Récipient, notamment pour l'emballage de produits pulvérulents
Certains produits, tels que laits en poudre, produits diététiques, etc., sont conditionnés à l'intérieur de boîtes métalliques pourvues d'un couvercle amovible. La reconstitution d'un lait entier, par exemple à partir d'un produit en poudre, exige que le dosage soit effectué avec une certaine précision. C'est la raison pour laquelle les boîtes de ce genre comportent souvent un godet mesureur, ou mesurette, qui permet de prélever la quantité exacte du produit et de préparer un aliment reconstitué qui correspond au standard fixé par le fabricant.
Cette mesurette est couramment placée à l'intérieur de la boîte, entre le couvercle et le niveau supérieur du produit; lorsqu'il s'agit par exemple de lait en poudre contenu dans une boîte pourvue d'une membrane d'étanchéité, elle est logée entre cette dernière et la poudre. Au cours des transports et manipulations, la mesurette est peu à peu ensevelie dans le contenu de la boîte; son extraction est malaisée et souvent incompatible avec les précautions prises en matière d'hygiène lors de la fabrication et le conditionnement du produit.
L'invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients. Elle a trait à un récipient du genre décrit ci-dessus, remarquable notamment par le fait que ledit couvercle comporte, sur sa face tournée vers l'intérieur du récipient, des moyens permettant la fixation amovible d'une mesurette pour doser le susdit produit.
Le dessin annexé montre, à titre d'exemple, deux formes d'exécution du récipient selon l'invention.
La fig. 1 est une vue partielle, en coupe, de la première forme d'exécution.
Les fig. 2 et 3 montrent respectivement en coupe longitudinale et en plan une mesurette représentée à la fig. 1.
La fig. 4 est une vue partielle, en coupe, de la deuxième forme d'exécution.
Tel que représenté à la fig. 1, le récipient est constitué par un corps de boîte métallique 1, cylindrique, et un couvercle 2 amovible inséré dans l'ouverture du corps 1. Ce couvercle, exécuté en une matière plastique convenable, prend appui sur le rebord de la boîte par une collerette circulaire 2a et il comporte, à sa partie supérieure, une joue annulaire 2b de préhension. La partie centrale de la paroi 2° du couvercle présente en outre une dépression 2d, en forme de segment sphérique, dont le sommet n'excède pas le niveau de la joue 2b. Cette dépression permet de former un alvéole ou logement dont l'ouverture est tournée vers l'intérieur du récipient.
D'autre part, l'alvéole peut revtir diverses formes, par exemple tronconique, cylindrique, etc.
Le couvercle est pourvu d'un godet mesureur ou mesurette comprenant un godet 3 et un manche 3a, ce dernier étant appliqué sur la face du couvercle tournée vers l'intérieur du récipient alors que le godet est logé dans l'alvéole formé par la dépression 2d dont il épouse la forme. Ladite mesurette, confectionnée de préférence en une matière synthétique souple, est fixée de façon amovible à la paroi 2c du couvercle par l'intermédiaire d'un bouton 4 faisant saillie sur ladite paroi et susceptible d'tre inséré à force à l'intérieur d'une ouverture 5 ménagée dans le manche 3a de la mesurette.
Le récipient représenté à la fig. 4 est constitué par un corps de boîte cylindrique 10 comprenant, à son extrémité supérieure, un anneau 11 porte-couvercle et une membrane d'étanchéité 12 métallique.
L'ouverture circulaire de l'anneau 11 est obturée par un couvercle 13 exécuté en une matière plastique synthétique et comprenant une dépression 13a, de forme tronconique, dans laquelle est logé le godet 14 d'une mesurette. Cette dernière est rendue solidaire du couvercle 13, par son manche 14a, de la manière décrite plus haut. Dans cette forme d'exécution, la mesurette est constamment solidaire de l'emballage mais n'est pas en contact avec le produit avant l'ouverture de la membrane d'étanchéité.
Enfin, le relief formé par la dépression que représente le couvercle peut porter extérieurement un motif tel qu'une marque, un dessin, etc., obtenus de préférence par pression.

Some products, such as powdered milk, dietetic products, etc., are packaged inside metal cans with a removable cover. The reconstitution of whole milk, for example from a powdered product, requires that the dosage be carried out with some precision. This is the reason why boxes of this kind often include a measuring cup, or measuring cup, which allows the exact quantity of the product to be taken and a reconstituted food to be prepared which corresponds to the standard set by the manufacturer.
This measure is commonly placed inside the box, between the lid and the upper level of the product; when it is for example powdered milk contained in a box provided with a sealing membrane, it is housed between the latter and the powder. During transport and handling, the scoop is gradually buried in the contents of the box; its extraction is difficult and often incompatible with the hygiene precautions taken during the manufacture and packaging of the product.
The invention overcomes these drawbacks. It relates to a container of the type described above, remarkable in particular by the fact that said cover comprises, on its face turned towards the inside of the container, means allowing the removable attachment of a measuring cup for measuring the aforesaid product.
The appended drawing shows, by way of example, two embodiments of the container according to the invention.
Fig. 1 is a partial view, in section, of the first embodiment.
Figs. 2 and 3 show respectively in longitudinal section and in plan a measuring device shown in FIG. 1.
Fig. 4 is a partial view, in section, of the second embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1, the container consists of a cylindrical metal box body 1 and a removable cover 2 inserted into the opening of the body 1. This cover, made of a suitable plastic material, rests on the edge of the box by a circular collar 2a and it comprises, at its upper part, an annular gripping cheek 2b. The central part of the wall 2 ° of the cover also has a depression 2d, in the form of a spherical segment, the apex of which does not exceed the level of the cheek 2b. This depression makes it possible to form a cell or housing, the opening of which faces the interior of the container.
On the other hand, the cell can take on various shapes, for example frustoconical, cylindrical, etc.
The cover is provided with a measuring cup or measuring cup comprising a cup 3 and a handle 3a, the latter being applied to the face of the cover facing the interior of the receptacle while the cup is housed in the cell formed by the vacuum. 2d which it takes shape. Said measuring cup, preferably made of a flexible synthetic material, is removably attached to the wall 2c of the cover by means of a button 4 projecting from said wall and capable of being forcibly inserted inside the cover. The container shown in FIG. 4 is formed by a cylindrical box body 10 comprising, at its upper end, a cover-holder ring 11 and a metallic sealing membrane 12.
The circular opening of the ring 11 is closed by a cover 13 made of a synthetic plastic material and comprising a depression 13a, of frustoconical shape, in which the cup 14 of a measuring cup is housed. The latter is made integral with the cover 13, by its handle 14a, in the manner described above. In this embodiment, the measuring cup is constantly secured to the packaging but is not in contact with the product before the sealing membrane is opened.
Finally, the relief formed by the depression represented by the cover may bear a pattern such as a mark, a drawing, etc. on the outside, preferably obtained by pressure.
