3. Apparatus as claimed in claim 1 and 2, in which said small trees rest on said discs through spring means arranged in radial housings of the discs themselves, opening on their inner faces with guide grooves for the ends of the small trees.

4. Apparatus as claimed in claim and subclaims 1 to 3, wherein the support cage of the elastic wheels is coaxial with the handle of the apparatus.
