Abstract

Covering for walls comprises heat- and sound-insulating panels of rock wool with glass fibre-reinforced polyester coating, with adjacent elements interengaging with and overlapping each other vertically so as to cover the through holes (4a, 4d) at which the elements are attached to the wall. Only a small no. of holes are reqd., which facilitates applicn. of the panels. The panels may be produced in varying sizes, shapes and thicknesses, to cover front walls of houses in the desired colour scheme and protect them against fire.

   Die Erfindung betrifft einen Belag aus Wärme- und Schallisolierplatten aus Steinwolle mit glasfaserverstärkter Polyesterhaut. Wärme-Isolationsplatten sind bekannt mit Aussenhaut aus Aluminium und Isolation aus geschäumtem Polyester. Die Verwendung von Aluminium ist teuer und schafft ein Abfallproblem. Zudem ist Aluminium nicht leicht färbbar. Bestehende Systeme nützen die Verbindung mit Nachbarplatten nicht aus und decken weniger geschickt die Durchstosstellen (Pos. d Fig. 3 und 4 ab). Die geschäumte Polyesterschicht ist nicht chemisch resistent.



   Die Erfindung will eine günstige Verschachtelung der Nachbarplatten ermöglichen und damit die Notwendigkeit der Direktbefestigung an der Trägerwand auf ein Minimum reduzieren.



   Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt.



   Eine Steinwolleplatte ist mit einer leicht färbbaren, glasfaserverstärkten Polyesterschicht, Pos. 3c, überzogen und derart bearbeitet, dass Nachbarelemente ineinandergreifen können (siehe Schemaskizze und Pos. 3a).

 

   Die in der Zeichnung dargestellte Platte zeigt im Aufriss die Durchstosslöcher und im Seitenriss Fig. 3, Pos. 2a, die Art der vertikalen Überdeckung und in la und 3a die ineinandergreifenden Platten-Laschen. Für die Bedeckung von Ecken können die Platten abgewinkelt angefertigt sein.



   Durch die Variationsmöglichkeiten in Formaten und Dicken lassen sich Häuserfassaden farbgerecht und feuerrestistent verkleiden und gegen Schallimmission wie gegen Wärmedurchtritt isolieren. Die geringe Anzahl notwendiger Durchstosslöcher vereinfacht das Anbringen der Platten.



   PATENTANSPRUCH



   Belag aus Wärme- und Schallisolierplatten aus Steinwolle mit glasfaserverstärkter Polyesterhaut, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass benachbarte Elemente ineinandergreifen und dabei die Durchstosslöcher zur Trägerwand verdecken.

   The invention aims to enable the neighboring panels to be nested in a favorable manner, thereby reducing the need for direct attachment to the support wall to a minimum.



   An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing.



   A rock wool panel is covered with an easily colored, glass fiber reinforced polyester layer, item 3c, and processed in such a way that neighboring elements can interlock (see schematic sketch and item 3a).

 

   The plate shown in the drawing shows in elevation the piercing holes and in side elevation Fig. 3, Pos. 2a, the type of vertical overlap and in la and 3a the interlocking plate tabs. To cover corners, the panels can be made angled.



   Due to the variation options in formats and thicknesses, house facades can be clad in the correct color and fire-resistant and insulated against noise and heat penetration. The small number of piercing holes required simplifies the attachment of the plates.
