Description

       

      Bombierte    Obermatratze    Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Obermatratze,  welche durch eine     bombierte    Liegefläche in spannen  der     Wirkung        d'en    Rücken beim     Schlafen        in    gesunder  Lage     hält.        Eine        Füllung    von     Kuniststoff-Körnern        be-          zweckt    mit der eingeschlossenen Luft eine hartfe  dernde Liegefläche. Das verwendete Material bietet  maximalen     Isolierschutz    gegen unten und ist wärme  rückstrahlend.  



  Es     sind    Obermatratzen aus Schaumstoff     bekannt,     jedoch nur in Blockform. Bei diesen     bildet    sich in  folge des     -Fehlens    von Luftkammern auf der Unter  seite     Kondensdampf-Feuchtigkeit.    Dies ist bei obiger  nicht der Fall. Auch hat die Blockform keine     Bom-          bierung.     



  Zweck der Erfindung ist es, diese Mängel zu be  heben.  



  Die erfindungsgemässe Obermatratze ist dadurch  gekennzeichnet,     @dass    sie zwei federnd     bombierte    Lie  geflächen aufweist, die durch     Trennwände    mitein  ander verbunden sind, wobei die durch diese Wände  gebildeten Kammern je eine Füllung von     Kunststoff-          Körnern    enthalten.  



  Inder Zeichnung ist ein     Ausführungsbeispiel    des       Erfindungs-Gegenstandes    dargestellt.    1 sind 2-3 cm dicke Kunststoffplatten zur Bil  dung der     bombierten    Liegefläche. 2 bildet eine     mit     den     Liegeflächenplatten    verleimte Seitenwand     zur          Stabilität.    3 sind     durch    Schablonen     gefertigte    Trenn  wände der     Kammern    4 und     dienen    zugleich als  federnde Stützen der Liegeflächen.

   4 sind die     Korn-          Luft-Kammern.    5 ist die     Korn-Luft-Füllung.    Alle  Teile sind miteinander mit einem elastischen Kleb  stoff verleimt. 6     bildet        dien    Stoffüberzug der Ober  matratze. Der     Obermatratzen-Kern    wird in einer       bomb,ierten    Formschablone verleimt und bleibt bis  zur Austrocknung eingespannt.  



  Zur Verbesserung der Dauerhaftigkeit der Ober  matratze können die     Dickenmasse    des     Kunststoffes     und der     Kammern    verändert werden.

  The top mattress according to the invention is characterized in that it has two resiliently cambered lying surfaces which are connected to one another by partitions, the chambers formed by these walls each containing a filling of plastic grains.



  The drawing shows an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. 1 are 2-3 cm thick plastic plates to form the cambered bed surface. 2 forms a side wall glued to the lying surface panels for stability. 3 are made by templates partitions of the chambers 4 and also serve as resilient supports for the lying surfaces.
