

When the physical projector is in use, when the backlight is too strong, the object image on the projection screen will become black and difficult to identify. Therefore, manufacturers of physical projectors are eager to seek solutions to the above problems.

Contents of the invention

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a physical projector with light compensation function to provide better projection effect.

According to the above-mentioned purpose of the present invention, a physical projector with light compensation function is proposed. The physical projector includes an image capture lens fixed on a base. The image capture lens has a light source with adjustable brightness. Measure the intensity of the backlight and output an analog signal through the light sensor located above the image capture lens. The signal converter converts the received analog signal into a digital signal output. The brightness operand takes the input digital signal of backlight intensity, calculates the required light source brightness signal through optimization, and outputs it. The light source controller controls the light source with adjustable brightness according to the signal output by the brightness operand. The light source with adjustable brightness can be a light source with multiple light emitting diodes or a light bulb with adjustable brightness.

From the above, it can be known that the application of the physical projector with light compensation function of the present invention can determine the intensity of the lens light source by measuring the intensity of the backlight and then performing an optimization calculation. This light source compensation function can prevent the problem of poor projection effect (the image of the object becomes black and difficult to identify) caused by excessive backlight, and further improve the projection effect.

Please refer to FIG. 1 , which is a schematic diagram of a physical projector with light compensation function according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. The physical projector 100 captures the image on the document 114 through the image capture lens 106 . The image capture lens 106 is fixed on the base 102 through the supporting frame 104 . When the backlight source 110 is very strong, if the lens light source is added, the image of the object on the projection screen will often become black and difficult to identify. In this embodiment, the light sensor 108 is designed on the image capture lens 106 to measure the intensity of the backlight 110 . The signal measured by the light sensor 108 can be used for compensation when the lens light source 112 emits light.

Please refer to FIG. 2 , which is a block diagram of components related to the light source compensation function in a physical projector according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
