Abstract
La presente descripción proporciona una composición de fibra de vidrio de alto rendimiento y baja densidad, y una fibra de vidrio y un material compuesto. La composición de la fibra de vidrio comprende los siguientes componentes expresados en porcentaje en peso: SiO2: 58,1%-61,9%, Al2O3: mayor a 19,8% y menor o igual a 23%, MgO: 9,6%-12,7%, CaO: 4,1%-7,9%, SrO+Li2O: 0,05%-2,2%, SrO: 0%-2%, Li2O: 0%-0.39%, Na2O: 0,05%-1,0%, R2O=Na2O+K2O+Li2O: 0,2%-1,6%, Fe2O3: 0,05%-1%, TiO2: 0,01%-2%, B2O3: 0%-2%, ZrO2: 0%-2%, y SiO2+Al2O3: 78% -84%. Los componentes tienen un contenido total mayor o igual a 98,5%; una relación de porcentaje en peso C1=SiO2/(CaO+Al2O3) es mayor o igual a 7,05, una relación de porcentaje en peso C2=(R2O+SrO)/Al2O3 es mayor o igual a 0,012 y una relación de porcentaje en peso C3=(MgO+SrO)/CaO es mayor o igual a 1,22. La composición de fibra de vidrio tiene las características de baja densidad y alto módulo, y tiene mayor módulo específico y resistencia específica, mejor nivel de peso ligero y ventajas de costo. También puede mejorar la temperatura y la velocidad de cristalización del vidrio y ampliar el rango de formación de la fibra de vidrio. Por lo tanto, la composición es propicia para reducir la dificultad de producción y mejorar la eficiencia de producción, y es adecuada para la producción en horno de tanque a gran escala de fibras de vidrio ligeras de alto rendimiento.
