un producto envasado que consiste en una bebida láctea congelada en un vaso cerrado, caracterizado porque la bebida comprende de 2,5 a 4,5 en peso de proteínas de la leche, de 1,5 a 5 en peso de grasa de la leche, de 3 a 7 en peso de azúcar añadido, de 0,05 a 0,2 en peso de goma de xantano, de 0,4 a 0, 7 en peso de una mezcla de celulosa y carboximetil celulosa, de 0,01 a 0,05 en peso de carragenina, y lo restante hasta 100 en peso de agua donde la bebida tiene una viscosidad de Brookfield de 150 a 490 mPa.s husillo núm. 2, 50 rpm, 8 ºC en donde el espacio superior representa de 18 a 26 en volumen del volumen del vaso y en donde el azúcar añadido son mono y disacáridos calóricos que no se encuentran de manera natural en el componente lácteo.
