Abstract

The anti-rape device has a chain belt section serving as a belt, a protective chain section for protection against rape. One of the protection section ends is fixed to the middle of the belt section. The free end of the protective chain section can be connected to the belt section by means of a connecting chain section, which also permits the stretch between the ends of the chain section to be bridged. A lock is provided for the closing of the connection between the connecting section and one end of the belt section. ADVANTAGE - The modern 'chastity belt' enables a woman to protect herself when she could be threatened.

   BESCHREIBUNG



   Solche Vorrichtungen waren bisher unbekannt. Zwar gab es im 15. bis 19. Jahrhundert, besonders in Italien, sogenannte Keuschheitsgürtel, die aber zu einem anderen Zweck verwendet wurden. Sie dienten dazu die Frau bei Abwesenheit des Mannes enthaltsam zu halten.



   Die vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt jedoch eine Vorrichtung zum Schutz vor Vergewaltigung zu schaffen, die die Frau unter den Kleidern anzieht, wenn sie das Gefühl hat es könne ihr Gefahr drohen.



   Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung ist gekennzeichnet durch ein Gürtel-Kettenteilstück das als Gürtel dient, durch ein Schutz-Kettenteilstück das als Vergewaltigungsschutz dient und das mit seinem einen Ende an der Längsmitte des Gürtel-Kettenteilstücks fest verbunden ist, sowie durch mindestens ein Verbindungs-Kettenteilstück, mittels welchem das freie Ende des Schutz-Kettenteilstücks mit dem Gürtel Kettenteilstück verbindbar und die Strecke zwischen den Enden des Gürtel-Kettenteilstücks überbrückbar ist, wobei ein Schloss vorgesehen ist, mit welchem die Verbindung zwischen dem Verbindungs-Kettenteilstück und einem Ende des Gürtel-Kettenteilstücks abschliessbar ist.



   Nachfolgend wird anhand der Zeichnung ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes beschrieben.



   Fig.   1    zeigt die Vorrichtung am Körper von vorne gesehen,
Fig. 2 zeigt die Vorrichtung am Körper von hinten geseheu, und
Fig. 3 zeigt die einzelnen Kettenteilstücke.



   Die Vorrichtung weist drei Kettenteilstücke auf, und zwar ein Gürtel-Kettenteilstück 1, das als Gürtel dient, ein Schutz-Kettenteilstück 2, das als Vergewaltigungsschutz dient, und ein Verbindungs-Kettenteilstück 4. Alle Kettenteilstücke sind Gliederketten aus rostfreiem, gehärtetem Stahl. Das Schutz-Kettenteilstück 2 weist parallel nebeneinander liegende Kettenstücke auf, die untereinander mit ringförmigen Verbindungsgliedern 9 verbunden sind. Das Schutz-Kettenteilstück 2 kann aber auch aus mehr als zwei parallel nebeneinander liegenden Kettenstücken bestehen. In Fig. 3 ist das Schutz-Kettenteilstück 2 mit seinem einen Ende 3 an der Längsmitte des Gürtel-Kettenteilstücks 1 fest verbunden. Das Gürtel-Kettenteilstück 1 und das Schutz Kettenteilstück 2 könnten aber auch gemeinsam aus einem Stück bestehen.

  Dabei müsste das Gürtel-Kettenteilstück 1 in der Mitte seiner Länge eine Schlaufe aufweisen, die das Schutz-Kettenteilstück 2 bildet, welches aus zwei parallel nebeneinander liegenden Kettenabschnitten besteht, die untereinander mit ringförmigen Verbindungsgliedern 9 verbunden sind. Das Verbindungs-Kettenteilstück 4 kann aus einem Stück bestehen. Dabei ist das eine Ende 6 des Gürtel-Kettenteilstücks   1    mit dem freien Ende 5 des Schutz-Kettenteilstücks 2 verbindbar, indem es hier durch die Ketten-Endglieder geführt, an das andere Ende 7 des Gürtel-Kettenteilstücks   1    gezogen, hier durch ein Kettenglied oder einen Ring geführt wird, um dann die Strecke zwischen den Enden 7 und 6 des Gürtel-Kettenteilstücks 1 zu überbrücken. Das mit einem Schlüssel abschliessbare Anhängeschloss 8 dient zum Abschliessen der Vorrichtung.

