Abstract

本发明公开了一种高折射率镧系光学玻璃LaSF010及其生产工艺,按重量百分比计量的组份为SiO2 3-5%、B2O3 22-26%、La2O3 29-35%、Nb2O5 7-12%、ZrO24-6.5%、Y2O3 5-6.5%、ZnO 1.5-3.0%、Ta2O5 0-5%、PbO 4.5-11%、TiO2 1-2%、Gd2O3 0-8%、WO3 0-2.5%,将上述组分混合,经1340-1360℃熔制、1170℃成型,再经600-650℃,退火处理9天左右。是用于制造高级照相机及高级精密仪器等折射率高色散镧系玻璃。

所属技术领域
本发明是重镧火石玻璃大类中一个牌号,是制造数码相机、数码摄像机、CDROM、扫描仪及其他数码光电产品读写镜头必需的配套材料,同时也被广泛地应用于航空、航天等高折射率高色散镧系玻璃。
背景技术
目前,LaSF010重镧火石光学玻璃其组成为:
SiO2-B2O3-La2O3-Nb2O5-ZrO2-Y2O3-Ta2O5-PbO-TiO2
它成本高,析晶性能、成型性能和折射率差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种光学常数(nd、vd),气泡、条纹符合标准要求,析晶性能、成型性能好的高折射率高色散的镧系玻璃。
本发明在SiO2、B2O3、La2O3、Nb2O5、ZrO2、Ta2O5、PbO、TiO2系统基础上用Gd2O3、PbO取代Ta2O5
本发明的高折射率镧系玻璃,按重量百分比计量为SiO2 3-5.5%、B2O321-27%、La2O3 26-36%、Nb2O5 5-12%、ZrO2 3-6.5%、Y2O3 5-6.5%、ZnO1.5-4.O%、Ta2O5 0-5%、PbO4.5-11%,TiO2 1-2%、Gd2O3 0-9%、WO3 0-2.5%。
采用上述配方,制造重镧火石玻璃LaSF010时先将各组份混合均匀,于1340-1360℃在铂金坩埚钼丝棒电炉中加热熔制成玻璃。然后采用漏料工艺拉成圆棒或块状,经过网带粗退火,爆成所需长度。将上述玻璃进入退火炉逐渐升温至退火温度600-650℃保10-20H,然后逐渐降温8天左右至室温。
本发明中无AS2O3、Sb2O3澄清剂。
本发明中用Gd2O3、PbO取代大部分Ta2O5,降低配方的原料成本,对其玻璃质量性能无影响。

本发明的上述各实例的制造工艺程序基本相符,只是选择配方系统不一样。以上实例均在300CC铂金坩埚、钼丝棒电炉加热熔炼。
将各组份均匀混合后加入300CC铂埚内,在钼丝棒电炉内加热熔炼,温度1360℃保温4-5小时,然后降至1170℃浇入预热的铁模中,进入用电热丝加热退火炉进行退火,630℃保温4小时,以10℃/H降温至350℃闭电,待到至接近室温取出玻璃。目前本牌号可以投入18升到50升容积铂坩埚,在钼棒加热电炉熔炼,投入批量生产。

Claims (3)

1.一种高折射率镧系光学玻璃LaSF010,其特征是按重量百分比计量的组份为SiO23-5.5%、B2O3 21-27%、La2O3 26-36%、Nb2O5 5-12%、ZrO2 3-6.5%、Y2O3 5-6.5%、ZnO 1.5-4.0%、Ta2O5 0-5%、PbO 4.5-11%、TiO2 1-2%、Gd2O3 0-9%、WO3 0-2.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高折射率镧系光学玻璃LaSF010,其特征在于其中的SiO2 3-5.5%、B2O3 21.5-26.5%、La2O3 26.5-36.0%、Nb2O55-10.5%、ZrO2 3.5-6%、Y2O3 5.0-6.5%、ZnO 1.5-3.5%、Ta2O5 0-1%、WO3 1.5-2.5%、Gd2O3 5-8.5%、PbO 6.5-10%、TiO2 1-2%。
3.如权利要求1所述的高折射率镧系光学玻璃LaSF010的生产工艺,其特征是:将各组份均匀混合后加入300CC铂埚内,在钼丝棒电炉内加热熔炼,温度1360℃保温4-5小时,然后降至1170℃浇入预热的铁模中,进入用电热丝加热退火炉进行退火,630℃保温4小时,以10℃/H降温至350℃闭电,待到至接近室温取出玻璃。
