Description

  

  Vorrichtung zum     Zuzammenschrauben    von nur einseitig zugänglichen Konstruktions  elementen unter Abdichten der Verbindungsstelle.    Es kommt hin und wieder vor, dass Kon  struktionselemente unter Abdichten der Ver  bindungsstelle zusammengeschraubt werden  müssen, trotzdem dieselben nur von einer Seite  zugänglich sind. Zum Beispiel, wenn bei einem  Kessel eine Niete schlecht geworden ist und  ausgewechselt werden soll, ohne dass die Mög  lichkeit gegeben ist, von innen     zuzukommen.     



  Man entfernt in diesem Fall den Niet  bolzen und bedient sich der Vorrichtung, die  Gegenstand . vorliegender Erfindung bildet.  Auch für andere ähnliche Zwecke ist die Vor  richtung verwendbar.  



  Die     Fig.    1-4 auf beiliegender Zeichnung  zeigen eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform  des Erfindungsgegenstandes.  



       Fig.1    illustriert die Vorrichtung im Schnitt,  nachdem dieselbe in die zu verschliessende  Öffnung hineingeführt worden ist;       Fig:    2, zeigt die gleiche Vorrichtung auch  wieder im Schnitt, nachdem "die Öffnung ver  schlossen ist;       Fig.3    ist der Grundriss mit teilweisem  Schnitt nach     Fig.    1 und 2         Fig.    4 zeigt eine Variante des     Stilekes,    6  in den     Fig.    1 und 2.  



  Bei     Fig.    1 sind 1 und 2 Bleche, die     zu-          sammengeschraubt    werden müssen,     bezw.    deren       gemeinsames    Loch     versehlossen    werden muss,  ohne dass man von der untern Seite zukommt,  es also nicht möglich wäre, einen gewöhn  lichen Schraubenbolzen mit Kopf oder eine  Kopfniete einzuführen. 3 ist ein Gewinde  bolzen, der unten konisch verbreitert ist und  oben ein     Gew'ittde    mit Mutter     i;    trägt. Der  Bolzen ist zudem auf der Gewindeseite ge  schlitzt. Der Gewindebolzen ist längs des  zylindrischen Teils mit einem Rohrstück 6 um  geben, dessen äusserer Durchmesser dem Loch  in den Blechen entspricht.

   Dieses Rohr be  steht aus einem Material, das relativ dehnbar  ist und bei der Ausdehnung nicht rissig wird.  



  Wie man aus der     Fig.    1 ersieht, kann diese       ganzeKombination        ohneweiteres    von oben in die  Öffnungen der Platten 1 und 2 gesteckt wer  den. Nachdem dies     gesehehen    ist, verhindert  man den Bolzen 3 am     Drehen,    indem man  denselben zum Beispiel mit einem Schrauben  zieher hinunterdrückt bis die Mutter aufsitzt      und festhält. Zugleich zieht man die Mutter     "o     an, wodurch der Bolzen 3 in das Rohr 6  hineingezogen wird, wobei das untere Ende sieh  über den konischen Teil von 3 zwängt, er  weitert und mitsamt letzterem einen Kopf  bildet, wie     Fig.    2 zeigt.  



  Es werden. also durch diese Manipulation  die beiden Bleche zusammengeschraubt     und     das Loch in den Blechen gleichzeitig nach  aussen     abgedichtet.     



  Statt dass das Rohr 6 aus einem Stück  besteht, kann dasselbe auch aus mehreren       übereinandergelagerten    kürzeren Rohrstücken  bestehen, wie dies die     Fig.    4 darstellt. Die  Wirkung ist die gleiche, es braucht in diesem  Fall nur das untere Rohrstück aus dehnbarem  Material zu bestehen, die obern Ringe be  sorgen alsdann nur das Nachschieben des  untern Ringes über den konischen Teil des  Schraubenbolzens.

  Instead of the pipe 6 consisting of one piece, it can also consist of several shorter pipe pieces superimposed on one another, as shown in FIG. 4. The effect is the same, in this case only the lower piece of pipe needs to be made of stretchable material, the upper rings then only provide the pushing of the lower ring over the conical part of the screw bolt.

PATENT CLAIM: Device for screwing together structural elements that are only accessible from one side while sealing the connection point, characterized in that a tube is pushed onto a screw bolt that widens conically at the end opposite the nut and extends over when the nut is tightened everts the conical part of the bolt and together with the latter forms a head that seals the screw bolt receiving opening. SUBCLAIM: Device according to patent claim, characterized in that the tube is made up of several pipe pieces that abut one another.
