Abstract

The kit comprises eight different, exchangeable dental technician's instruments and two gripping pieces having a collet chuck, all the parts being arranged in a wooden box. The instruments (9C) can be easily exchanged with the collet chuck (9B). The gripping piece (9A) lies safely in the hand and permits very accurate working. <IMAGE>

   PATENTANSPRUCH
Zahntechnikerset, gekennzeichnet durch acht auswechselbare Zahntechnikerinstrumente und zwei Griffstücke mit Spannzange, wobei alle Teile in einem Holzkästchen eingeordnet sind.



   Bei den üblichen zahntechnischen Instrumenten, wie sie auch bei den Zahnärzten gebräuchlich sind, sind an einem Griffteil beidseitig Spitzen, Haken, Löffel und Messer einstükkig angeformt. Für die Arbeit des Zahntechnikers sind diese Instrumente weniger geeignet, da insbesondere die Handlichkeit nicht befriedigen kann. Für ein exaktes Arbeiten ist ein Griffteil, welches sicher in der Hand liegt, wichtig. Ausserdem ist es für die Arbeit des Zahntechnikers günstig, wenn die verschiedenen Instrumente am Griff auswechselbar befestigbar sind und das Ganze als Set in einem Kästchen übersichtlich eingeordnet ist. Das erfindungsgemässe Zahntechnikerset erfüllt alle diese Forderungen.

 

   Die beiliegende Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines erfindungsgemässen Zahntechnikersets. Im einzelnen zeigen, jeweils im Grundriss und Aufriss:

Fig. 2 einen Haken,
Fig. 3 einen Bogen,
Fig. 4 einen zweiten Bogen,
Fig. 5 ein Messer,
Fig. 6 ein Formmesser,
Fig. 7 einen Löffel, im Grundriss und Schnitt:
Fig. 8 ein Dreikant, im Grundriss:
Fig. 9 ein Griffstück 9A mit einer Spannzange 9B,
Fig. 10 eine Kombination Griffstück 9A mit Spannzange 9B und mit einem Instrument 9C, wobei durch die Pfeile 9D die Bewegungen beim Auswechseln des Instruments angedeutet sind, und als perspektivische Ansicht:

Dental technician set, characterized by eight interchangeable dental technician instruments and two handle pieces with collet, all parts being arranged in a wooden box.



   In the usual dental instruments, as they are also used by dentists, tips, hooks, spoons and knives are integrally formed on both sides of a handle. These instruments are less suitable for the work of the dental technician because, in particular, the handiness cannot satisfy. For a precise work, a grip part that lies securely in the hand is important. In addition, it is beneficial for the work of the dental technician if the various instruments can be exchangeably attached to the handle and the whole is clearly arranged as a set in a box. The dental technician set according to the invention fulfills all of these requirements.

 

   The accompanying drawing shows an embodiment of a dental technician set according to the invention. Show in detail, in each case in the plan and elevation:

4 shows a second sheet,
5 a knife,
6 is a form knife,
