Description

Bracelet of articulated elements The present invention relates to a bracelet of articulated elements, which serves as a piece of jewelry, a bracelet for watches, etc.

The bracelets known until now suffer, in general, from too many complications manifested on the one hand, in the manufacture and laboratory assembly of its constituent elements and, on the other hand, by the difficulty they present for. their adaptation to wrists or arms of various sizes, which, on the other hand, does not occur with the bracelet which is the subject of the invention, the manufacture of which is simple and the assembly extremely easy. Due to its constitution, it is possible to adopt the most varied finishes for a neat and luxurious presentation.

The bracelet in question is characterized by a row of rectangular plates each having two ribs protruding on one side along two opposite edges, the consecutive plates being hooked to each other by the ribs of their adjacent edges and being held assembled by rings threaded on the line.

An embodiment of the object of the invention will be described, by way of example, with reference to the attached drawings. In this drawing, fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a partially dismantled bracelet and, FIG. 2, a view in longitudinal section of a bracelet segment.

The bracelet shown is constituted by a series of basic elements in the form of rectangular plates 1, the opposite edges of which end in heads or ribs 2 and 3, also flat, having a lower outer edge 4 and 5 rounded and a width equal to half of the central part of part 1. The elements mentioned are supplemented by others, in equal number, in the form of rings 6, the opening 7 of which corresponds in its dimensions to those of the section transverse of two plates 1 engaged one on the other.

The bracelet is assembled by placing successively a plate 1 after the other, in the reverse position, so that their respective heads 2 and 3 engage by placing them on the adjacent plate, as shown in fig: 1, to form a line and, then, the Rings 6 are put in place.

Thus the rings 6 are fixed on the plates 1 without it being necessary to use pins, screws or any other element, which facilitates not only the manufacture of the elements, the assembly and disassembly of the bracelet, but also its adaptation to the various diameters of wrists and arms.

Even though the foregoing refers exclusively to a bracelet, it is obvious that with the same elements it would be possible to form necklaces and other similar ornamental articles.
