Procedimiento de conservación de limón natural cortado que comprende introcucir el limón cortado en un líquido basado en zumo de limón, zumo de lima, ácido ascórbico, ácido cítrico, sal y metal bisulfito sódico, desairear dicho líquido y envasar al vacío.
