Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及电蒸汽装置,该装置包括壳体、具有底部的蒸汽发生器、加热蒸汽发生器的所述底部的加热装置、水储槽、至少一个蒸汽出口开口、将水从水储槽供应到蒸汽发生器的装置以及将蒸汽从蒸汽发生器朝着至少一个蒸汽出口开口输送的至少一个通路。
背景技术
这种蒸汽装置由US3263350得知,该专利描述一种电蒸汽熨斗。在此熨斗中,将水从水储槽供应到蒸汽发生器的装置包括阀,阀使得受控数量的水以液滴形式通过重力流入蒸汽发生器的腔室。实际输送的蒸汽量一方面取决于阀释放的水量,并因此取决于通过使用者控制的阀开口的程度,并且另一方面取决于恒温控制底部的温度。阀释放的水在一个位置上滴在底部上,并且从该位置通过重力沿着底部流动以便蒸发。以此方式产生的蒸汽通常相当干燥。为了便于去除褶皱,衣服应该足够湿润,这意味着良好的熨烫结果需要从熨斗的出口开口释放的蒸汽含有比普通蒸汽产生装置所得更多的水。从US2762143得知将水混入产生的蒸汽中以便获得这种湿润的蒸汽。水引入蒸汽发生器外部的蒸汽通路内。对于WO00/66063描述的面部桑拿装置来说也希望产生湿蒸汽或水蒸汽。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于增加蒸汽产生速度。本发明的另一目的在于产生湿蒸汽。
按照本发明,这些目的在将水供应到蒸汽发生器的装置中实现,该装置包括将水喷射在蒸汽发生器的底部上的至少一个喷嘴。该配置的优点在于水以非常细小的水滴的方式喷射在底部相对大的表面上,并且因此在相对大的表面上连续产生蒸汽。结果是与公知的装置相比每单位时间内蒸汽产生量更大。某些非常细小液滴形式的喷射水与产生的蒸汽混合并夹带其中。以此方式,获得一种湿蒸汽,也称为雾状物,它在熨烫过程中对于湿润衣服是有利的,或者对于面部处理和蒸汽清理而获得蒸汽来说是有利的。与公知装置(US272143)不同,湿蒸汽已经在蒸汽发生器内产生。另一优点在于在喷射水引入蒸汽发生器之后几乎马上开始产生蒸汽。
在蒸汽装置的优选实施例中,加热蒸汽发生器底部的加热装置包括薄膜印刷电路的电阻迹线。通过施加在底部上的薄膜加热迹线获得底部的均匀加热。加热的底部到达所需温度以便非常快速地施加蒸汽。此外,蒸汽发生器构造的重量可制成很轻。
在另一优选实施例中,将水供应到蒸汽发生器的装置包括电泵。通过电泵可以方便地调整到达喷嘴的水量以及喷射水量的计量。同样水储槽相对于蒸汽发生器的位置可以进行自由选择,并不取决于重力。
本发明的蒸汽装置的实例是蒸汽熨斗,该熨斗具有底板、加热底板的加热装置、设置在底板内的多个蒸汽出口开口,其中将产生的蒸汽供应到蒸汽出口开口的通路包括设置在可加热底板内的至少一个蒸汽分配通道。这种蒸汽熨斗具有单独的加热装置,最好同样是薄膜印刷电路的电阻迹线,同时可以与加热蒸汽发生器底部的加热装置无关地控制温度。
蒸汽装置的另一实例是面部桑拿装置。

具体实施方式
图1所示的熨斗包括壳体1、连接到壳体的下侧上的底板2、用于加热底板2的电加热元件3、水储槽4、蒸汽发生器5、电泵6和控制装置7。导管8将水储槽4连接到泵6上,并且导管9将泵6连接到蒸汽发生器5上。喷嘴10设置在导管9的出口处。蒸汽发生器5是具有倾斜侧壁11和底部12的屋顶形状。侧壁11的边缘13连接到底部12上。侧壁可由耐高温塑料或合成材料制成。底部可由铝制成。边缘通过垫片14与底部热绝缘。喷嘴10设置在屋顶形状的蒸汽发生器5的顶点上。蒸汽发生器5设置出口15,该出口在底部12之上一定距离上布置在侧壁11内。底板2设置多个蒸汽出口开口16。通路17将蒸汽发生器的出口15连接到底板内的蒸汽出口开口上。该通路的一部分布置在底板内以便形成蒸汽分配通道18。底板12的下侧设置薄膜印刷电路的一个或多个电阻迹线19。迹线19与底部12电绝缘。迹线的加热可通过控制装置7来控制。隔热件20将水储槽4和泵6与蒸汽发生器5和底部2分开。
