Abstract

The fixture device is for hands to a hollow space profile, particularly to a metal window shutter. The band (3) and a cross band (4) with a clamp block (2) and a screw (5) are clamped to a hollow space profile. The band and the cross band are pushed through long holes (1A,3A) in the hollow space profile (1) and in the band. The long holes run horizontally or vertically. The screw (5) used is of the safety type and is secured with a star-shaped safety pin (6).

  Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Befestigungsvorrichtung für Bänder mit einem Mittel zum Befestigen an Hohlraumprofilen, insbesondere an Metall-Fensterläden gemäss Patentanspruch 1. 


 Stand der Technik 
 



  Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Band mit einem Mittel zum Befestigen an jeglicher Art von Hohlraumprofilen, insbesondere an Metall-Fensterläden. Bisher wurden die Bänder (3, 4) mit Blindnieten oder mit Selbstschneideschrauben befestigt. Diese Art der Befestigung hat den wesentlichen Nachteil, dass ein nachträgliches Verstellen nicht mehr möglich ist. Das Anpassen sämtlicher vorhandener Systeme ist aus zeitlicher Hinsicht aufwendig. Zudem konnten die Systeme bisher sicherheitstechnisch nicht genügen, da das Entfernen solcher Bänder durch Ausbohren oder Abschrauben sehr einfach ist. 


 Darstellung der Erfindung 
 



  Nachfolgend wird ein in den beiliegenden Zeichnungen dargestelltes Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung beschrieben. 
 
   Fig. 1 zeigt eine explosionsartige Darstellung eines Hohlraumprofiles mit allen Elementen, um ein Band zu befestigen. 
   Fig. 2 zeigt einen Ausschnitt aus einer perspektivischen Darstellung eines Hohlraumprofiles mit einem daran befestigten Band und 
   Fig. 3 zeigt einen Schnitt quer durch ein an ein Hohlraumprofil befestigtes Band. 
 



  Bei dem in der Zeichnung dargestellten Rahmen (1) handelt es sich um ein Hohlraumprofil eines Fensterladens. Dieses Hohlkammerprofil weist ein vertikales Langloch (1A) auf, passend auf die Grösse des Klemmklotzes (2). Dieser Klemmklotz ist aus einem Stück, unten flach, auf beiden Seiten abgerundet und ist oben, ähnlich einer Mutter, mit einem herausgefrästen Teil und einem Gewindeloch integriert, versehen. Die Höhe dieses Klemmklotzes entspricht einerseits der Höhe des Hohlkammerprofiles (1) und andererseits derjenigen der Bänder (3, 4). Das Band mit dem Auge (3) weist ein Langloch (3A) auf. Über dieses Band (3) wird ein flaches Querband (4) gelegt. Es fällt auf, dass dieses Querband (4) an den Enden dicker ist, um das Gleiten auf dem Band (3) zu ermöglichen.

   Zudem ist dieses Querband (4) so breit, dass selbst nach einem Hin- und Herschieben das Langloch (3A) im Band (3) vollständig verdeckt wird. In der Mitte des Querbandes (4) ist ein Loch gebohrt, das ein Einführen der Sicherheitsschraube (5) erlaubt. 



  Durch ein horizontales Langloch (3A) im Band (3), einem quer darauf liegenden Querband (4) mit einem Loch und einem Langloch im Hohlkammerprofil (1A) wird mittels des Klemmklotzes (2) und einer Sicherheitsschraube (5) das ganze System zusammengeklemmt. Das Band kann durch die entsprechende Platzierung des Langloches (1A) an jeder beliebigen und gewünschten Stelle des Hohlkammerprofiles angebracht werden. Es ist auch jederzeit möglich, nach Lösen der Sicherheitsschraube (5), das Band vertikal nach oben oder unten und gleichzeitig horizontal nach links oder rechts zu schieben, um es dort von neuem zu fixieren. Zur Montage braucht man keinerlei Hilfsmittel ausser einem Torxschraubenzieher für die Sicherheitsschraube (5), da sich das Band mit Hilfe des Klemmklotzes (2) bequem von Hand befestigen lässt.

   Dies bevorteilt eine schnellere und präzisere Anpassung (beispielsweise von Fensterläden) als bisher. Zudem ist das System mit dem sternförmigen Sicherheitszapfen (6), der auf den Kopf der Sicherheitsschraube (5) aufgesetzt wird, äusserst einbruchhemmend. Im Übrigen wird das Ganze stabiler und optisch eleganter als bisher.

The adaptation of all existing systems is time-consuming. In addition, the systems have so far not been able to meet safety requirements, since removing such tapes by drilling or unscrewing them is very easy.

  The frame (1) shown in the drawing is a cavity profile of a shutter. This hollow chamber profile has a vertical elongated hole (1A), matching the size of the clamping block (2). This clamping block is made of one piece, flat at the bottom, rounded on both sides and is integrated at the top, like a nut, with a milled-out part and a threaded hole. The height of this clamping block corresponds on the one hand to the height of the hollow chamber profile (1) and on the other hand to that of the strips (3, 4). The band with the eye (3) has an elongated hole (3A). A flat cross belt (4) is placed over this belt (3). It is noticeable that this cross band (4) is thicker at the ends to allow sliding on the band (3).

   In addition, this cross band (4) is so wide that the elongated hole (3A) in the band (3) is completely covered even after being pushed back and forth. A hole is drilled in the middle of the cross belt (4), which allows the safety screw (5) to be inserted.



  The entire system is clamped together by means of the clamping block (2) and a safety screw (5) through a horizontal elongated hole (3A) in the band (3), a transverse band (4) lying thereon with a hole and an elongated hole in the hollow chamber profile (1A). The tape can be attached to the desired position of the hollow chamber profile by the appropriate placement of the elongated hole (1A). It is also possible at any time, after loosening the security screw (5), to push the band vertically up or down and at the same time horizontally to the left or right to fix it again. No tools are required for assembly except a Torx screwdriver for the safety screw (5), since the strap can be easily attached by hand using the clamping block (2).

   This benefits a faster and more precise adjustment (for example of shutters) than before. In addition, the system with the star-shaped security pin (6), which is placed on the head of the security screw (5), is extremely burglar-resistant. Incidentally, the whole thing is more stable and visually elegant than before.

Claims

1. Fastening device for bands with a means for fastening to cavity profiles, in particular to metal shutters, characterized in that the band (3) and a transverse band (4) with a clamping block (2) and a screw (5) clamped to a cavity profile can be.
