Abstract
本发明为一种复合夹芯墙板,该墙板由至少不小于两块中心设有玻璃纤维网的细砂石膏混板和至少不小于一块聚苯乙烯板相间粘合而成,其表层和底层均为中心设有玻璃纤维网的细砂石膏或水泥混凝板,其玻璃纤维板延伸至墙板外一定距离。该墙板可根据需要制成三层板或第三层以上的复合板。该墙板与现有技术相比具有重量轻、容易安装、承载力强、无接缝裂纹、不需批灰和隔音、隔热、防火性能好等优点,适合内墙和外墙使用。
Description
所属技术领域
本发明涉及建筑构件,特别是一种复合夹芯墙板。
背景技术
众所周知,传统的墙体一般采用红砖砌成的,由于生产红砖需要耗费大量农田泥土,而且生产红砖须经烧制而成,既耗能又污染环境,因此现已禁止使用。取而代之的是轻质混凝土砖或中空水泥墙板。然而,这些墙体构件亦存在如下不足之处:
1、难以承载较重的常用家庭用品,如书架、空调机等,即使通过特别的办法加强某个位置的强度,但这样做却失去了灵活性。
2、各块墙体间的接缝难以填补得很好,即使填补了亦会受冷热气温影响,重新出现裂纹、因此不得有采用批灰的办法将其遮盖,从而提高了施工的成本。
3、若采用空心墙体时,在密封不好或不慎产生缝隙的情况下,其内里的空间很容易成为昆虫等小生物楼适和繁殖场所。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术存在的问题,提供一种重量较轻、承载力强、能耗小、施工成本低的合符环保要求的复合夹芯墙板。
上述任务是以这样的方式实现的:该复合夹芯墙板由至少不小于两块中心设有玻璃纤维风的细砂石膏或水泥混凝板和至少不小于一块聚苯乙烯板相同粘合而成,其面层和底层均为中心设有玻璃纤维网的细砂石膏或水泥混凝板,其特征在于设在细砂石膏或水泥混凝板中的玻璃纤维网延伸至墙板外,其左右两侧延伸段为15~35毫米,上下延长段的长度为30~60毫米。
本发明与现有墙板相比具有如下优点:
1、轻巧方便、容易安装;
本发明的内墙和外墙板的重量每平方米不大于40千克和50千克,只需两名工人即可安装。
2、承载力强;
使用一般的挂具,可承载家中各种挂墙物品。
3、可达到一块大墙板的整体效果:
由于细砂石膏或水泥混凝板侧边可预留了一定长度的玻璃纤维网,当两块墙板拼接后在其夹缝中充填同材质的夹缝浆后,其玻璃纤维网可起到很好的连结作用,并增强了夹缝的强度,不开裂、不收缩。使几块墙板连接后可达到一块大墙体的整体效果。
4、安装无需批灰:由于板面十分平滑,而夹缝又用同质材料制成,施工时只需修饰一下便可直接涂上内墙涂料或油漆。
5、隔音效果好。
由于石膏和聚苯乙烯都是主要的吸音建材,加上板间由凸棱和凹槽相接,因此隔音效果十分理想。
6、隔热性能好:
石膏和聚苯乙烯都是良好的隔热材料,两者配合可起到更佳的隔热效果。
7、防火性好
由于石膏或水泥是不燃材料,本墙板两侧均为细砂石膏混凝板,有很好的防火作用。

具体实施方式
按常规本发明主要有两种规格:长度为2700和3000毫米,宽度均为600毫米,厚度视需要而定,一般为75毫米和100毫米两种。
制作本发明的墙板时,先将细砂石膏浆或水泥混凝土调好,倒入规定尺寸的模具内,并加入玻璃纤维网制成中心设有玻璃纤维网的细砂石膏或水泥混凝板,然后放入切割好的聚苯乙烯板,最后再按上述工序制作中心设有玻璃纤维网的细砂石膏或水泥混凝板即可制成三层结构的复合夹芯墙板。若要制作五层或五层以上结构的复合夹芯板,同样按上述顺序制作便可。
附图中1为中心设有玻璃纤维网2的细砂石膏或水泥混凝板,3为聚苯乙烯板,4为凹槽,5为凸棱。
在本实施本技术方案时,还可采取如下优选措施:
在中心设有玻璃纤维网的细砂石膏或水泥混凝板中所用的细砂粒度为0.25~1.5毫米,加入量(重量比)为10~30%。粒度太大会影响墙板板面光洁度,粒度太小对增加墙板强度不明显。
所述的中心设有玻璃纤维网的细砂石膏或水泥混凝板的厚度以8~12毫米为合适。
所述的玻璃纤维网的网眼尺寸3×3毫米至5×5毫米,网眼尺寸过大会降低墙板的拉伸强度,过小时亦影响墙体材料的连体性,容易产生隔离层。
设在细砂石膏或水泥混凝板中的玻璃纤维网延伸至墙板外,其左右两侧延伸段为15~35毫米,上下延伸段为30~60毫米。以便在墙板间充填同质夹缝浆后能增加墙板间的连结性。
在中心设有玻璃纤维网的细砂石膏或水泥混凝板中还加入0.15~0.30%的甲基纤维素和0.5~1.5%的再分散剂,所述的再分散剂可以是醋酸乙烯/乙烯共聚胶粉,氯乙烯/乙烯醋共聚胶粉或氯乙烯/月桂酸乙烯/乙烯三聚胶粉。以改善墙板材料的抗折能力和结构均质性。
在制作内墙板时,以五层结构为合适,其面层、底层和第三层为中心设有玻璃纤维网的细砂石膏混凝板,第二和第四层为聚笨乙烯板。
在制作外墙板时,亦以五层结构为合适,其面层为中心设有玻璃纤维网的细砂水泥混凝板,底层和第三层为中心设有玻璃纤维网的细砂石膏混凝板,第二和第四层为聚苯乙烯板。
Claims (6)
1、一种复合夹芯墙板,该墙板由至少不小于两块中心设有玻璃纤维网的细砂石膏或水泥混凝板和至少不小于一块聚笨乙烯板相间粘合而成,其表层和底层均为中心设有玻璃纤维网的细砂石膏或水泥混凝板,其特征在于设在细砂石膏或水泥混凝板中的玻璃纤维网延伸至墙板外,其左右延长段的长度为15~35毫米,上下延长段的长度为30~60毫米。
2、根据权利要求1所述的复合夹芯墙板,其特征在于中心设有玻璃纤维网的细砂石膏或水泥混凝板中的细砂的粒度为0.25~1.5毫米,加入量(重量比)为10~30%。
3、根据权利要求1所述的复合夹芯墙板,其特征在于中心设有玻璃纤维网的细砂石膏或水泥混凝板的厚度为8~12毫米。
4、根据权利要求1所述的复合夹芯墙板,其特征在于所述的玻璃纤维网的网眼尺寸为3×3毫米至5×5毫米。
5、根据权利要求1所述的复合夹芯墙板,其特征在于该墙板为五层板结构内墙板,其表层、底层和第三层为中心设有玻璃纤维网的细砂石膏或水泥混凝板,第二和第四层为聚苯乙烯板。
6、根据权利要求1所述的复合夹芯墙板,其特征在于该墙板为五层板结构外墙板,其表面为中心设有玻璃纤维网的细砂水泥混凝板,第三层和第五层为中心设有玻璃纤维网的细砂石膏混凝板,第二和第四层为聚苯乙烯板。