在操作中,在接通熨斗之后,使用者可通过操作按钮21启动泵6。水从水储槽4泵送到喷嘴10。喷射水22射在蒸汽发生器5的加热底部12上以便连续并同时产生蒸汽23。非常细小液滴形式的某些喷射水与朝着出口16产生的蒸汽混合并由其夹带。以此方式,获得通过通路17和分配通道18流到蒸汽出口开口16的湿蒸汽24。喷射水22的数量可以通过操作按钮21(或另一操作按钮)和控制装置7来控制,例如通过泵6的脉冲或工作循环控制。蒸汽发生器5的出口15布置在底部12之上一定距离处,以便任何水经由蒸汽出口开口16进行滴漏。试验表示,采用1500W的薄膜加热元件和大约42cm2的底部12的表面面积,蒸汽产生速度是每分钟48克,这比现有家用熨斗所得高出很多。
电蒸汽装置的第二实施例表示在图2中,并且与面部桑拿装置相关。面部桑拿装置构造成产生并输送处理面部皮肤的水蒸汽。面部桑拿装置包括上壳体部分101和底部102。上壳体部分101可安装在底部102上或从底部上拆卸。按钮103可操作以便锁定或解锁这些部件。水储槽104和泵106可容纳在底部102内。蒸汽发生器105在底部102之上布置在壳体101内。隔热件120将水储槽104和泵106与蒸汽发生器分开。导管108将水储槽104连接到泵106上,并且导管109将泵106连接到蒸汽发生器105上。喷嘴110设置在导管109的出口处。蒸汽发生器105具有与图1所示第一实施例描述的蒸汽发生器5类似的构造。蒸汽发生器105的底部112通过薄膜印刷电路的电阻迹线119加热。蒸汽发生器设置两个出口115。通路117将出口115连接到腔室118上。壳体101设置具有与腔室118连通的蒸汽(蒸气)出口开口116的蒸汽输送喷嘴116a。凝结物容器125设置在腔室118内。参考标号126表示含有芳香物质的可拆卸的添加剂盒。芳香气味从盒上壁内的通道127溢出并进入腔室118以便与蒸汽混合。
面部桑拿装置的操作与前面实施例的蒸汽熨斗类似。喷射水22射在蒸汽发生器105的加热底部112上以便连续并同时产生蒸汽123。某些喷射水与朝着出口115产生的蒸汽混合并由其夹带。获得的湿蒸汽或水蒸汽124进入腔室118并流到蒸汽输送喷嘴116a的出口开口116。蒸汽量以及与蒸汽混合的水量取决于加热迹线119的功率以及喷嘴在底部112上的水112的数量。可以出现的是蒸汽凝结在腔室118内。凝结物收集在容器125内。在上壳体部分101拆卸时,该容器可以是空的。
Claims (5)
1.电蒸汽装置,该装置包括壳体、具有底部(12、112)的蒸汽发生器(5、105)、加热蒸汽发生器的所述底部的加热装置(19、119)、水储槽(4、104)、至少一个蒸汽出口开口(16、116)、将水从水储槽供应到蒸汽发生器的装置(6、10、106、110)以及将蒸汽从蒸汽发生器(5、105)朝着至少一个蒸汽出口开口(16、116)输送的至少一个通路(17、117),其特征在于,将水供应到蒸汽发生器的装置包括喷嘴(10、110),其将水喷射在蒸汽发生器(5、105)的底部(12、112)上,并且喷射一些非常细小液滴形式的水与产生的蒸汽混合并夹带于其中。
2.如权利要求1所述的电蒸汽装置,其特征在于,用于加热蒸汽发生器(5、105)的底部(12、112)的加热装置包括薄膜印刷电路的电阻迹线(19、119)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的电蒸汽装置,其特征在于,将水供应到蒸汽发生器(5、105)的装置包括电泵(6、106)。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的电蒸汽装置,其特征在于,该装置是蒸汽熨斗,该熨斗具有底板(2)、加热底板(2)的加热装置(3)、设置在底板(2)内的多个蒸汽出口开口(16),其中将产生的蒸汽供应到蒸汽出口开口(16)的通路(17)包括设置在可加热的底板(2)内的至少一个蒸汽分配通道(18)。
