Abstract
The module insert is fitted with a front panel (10) which incorporates a number of recesses (20, 21) in its front face, used to house LED or potentiometer devices, inserted before fitting a front indication plate to the front panel (10). Pref. the recesses (20, 21) are arranged in 2 parallel rows extending along the bases of 2 parallel dished surfaces (18, 19). The opposite face of the front panel (10) pref. has a concentric annular groove aligned with each recess (20, 21). ADVANTAGE - Allows wide range of different front panels to be assembled using common front panel blank.
Description
Vorteile der Erfindung
Die Erfindung geht aus von einem Teileinschub nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1. Ein derartiger Teileinschub hat den Vorteil, dass mit nur einem Frontplattentyp eine Vielzahl von Bestückungsmöglichkeiten z.B. von Leuchtdioden und Potentiometern berücksichtigt werden, und zwar durch die erfindungsgemässen Vertiefungen in der Frontplatte, auf welche die genannten Einbauelemente abgestimmt sind. Es muss immer nur das entsprechende Frontschild für jeden Gerätetyp gefertigt werden. Das System kann durch zusätzliche Durchbrüche für Einbauelemente, z.B. für Stecker, erweitert werden.

Beschreibung des Ausführungsbeispiels
Die Frontplatte nach den Fig. 1 bis 5 weist eine rechteckige Platte 10 aus Kunststoff aus, welche an ihrer Unterseite an zwei Stellen nahe den Enden zwei in grösserem Abstand zueinander ausgebildete Stege 11 bis 14 hat, die mit fluchtenden Bohrungen 15, 16 versehen sind. An der gegenüberliegenden Seite ist in der Nähe der Stege 13, 14 ein Haltegriff 17 angeformt. Zwischen den kurzen Stegen 11 bis 14 verlaufen an der Unterseite der Grundplatte zwei flache Mulden 18, 19, in deren Bereich die Frontplatte mit zwei Reihen von Vertiefungen 20, 21 (Sackbohrungen), die untereinander einen bestimmten Rasterabstand haben, versehen sind. Auf der anderen Seite der Vertiefungen 20, 21 weisen diese konzentrisch ringförmige Killen 22, 23 auf.
Die Vertiefungen 20, 21 sind zur Aufnahme von Frontplatten-Einbauelementen bestimmt und können je nach Bedarf mit einem Hilfswerkzeug (Schraubenzieher) durchbrochen werden. Diese Vertiefungen sind auf die Frontplatten-Einbauelemente abgestimmt, welches insbesondere Leuchtdioden oder Potentiometer sind.
Auf der Seite, wo die Rillen 22, 23 sind, wird ein Frontschild angebracht, wie es in Fig. 6 dargestellt ist. Dieses besteht aus einer Polyesterfolie und weist die entsprechenden Lochstanzungen und notwendige Markierungen auf.
Die Fig. 7 bis 10 zeigen den montierten Teileinschub. An der Rückseite der Frontplatte sind an den Stegen 11 bis 14 eine Leiterplatte mit Stecker 24 und eine Tochterplatte 25 angeschraubt.
Advantages of the invention
The invention is based on a partial insert according to the preamble of claim 1. Such a partial insert has the advantage that, with only one type of front panel, a large number of assembly options, e.g. of light-emitting diodes and potentiometers are taken into account, namely through the depressions according to the invention in the front panel, to which the installation elements mentioned are matched. Only the corresponding front plate for each device type has to be manufactured. The system can be provided with additional openings for built-in elements, e.g. for connectors, can be expanded.

Description of the embodiment
The front plate according to FIGS. 1 to 5 has a rectangular plate 10 made of plastic, which on its underside has two webs 11 to 14 which are formed at a greater distance from one another at two locations near the ends and which are provided with aligned bores 15, 16. A handle 17 is formed on the opposite side in the vicinity of the webs 13, 14. Between the short webs 11 to 14 run on the underside of the base plate, two flat troughs 18, 19, in the area of which the front plate is provided with two rows of depressions 20, 21 (blind holes), which have a certain grid spacing from one another. On the other side of the depressions 20, 21, these have concentrically annular grooves 22, 23.
The depressions 20, 21 are intended for receiving front panel installation elements and can be broken through with an auxiliary tool (screwdriver) as required. These recesses are matched to the front panel installation elements, which are in particular light-emitting diodes or potentiometers.
On the side where the grooves 22, 23 are, a front plate is attached, as shown in Fig. 6. This consists of a polyester film and has the appropriate punched holes and necessary markings.
7 to 10 show the assembled subrack. At the rear of the front panel, a printed circuit board with plug 24 and a daughter board 25 are screwed onto the webs 11 to 14.
