Description

Guardian belt for children. The object of the present invention is a guard belt for children, characterized in that it comprises two extensible shoulder straps arranged crossed at the back and two also extensible side straps adapted, like the suspenders, to a belly strap.

The use of extensible braces for the object of the invention makes it possible to adapt the belt to all sizes without the need to tighten it and by keeping it at the height of the armpits; this avoids hampering the child's breathing and freedom of movement. Its general position can be fixed in relation to stationary objects by means of the extensible side straps, so that the child to whom the belt is adapted cannot, depending on the case, uncover himself, slip under his covers, get up, fall , in short, to carry out overall movements which would risk being prejudicial to it. The stationary object to which the belt can be attached by means of the extensible side straps can be any, such as bedstead, side walls of a cradle, frame etc.

Figs. 1, 2 and 3 of the appended drawing show, by way of example, one embodiment of the object of the invention, namely: FIG. 1, a view of the guard belt; Fig. 2, the same adapted to a child seen from the front; Fig. 3, the same adapted to a child seen from behind.

The belly strap 1 which surrounds the child's body at armpit height is attached by means of two laces 2 and 2 '. She wears, sewn, the two ends, on the side of the back, shoulder straps 3 and 3 'which, after crossing over the back itself, hook onto the self-tightening buckles without baril 4' and 4 at the front ends of the shoulder straps. 5 'and 5. These anterior ends are, like the posteriors, sewn to the belly strap 1.

At both ends of the belly strap 1 are sewn parts 6 and 6 'of the side straps. These, as a whole, are stretchable as are the straps, because the parts 6 and 6 'carry loops 7 and 7' at their ends, similar to the loops 4 and 4 ', in which the parts hang. 8 and 8 '. The latter are each constituted by an elastic band terminating in a clievillère loop 9 and 9 'intended to facilitate the attachment of the side straps to the stationary object to which the belt is to be fixed.
