Description

  

  Verschluss an Konservenbüchsen.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung     betrifft     eine weitere Ausbildung des im Patentan  spruch des Hauptpatentes Nr. 86170 gekenn  zeichneten Verschlusses an Konservenbüchsen,  bei welchem vorerst ein Schutzdeckel mittelst  eines als Hebel     benutzbbaren    Organes, z. B.  einer Klinge oder eines Münzstückes, abge  hoben wird, um einen versenkten Bodenteil  einer Deckelplatte der Büchse freizulegen.

    Der Verschluss nach vorliegender Erfindung  zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass auf diesem  versenkten Bodenteil der Deckelplatte zwei  parallele, das Blechschwächende, dem ganzen  Umfange der versenkten Bodenfläche entlang  laufende Rinnen eingewalzt sind, und dass an  dem hierdurch entstandenen, dem ganzen  Umfange der versenkten Bodenfläche entlang  laufenden Streifen ein mittelst Schlüssels er  fassbarer Lappen angelötet ist.  



  Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Aus  führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes  dargestellt; , darin ist       Fig.    1 ein senkrechter Mittelschnitt durch  eine Büchse mit aufgesetztem Schutzdeckel,  und         Fig.    2 eine Draufsicht auf die Büchse bei  abgehobenem     Schutzdeckel.     



  In der Zeichnung ist die zylindrische  Büchse mit 1 bezeichnet. Darauf ist in üb  licher Ausführungsform eine einen versenkten  Boden 5 aufweisende Deckelplatte 2 aufge  lötet und in die Versenkung ein Schutz  deckel 3     eingepresst,    dessen verstärkter Rand  über eine besondere Randleiste 4 der Deckel  platte vorsteht, so dass er mittelst eines als  Hebel benutzbaren Organes, wie z. B. einer  Klinge oder eines Münzstückes, leicht abge  hoben werden kann. Der Boden dieses Schutz  deckels lässt zwischen sich und dein ver  senkten Bodenteil der Deckelplatte 2 einen  Zwischenraum frei, in welchem ein für die  Öffnung des versenkten Bodenteils zu gebrau  chender Schlüssel untergebracht werden kann.

    In dem versenkten Bodenteil 5 der Deckel  platte sind zwei parallele, dem ganzen Um  fange der versenkten Bodenfläche entlang  laufende Rinnen 6 eingewalzt, wodurch ein  dem ganzen Umfang entlanglaufender Strei  fen, auf welchem ein Blechlappen 7 ange  lötet ist, der umgelegt im Zwischenraume  zwischen Schutzdeckel und versenktem Boden-      teil .\_i der     Deck@_Iplatte    Platz findet und beim       Oün,-n    der Büchse aufgebogen und     mittelst     des     Schlüssels    gefasst werden kann, bei auf  gesetztem     Schutzdeckel    aber verdeckt ist.
