Abstract
Ein System (20) zur Überwachung einer Gasturbine enthält eine Datenbank (26), die historischen Parameterinformationen von vergleichbaren Gasturbinen enthält, und eine Eingabevorrichtung (34), die eine Vorrichtung, insbesondere einen Computer, umfasst, die dazu ausgebildet ist, ein Anlagedatensignal (30) und ein Risikosignal (32) zu erzeugen. Ein Prozessor (22), der mit dem Speicher und der Eingabevorrichtung (34) in Kommunikationsverbindung steht, nimmt das Anlagedatensignal (30) in die Datenbank (26) auf, rechnet Informationen für die Gasturbine hoch und berechnet ein konditionales Risiko dafür, dass die Gasturbine eine Grenze erreichen wird. Ein Ausgangssignal (42) enthält Reparatur- oder Wartungszeitpläne. Ein Verfahren zum Überwachen einer Gasturbine enthält ein Empfangen von Informationen von vergleichbaren Gasturbinen, Hinzufügen von Informationen von der Gasturbine zu den Informationen von vergleichbaren Gasturbinen und Projizieren von Informationen für die Gasturbine in die Zukunft. Das Verfahren enthält ferner ein Berechnen eines konditionalen Risikos dafür, dass die Gasturbine eine Grenze erreichen wird, und Erzeugen eines Ausgangssignals (42), das Reparatur- oder Wartungszeitpläne enthält.