   Das Verbindungs-Kettenteilstück 4 kann auch aus zwei Stücken bestehen, wobei das erste Stück eine feste Verbindung zwischen dem ersten Ende 6 des Gürtel-Kettenteilstücks   1    und dem freien Ende 5 des Schutz-Kettenteilstücks 2 bildet und wobei das zweite Stück vom freien Ende 5 des Schutz-Kettenteilstücks 2 über das erste Ende 7 zum zweiten Ende 6 des Gürtel-Kettenteilstücks 1 führt. Ein aus einem Stück bestehendes Verbindungs Kettenteilstück 4 hat den Vorteil, dass die Schutzvorrichtung bei verschiedenen Körpermassen verwendbar ist.



   Damit die Vorrichtung angenehmer am Körper anliegt, können die einzelnen Kettenteilstücke, vorzugsweise aber das Schutz-Kettenteilstück 2, mit weichem Material, z. B.



  Textilmaterial, unterlegt oder überzogen sein. 



  
 



   DESCRIPTION

   However, the present invention aims to provide a rape protection device which the woman will put on under the clothes when she feels that she may be in danger.



   The device according to the invention is characterized by a belt-chain section which serves as a belt, by a protective chain section which serves as protection against rape and which is firmly connected at one end to the longitudinal center of the belt-chain section, and by at least one connecting chain section by means of which the free end of the protective chain section can be connected to the belt chain section and the distance between the ends of the belt chain section can be bridged, a lock being provided with which the connection between the connecting chain section and one end of the belt chain section can be closed .



   An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is described below with reference to the drawing.

   The device has three chain sections, namely a belt-chain section 1, which serves as a belt, a protective chain section 2, which serves as protection against rape, and a connecting chain section 4. All chain sections are link chains made of hardened stainless steel. The protective chain section 2 has parallel adjacent chain pieces which are connected to one another with annular connecting links 9. The protective chain section 2 can also consist of more than two parallel chain pieces. In Fig. 3, the protective chain section 2 is firmly connected at one end 3 at the longitudinal center of the belt chain section 1. The belt-chain section 1 and the protection chain section 2 could also consist of one piece.

  The belt-chain section 1 would have to have a loop in the middle of its length, which forms the protective chain section 2, which consists of two parallel chain sections which are connected to one another with annular connecting links 9. The connecting chain section 4 can consist of one piece. One end 6 of the belt chain section 1 can be connected to the free end 5 of the protective chain section 2 by passing it here through the chain end links, pulled to the other end 7 of the belt chain section 1, here by a chain link or a ring is guided, then to bridge the distance between the ends 7 and 6 of the belt-chain section 1. The padlock 8, which can be locked with a key, is used to lock the device.

   The connecting chain section 4 can also consist of two pieces, the first piece forming a fixed connection between the first end 6 of the belt chain section 1 and the free end 5 of the protective chain section 2 and the second piece from the free end 5 of the Protective chain section 2 leads via the first end 7 to the second end 6 of the belt chain section 1. A one-piece connecting chain section 4 has the advantage that the protective device can be used with different body masses.

Claims

PATENT CLAIMS 1. Device for protection against rape, characterized by a belt-chain section (1) which serves as a belt, by a protective chain section (2) which serves as protection against rape and which has one end (3) at the longitudinal center of the belt- Chain section (1) is firmly connected, and by at least one connecting chain section (4), by means of which the free end (5) of the protective chain section (2) can be connected to the belt chain section (1) and the distance between the ends (6 , 7) of the belt chain section (1) can be bridged, a lock (8) being provided with which the connection between the connecting chain section (4) and one end (6) of the belt chain section (1) can be locked.

2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the chain sections (1, 2, 4) link chains are made of stainless steel.

3. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the protective chain section (2) consists of at least two parallel chain pieces lying next to each other, z. B. with annular links (9).
