Description
Die Erfindung beschäftigt sich mit einem Distanzelement für zu beabstandene Platten, insbesondere für belastbare Paletten, welches einen tubusförmigen Abschnitt besitzt, der an wenigstens einem seiner Enden mehrere sich im wesentlichen in axialer Richtung erstreckende Befestigungslaschen zum Eindringen in eine der Platten und zum Verbinden des Tubusabschnittes mit der Platte, sowie mehrere sich unter einem Winkel zu den Befestigungslaschen erstreckende Stützteile, sowie polygonale Querschnittsform aufweist, wobei im Übergangsbereich zwischen den Befestigungslaschen und Stützteilen sich axial erstreckende Knickzonen vorgesehen sind und Befestigungslaschen, Stützteile und Tubus aus einem einteiligen Werkstück geformt sind. Das bekannte Distanzelement kann diese Forderung jedoch nur bei Verwendung eines relativ starken Blechs erfüllen, weil die Knickzonen, d.h. die an gegenüberliegenden Seiten einer einzigen ebenen Tubuswand, nur ausnahmsweise zu der polygonalen Tubusform des Distanzelementes beitragen, nämlich an Eckabschnitten, die beispielsweise an jeder dritten oder jeder zweiten Befestigungslasche ausgebildet sind. Die Herstellung des Distanzelementes umfasst drei Arbeitsschritte, nämlich Stanzen, Biegen und Schweissen.
