Beschreibung description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Mischvorrichtung für mindestens zwei Kartuschen mit zähflüssigem oder pastösem Inhalt und ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung. The present invention relates to a mixing device for at least two cartridges with viscous or pasty content and a method for their production.
Kartuschen sind seit langem bekannt und finden dort häufig Venwendung, wo ein zähflüssiges oder pastöses Medium, wie beispielsweise Dichtungsmasse oder Klebstoff, bereitgehalten und abgegeben werden muss. Die Abgabe des Mediums geschieht dadurch, dass, meist nach Entfernung des Bodens der Kartusche, ein Kolben unter Druckwirkung in die Kartusche eingeführt wird und dadurch das in dieser enthaltene Medium durch eine dem Boden gegenüberliegende Düse abgegeben wird. Probleme ergeben sich dort, wo der Inhalt zweier oder mehrerer Kartuschen gleichzeitig abgebeben und vermischt werden soll, wie dies beispielsweise bei Mehrkomponentenklebern der Fall ist. Mischvorrichtungen für zähflüssige oder pastose Medien sind zwar für ortsfeste Anlagen in der Industrie bekannt, es werden aber dort an die Mischvorrichtungen andere Anforderungen gestellt, zumal diese meistens zumindest während eines Arbeitstages in kontinuierlichem Betrieb sind. Mischvorrichtungen für Kartuschen müssen in erster Linie möglichst kostengünstig angeboten werden können, da sie insbesondere im erwähnten Anwendungsfall, bei welchem die Bestandteile von Mehr-komponentenklebern miteinander vermischt abgegeben werden sollen, als Wegwerfartikel betrachtet werden müssen. Obwohl schon Versuche mit Mischvorrichtungen für zwei Kartuschen unternommen wurden, sind bisher keine solche Vorrichtungen auf dem Markt erhältlich, da es nicht gelungen ist, die Anforderungen hinsichtlich der Qualität bei gleichzeitiger kostengünstiger Herstellung zu erfüllen. Eine solche Mischvorrichtung besteht im wesentlichen aus den Zuleitungen, die mit den Kartuschen-Öffnungen verbunden werden, welche Zuleitungen ihrerseits in den Mischkopf führen, der seinerseits in eine Abgabe-Düse mündet. Die Zuleitungen sind dabei so gebogen, dass sie mit den zwei parallel nebeneinander liegenden Kartuschen verbunden werden können. Um eine kostengünstige Herstellung in grösseren Serien zu ermöglichen, sollten diese Teile sowie gegebenenfalls sonstige weitere Teile, wie beispielsweise mechanische Mischhilfen im Mischkopf, aus Kunststoff hergestellt werden. Hier ergeben sich insbesondere bei'den gebogenen Zuleitungen insofern Schwierigkeiten, dass diese aus zwei Längshälften vorfabriziert werden müssen und diese beiden Hälften dann zur fertigen Leitung zusam-mengeschweisst werden. Durch das Zusammen-schweissen der beiden Längshälften einer Leitung wird ein Teil des Kunststoffes, insbesondere der Schweissraupe, zu beiden Seiten der Leitungswände zu einem Wulst herausgedrückt, welcher zwar aussen an der Leitung, wenn auch durch zusätzlichen Aufwand entfernt werden kann, jedoch innen in der Leitung verbleibt und dort zu einer Querschnittsverengung derselben führt. Besonders unangenehm ist dabei, dass diese Querschnittsverengungen sehr unregelmässig sind und deren Aus-mass der Leitung von aussen nicht angesehen werden kann. Solche unkontrollierbaren Querschnittsverengungen können aber gerade bei Mischvorrichtungen, wo es auf die genau dosierte Abgabe der zu mischenden Medien ankommt, nicht hingenommen werden. Die einzige sinnvolle Möglichkeit, das zuverlässige Funktionieren einer Mischvorrichtung zu gewährleisten, ist daher die, die Leitungen aus Metall herzustellen. Da die Mischvorrichtung im Betrieb einem gewissen Druck durch die in sie hineingepressten Medien ausgesetzt ist, ist es unvermeidbar, dass die Leitungen sowie die Teile des meist mehrteiligen Mischkopfes, vorzugsweise durch Verschrauben, fest miteinander verbunden werden. Insgesamt kann festgestellt werden, dass eine Mischvorrichtung, welche den qualitativen Anforderungen genügt, in der Herstellung für ein Wegwerfcrodukt viel zu teuer ist und daher letztlich nicht angeboten werden und Verwendung finden kann. Die Mischvorrichtung nach Figur 2 entspricht äusserlich derjenigen nach Figur 1; im Mischkopf sind jedoch als statische mechanische Mischhilfe Stege 8 vorgesehen. Ausserdem sind hier zwei Kartuschen 9 bzw. 10 dargestellt. Mit 9 ist eine Kartusche gezeigt, die gerade eingelegt wird, wobei ersichtlich ist, wie der abgeschrägte Rohransatz 11 der Zuleitung 2 die Verschluss-Membran 12 der Kartusche 9 aufstösst. Die Kartusche 10 ist hingegen schon eingelegt. Die gerundete obere Kante 13 der Abschrägung des Rohransatzes verhindert das Abreissen der Verschluss-Membran 12. Die Verschluss-Membran 12 wird demzufolge an einer Stelle vom Kartuschen-Hals sauber abgetrennt und umgebogen, wobei die Membran an der umgebogenen Stelle mit dem Kartuschen-Hals verbunden bleibt. Auf diese Weise wird wirksam verhindert, dass Reste der Membran wieder vor die Kartu-schen-Öffnung gelangen und diese verstopfen oder gar zusammen mit dem Medium ausgebracht werden. Ringnuten 14 dienen dem Einrasten eines Joches 15 einer nicht näher dargestellten Halterung einer Auspress-Pistole für die Kartuschen 9 und 10. Durch eine Öffnung ragen Mitnehmernocken 18 nach hinten aus dem Mischkopf, welche den Antrieb der Mischschnecke 17 mittels einer an der Auspress-Pistole angeordneten Drehspindel ermöglichen. Die Auspress-Pistole wird dabei vorzugsweise so gestaltet, dass die Mischschnecken-Drehspindel zusammen mit den beiden Kolben, welche die Medien aus den Kartuschen 9 und 10 pressen angetrieben wird.
