Abstract
A device for supporting and fixing a pipe comprises a support (1) with a pipe-fixing clamp (4) and with two parallel shafts (7) disposed at its lower side corners, and a base plate (9) with bearings (11) in which shafts slide in the longitudinal direction of the pipe, preventing movement in the transverse direction. DETAILS Pref. the support consists of a curved plate (2) forming a housing for half the section of a cylindrical pipe, with two lugs (2a) with bolts (5) for fixing the clamp, and two side walls (6) welded to the edges of the curved portion of the plate, the two shafts extending through holes in the side walls. Each bearing (11) comprises a PTFE body (12) in which a bush (13) is supported by a rubber sleeve (13). (3 pp.).
Description
La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de support et de fixation d'un conduit, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un support avec bride de fixation d'un dit conduit et avec deux axes parallèles entre eux et disposés à ses coins inférieurs latéraux, et une plaque de base munie de paliers dans lesquels ces axes peuvent glisser dans la direction longitudinale du conduit tout en empêchant des mouvements dans des directions transversales du conduit.
Un tel dispositif est surtout destiné au support et à la fixation d'un conduit d'eau chaude ou froide de réseaux urbains dans lesquels de tels conduits s'étendent dans des canivaux souterrains. ll présente par rapport à des dispositifs connus des avantages considérables, tels que simplicité, encombrement réduit.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.

Le dispositif représenté au dessin comprend un support 1 constitué en partie par une plaque 2 recourbée pour former un logement pour une moitié de la section d'un conduit cylindrique 3 qu'il s'agit de supporter et de fixer et pour former aussi deux oreilles 2a. Le conduit 3 est fixé dans ledit logement au moyen d'une bride 4 et de boulons 5. Le support 1 comprend aussi deux flasques 6 qui sont soudés aux bords de la partie recourbée de la plaque 2, ainsi que deux axes 7 qui sont disposés à ses coins inférieurs latéraux où ils sont posés dans des trous des flasques 6; un glissage des axes dans ces trous est empêché par des chevilles 8 ou des éléments semblables.
Le dispositif comprend en outre une plaque de base 10 qui, lors de la pose du dispositif, sera fixée sur une assise 10 par des moyens non représentés tels que des ancres avec boulons. La plaque de base 9 est munie de deux paliers dont chacun est désigné dans son ensemble par 11; les axes 7 peuvent glisser dans ces paliers 11 dans la direction longitudinale du conduit 3 tout en empêchant des mouvements du support 1 et du conduit 3 dans des directions transversales du conduit.
Dans son exécution représentée à la fig. 3 chaque tel palier 11 comprend un corps 12 avec alésage étagé. Dans la partie principale de l'alésage un coussinet est maintenu centré avec une certaine souplesse en direction transversale par un manchon 14 en caoutchouc; en direction axiale ce coussinet est retenue, de préférence avec un petit jeu j, entre un rebord 12a du corps 12 et une bague 15 qui prend appui sur une bague 16 vissée dans une partie terminale taraudée de l'alésage.
Le coussinet 13 est de préférence constitué par du polytétra- fluoréthylène; les axes 7 sont de préférence constitués par des tubes en acier inoxydable. Les autres parties du dispositif qui sont faites en acier sont de préférence galvanisées.
Diverses modifications pourraient être apportées à l'exemple décrit et représenté. On pourra par exemple prévoir pour chaque axe 7 deux coussinets 11, ceux-ci étant disposés soit entre les flasques 6, soit à l'extérieur des flasques 7.
Il importe que dans toutes ces réalisations les axes 7, parallèles entre eux, et les coussinets 11 dans lesquels ces axes peuvent glisser quand le conduit 3 subit des dilatations ou contractions longitudinales, soient disposés à un écart appréciable l'une de l'autre afin que le dispositif soit bien à même de résister à des efforts transversaux à l'axe du conduit 3 fixé sur le support 1 par la bride 4.

Such a device is especially intended for supporting and fixing a hot or cold water pipe for urban networks in which such pipes extend into underground channels. It has considerable advantages over known devices, such as simplicity and reduced bulk.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention.

The device shown in the drawing comprises a support 1 formed in part by a plate 2 curved to form a housing for one half of the section of a cylindrical duct 3 which is to be supported and fixed and also to form two lugs. 2a. The duct 3 is fixed in said housing by means of a flange 4 and bolts 5. The support 1 also comprises two flanges 6 which are welded to the edges of the curved part of the plate 2, as well as two pins 7 which are arranged at its lower side corners where they are placed in holes in the flanges 6; slipping of the pins in these holes is prevented by plugs 8 or similar elements.
The device further comprises a base plate 10 which, during the installation of the device, will be fixed on a base 10 by means not shown such as anchors with bolts. The base plate 9 is provided with two bearings, each of which is designated as a whole by 11; the pins 7 can slide in these bearings 11 in the longitudinal direction of the duct 3 while preventing movements of the support 1 and of the duct 3 in transverse directions of the duct.
In its execution shown in FIG. 3 each such bearing 11 comprises a body 12 with a stepped bore. In the main part of the bore a bush is kept centered with some flexibility in the transverse direction by a rubber sleeve 14; in the axial direction, this bearing is retained, preferably with a small clearance j, between a flange 12a of the body 12 and a ring 15 which bears on a ring 16 screwed into a tapped end part of the bore.
The pad 13 is preferably made of polytetrafluorethylene; the pins 7 are preferably formed by stainless steel tubes. The other parts of the device which are made of steel are preferably galvanized.
Various modifications could be made to the example described and shown. For example, two bearings 11 could be provided for each axis 7, these being arranged either between the flanges 6 or outside the flanges 7.
It is important that in all these embodiments the axes 7, parallel to each other, and the bearings 11 in which these axes can slide when the duct 3 undergoes longitudinal expansions or contractions, are arranged at an appreciable distance from each other in order that the device is well able to withstand forces transverse to the axis of the duct 3 fixed to the support 1 by the flange 4.
