Transfer device Subject of the request: indumgiste.in Umbetge; advice for nursing in hospitals, which makes it easier for the patient to get out of bed for the purpose of transferring the patient, as well as for the patient or accident victim to be easily put back or put into bed.
The transfer device according to the invention is distinguished by the fact that on an extension arm of a frame there is a support that can be pivoted in the vertical plane and that a reclining step can be pivoted relative to the latter on the latter. The whole thing is that the recliners are laid over the frame and inclined in the large, laid out to the side, and one long side is turned away.
In the drawing, an example execution form Ides subject invention is shown, namely shows; F, ig. 1 is a side view of the bed device in the bed ready for use,
2 shows a side view of the bed device on the bed with the cradle tilted out on the patient lying on the bed,
3 shows a side view of the bed transfer device when the patient is being loaded onto the cradle,
Fig.
4 the reclining shell removed from the transfer device seen from below, Fiig. 5 ireSei-bamisichtderLiegescihale, Fog. 6 the supporting frame of a Tragbahere in the picture undi Fisg. 7 the cradle combined with the support frame to form a tralgbial tube in a side view.
The transfer device shown has ain-low Fali, r, gestefl 1 made of Sahlorhr, the two standing on one long side of the same. Support columns 2 with horizontal brackets 3 angled to the other longitudinal side of the chassis, a steel tube 4 as a tilting bearing for a Liegex shell 5. In the ends of the steel tube 4 engage the mutually angled ends 6 'of a bearing bracket 6, the web of which is pivoted parallel to the longitudinal slope of the leigeschale 5 on its lower side near one longitudinal side of the reclining shell 5 by means of bearing pieces 7.
Due to the pivotability of the Langer- bracket 6 lam Lalger pipe 4, the hinged side of the reclining shell 5 connected to the bracket 6 at the respective height; of the hospital bed 8 adaptable, as shown in Fig. 2 can be seen. The two legs of the bearing bracket 6 can be spread apart thanks to the inherent springing of the bracket, so that the bracket ends 6 can be easily pulled out of the ends of the tilting bearing tube 4, and thus the cradle is removed from the transfer device. The bearing bracket 6 with trden legs 6 'can also be arranged so that it can be moved away completely from the reclining shell.
7 Purpose: Umibettungunknan, kenbettes 8 we proceed as follows: The relocating device with the Lizgeschalez is next to the hospital bed, Fig. 1 approached. The sick 9 is then brought into a side position so that he is turned with his back to the boarding device. Now the cradle 5 is raised on the side facing the nurse, so that the long side of the cradle facing the patient lowers onto the bed 8 and slightly grips under the patient's body, as FIG. 2 shows.
The cantilever is now rolled with its back to the reclining shell and then this, as shown in Fig. 3 doigt, with the patient tipped back into a horizontal position. In this position, the cradle 5 is fixed by an arrester device (not shown) and the carriage is then moved away from the bed. After the patient has been transferred, the carriage with the patient is pulled up to Ida's bed again, the cradle on the side facing the nurse is lifted up again, and the patient is slowly returned to his bed. This Anbeita: nnmiuhelasvan.ine, one-toned sick nurse or nurse have carried out.
The cradle 5, including the support bracket, can easily be attached by the transfer device, see Figs. 4 and 5. It is fitted with a low support frame.geanal3Fig. 6 can be combined for the purpose of figuring a stretcher shown in FIG. This low support frame has the same length as the transfer unit. This means that it only means that it has no roles and that the carrying acids 2 are so short s, i, nd that the boom 3 with the bearing tube 4 are only slightly above the chassis 1 '.
To create the stretcher, the cradle 5 is placed on the support frame, whereupon the ends 6 'of the bearing bracket 6 are indented into the protruding ends of the bearing tube 4 with the spring-back of the bracket legs. An injured or sick person carried on this stretcher can be transferred directly from the stretcher to a bed.
