Abstract
The fireclay brick has, at a length of 15 to 65 cm and an external cross-section of 10-15 cm by 20-25 cm, two passages extending in the longitudinal direction. In this way, it can be used as a prefabricated element for the manufacture of tiled stoves and fireplaces.
Description
PATENTANSPRtJCHE

PATENT CLAIMS
1. Chamotte stone for the tiled stove and chemical construction, characterized in that it has a passage divided by a longitudinally extending partition, a length of 15-65 cm and a cross section of 10-15 cm by 20-25 cm.
2. Stone according to claim 1, characterized in that the wall thickness of the outer wall is approximately 2.5 cm and that of the partition wall is approximately 3 cm.
The chamotte bricks used for the tiled stove and fireplace construction are usually cuboid and slab-shaped bricks, so-called full bricks, which are assembled by the hafner in such a way that walls, storage rooms and drafts are created.
The present invention now relates to a chamotte stone, the use of which allows the hafner to save significant time and labor. This stone is characterized in that it is designed as a hollow stone in such a way that it has a passage which is divided by a partition which extends in the longitudinal direction, is 15-65 cm long and has a cross section of 10-15 cm by 20-25 cm and the wall thickness of the outer wall is expediently approximately 2.5 cm, that of the partition wall is approximately 3 cm.
The accompanying drawing shows a perspective view of an embodiment of the invention.
The chamotte stone, designated as a whole by 1, has a length S of approximately 60 cm, a width b of approximately 25 cm and a height h of 10 cm. With a wall thickness of the outer wall of 2.5 cm and of 3 cm for the inner wall, two passages extending in the longitudinal direction remain with a clear cross section of 8.5 cm by 5 cm. Such a stone can also be used for the production of all fireplaces and tiled stoves if they are designed as warm air and storage heaters.
