Abstract

Description

一种整件编织气囊
技术领域
本发明涉及一种气囊,该气囊具体为整件编织(OPW)气囊,其具有单层部分和双层部分、上下外表面以及局部涂覆的至少一个涂层。
背景技术
已知的整件编织(OPW)气囊包括一个或多个部分,它们的上下外表面例如涂覆有薄膜。该薄膜用于防止流体或气体从形成在这些层之间的多层部分中的腔室逃逸。尽管所涂覆的涂层实际上是完全不可渗透的,但是上述气囊并不能充分地对流体密封。为此,难以获得气囊(尤其是工业所需的侧部气囊和头部气囊)的有效寿命,或者只能通过相当昂贵的发生器分几个阶段重新填充逃逸气体,或通过增加一定量的推进剂进气补偿来平衡气体损失。除此之外,所述气囊还具有这样的缺点,即,气体泄漏会进入车辆内部,从而使用该气囊会由于所述气体或其高温而导致健康问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种气囊,其避免或至少大大地减少了现有技术的缺点。
根据本发明的一个方面,所提供的气囊为整件编织(OPW)气囊,该气囊具有单层部分和双层部分、上和下外表面以及至少局部涂覆的涂层;对织物平面中的单层部分进行密封,以使得它们基本上相对于流体不可渗透;所述单层部分至少部分地设置有更致密的织物结构部分和编织成比其余织物更稀疏的织物结构;并且与更致密的织物结构部分上的涂层相比,在所述上和下外表面上的涂层更深地渗透入织物,其特征在于:所述涂层以这样的深度施加到更稀疏的织物中,即使得所述涂层在单层部分的内部相接触。
令人惊奇地发现,气囊泄漏是由于以接缝式连接而镶在气囊边缘的单层织物的透气性而导致的。在此处,气体通过该单层织物,即在位于上下外表面的涂层之间的织物平面中从气囊的腔室逃逸。通过密封该单层部分以使其相对于流体不可渗透,从而可最佳地解决形成本发明基础的问题。
在本发明的一个有利方面中,所述单层部分至少局部设置有编织成比其余织物更稀疏的织物结构。这可使得所涂覆的涂层(例如,薄膜或叠层)更深地透入到单层部分的较稀疏编织的织物中,并且可以达到这样的深度以使得涂层在单层部分的内部中相接触,从而形成用于密封织物平面的单层部分的“横向”封闭。这使得在实际上,所充的气体不可能从由双层部分形成的腔室逃逸。
由本发明的另一方面可以提供类似的优点,其中,涂覆低粘性涂层。与上述方面相似,这样允许涂层更深地透入到单层部分的织物中,从而实现具有上述优点的完全密封。
根据本发明的另一有利方面,将所述单层部分热密封。因此,在这种情况下,通过加热所述边缘,在气囊的最外边缘处实现上下涂层的熔合,从而再次实现基本上完全密闭或密封的单层部分。

具体实施方式
现在参照图1,在图的左侧示出了单层部分3,该单层部分在图1的中部转变为双层部分1。示出在双层部分1的两个最外表面上有涂层2,该涂层例如为涂覆的叠层或薄膜的形式,用于将织物紧密地密封从而没有气体可以经由气囊的表面逃逸。然而,在图1所示的示例中,处于高压下的气体7会在织物平面中移动通过单层织物结构3(朝向图1中所示的左侧),并在位置5排出。
现在参照图2,示出了如何例如通过编织使单层部分3局部具有较稀疏结构4的特征。与结构中较致密部分相比,该较稀疏结构4可以使得涂层2更深地透入到织物中。这也可以通过这样的方式来实现,即,使得两个涂覆的涂层在单层部分3的织物中间通过较稀疏结构4相接触,以密封该部分。这样就防止在压力作用下的气体7移动通过单层部分3,并在位置5从气囊排出。
根据本发明,通过使用能够更深地透入到单层织物中以对其形成密封的低粘性涂层,可以实现相同的效果。
通过例如在图1和图2所示的位置5处热密封所述单层部分,从而使得上下织物层的涂层2相互连接,同样可以密封单层部分,以实现气囊的最佳密封。
实施根据本发明的方法可以获得真正较好的气囊,该气囊确保了实质更高的密封性能。由于大大地减少了因泄漏而逃逸的气体量,因此这样可以非常容易地获得规定的较长的有效寿命。

Claims (3)

1.一种整件编织(OPW)气囊,该气囊具有单层部分和双层部分、上和下外表面以及至少局部涂覆的涂层;对织物平面中的单层部分进行密封,以使得它们基本上相对于流体不可渗透,所述单层部分至少部分地设置有更致密的织物结构部分(1,3)和编织成比其余织物更稀疏的织物结构(4);并且与更致密的织物结构部分(1,3)上的涂层相比,在所述上和下外表面上的涂层更深地渗透入织物,其特征在于:所述涂层以这样的深度施加到更稀疏的织物中,即使得所述涂层在单层部分的内部相接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气囊,其特征在于,该气囊涂覆有低粘性涂层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的气囊,其特征在于,对所述单层部分进行热密封。
