Abstract
A process for the production of compounds of formula (I) is described <IMAGE> In the formula, Z represents an alkyl group, having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, R1 a hydrogen atom or a methyl or ethyl group, and R2 a linear alkyl group having 3 to 6 carbon atoms, allyl, hydroxyethyl, cycloalkyl having 3 to 8 carbon atoms, benzyl or p-methoxyphenyl, it also being possible for the residue -NR1R2 to represent a morpholino group. The process is carried out by reacting a corresponding 4,6-dichloropyrimidine with a piperazine substituted on one of the nitrogen atoms of the ring by a group Z. The compounds obtained in the said process can be used in human therapeutics against vomiting, nausea, migraines or digestive spasms.
