  Apparatur zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung einer gewellten Bahn aus Kunstharz
Das Hauptpatent Nr. 325 553 hat zum Gegenstand ein Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung einer gewellten Bahn aus Kunstharz und eine Apparatur zur Durchführung des Verfahrens;. Eine beispielsweise beschriebene Apparatur zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass sich in der   Polymerisationskammer    zwei angetriebene endlose, aus Walzen, die als Wellenbildner dienen, gebildete Raupenbänder befinden, zwischen denen die imprägnierte Bahn mit diesen fortbewegt wird, wobei die Walzen des einen Raupenbandes längs der Bahn gegenüber den Walzen des andern Raupenbandes versetzt sind,   und    wobei die Bahn zwischen den Walzen der beiden   Raupenbänder    gepresst wird.



   Dabei sind die Walzen des oberen Raupenbandes mit Spiel am Band befestigt, zwecks   Berücksichti-    gung eventueller Ungenauigkeiten gewisser Rollen und eventuell der zu wellenden Materialbahn.



   Diese Apparatur arbeitet im allgemeinen zufriedenstellend, ergibt aber ein Produkt, das manchmal Dicken- und Wellungsungleichmässigkeiten aufweist.



   Voraussetzung zur Behebung dieser Fehler ist, dass die Walzen der Raupenbänder perfekt zueinander parallel ausgerichtet bleiben und gleiche   A & -    stände voneinander haben.



   Die Erfindung bezweckt die Schaffung einer in diesem Sinne verbesserten Apparatur, die gestattet, ein Produkt zu erhalten, dessen Dicke wirklich gleich mässig ist und geringer sein kann, und das ausserdem eine bessere Oberflächenbeschaffenheit aufweist.



   Beiliegende Zeichnung stellt ein   Ausführungsbei-    spiel des   Erfindungsgegenstandes    (ohne die beiden Druckzylinder) dar.



   Fig. 1 ist ein Vertikallängsschnitt des   Ausfüh-    rungsbeispieles, und
Fig. 2 ist ein   Vertikaiquerschnitt    zu Fig. 1.



   Die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Apparatur ist weitgehend mit der in Fig. 4 des Hauptpatentes dargestellten Apparatur ähnlich. In dem vom oberen Raupenband umgebenen Raum ist in der   Längsmit-    telebene eine endlos in sich geschlossene Gallsche Kette 1 angeordnet, die sich mit der gleichen Geschwindigkeit bewegt wie dieses Raupenband, da sie von diesem dank Eingreifen zwischen seine Walzen mitgenommen wird. Sie läuft über zwei Kettenräder 3, welche auf einem Rahmen 2 drehbar gelagert sind. Sämtliche Achsbolzen der Kette 1 tragen zwei Kugellager 4, die über die nach oben und die nach unten   gekehrten    Flächen des Rahmens 2 abrollen; die beiden Enden jedes dieser Achsbolzen tragen je eine runde Scheibe 5, die zwischen benachbarte Walzen des unteren Trums des oberen Raupenbandes eingreift.

   Diese Scheiben dienen zum Aus einanderhalten der Walzen, so dass diese zueinander und in gleichen Abständen voneinander gehalten werden. Die Kette 1 mit ihren Scheiben 5 wirkt somit gleichsam als   mitlaufender    kalibrierter Kamin, damit die Walzen des Raupenbandes in genau gleichen Abständen aufeinanderfolgen.



   Der Rahmen 2 wird von Querbalken 6 getragen, die an ihrem einen Ende auf Lagerteilen 7 schwenkbar gelagert sind, die an der entsprechenden Seitenwand des Gehäuses der Apparatur befestigt sind. Am anderen Ende jedes Querbalkens 6 ist eine Einstellschraube 8 angelenkt, die zusammen mit zwei von ihr getragenen Muttern gestattet, die Lage in bezug auf das besagte Gehäuse und auf die Bahn des oberen Raupenbandes einzustellen und zu   fixierten.   



   Anstatt wie im   gezeigten'AusfüShrungsbeispiel    nur eine Abstandhaltekette 1 vorzusehen; könnte zusätzlich eine ähnliche Kette für das untere Raupenband oder könnten für das obere und eventuell zusätzlich auch für das untere Raupenband zwei oder mehr  solche Ketten in Abstand nebeneinander angeordnet sein.

The main patent No. 325 553 has the subject of a process for continuously producing a corrugated sheet of synthetic resin and an apparatus for carrying out the process. An apparatus described, for example, is characterized in that in the polymerization chamber there are two driven endless caterpillar belts formed from rollers that serve as wave formers, between which the impregnated web is moved along with them, the rollers of one caterpillar belt facing along the web the rollers of the other caterpillar belt are offset, and the web is pressed between the rollers of the two caterpillars.



   The rollers of the upper caterpillar belt are attached to the belt with play in order to take into account possible inaccuracies of certain rollers and possibly the material web to be corrugated.



   This apparatus generally works satisfactorily, but results in a product which sometimes has thickness and undulation non-uniformities.



   The prerequisite for eliminating these errors is that the rollers of the caterpillar belts remain perfectly parallel to one another and have the same A & - positions from one another.



   The aim of the invention is to provide an apparatus which is improved in this respect and which makes it possible to obtain a product whose thickness is really uniform and can be smaller, and which also has a better surface finish.



   The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention (without the two printing cylinders).

   The apparatus shown in Fig. 1 is largely similar to the apparatus shown in Fig. 4 of the main patent. In the space surrounded by the upper caterpillar belt, an endless, self-contained Gall chain 1 is arranged in the longitudinal center plane, which moves at the same speed as this caterpillar belt, since it is carried along by it thanks to the engagement between its rollers. It runs over two chain wheels 3 which are rotatably mounted on a frame 2. All axle bolts of the chain 1 carry two ball bearings 4 which roll over the upward and downward facing surfaces of the frame 2; the two ends of each of these axle bolts each carry a round disk 5 which engages between adjacent rollers of the lower run of the upper caterpillar belt.

   These disks are used to keep the rollers out of each other, so that they are kept at the same distance from each other. The chain 1 with its disks 5 thus acts, as it were, as a calibrated chimney running along, so that the rollers of the caterpillar belt follow one another at precisely the same intervals.



   The frame 2 is carried by crossbars 6 which are pivotably mounted at one end on bearing parts 7 which are attached to the corresponding side wall of the housing of the apparatus. At the other end of each crossbeam 6 there is articulated an adjusting screw 8 which, together with two nuts carried by it, makes it possible to adjust and fix the position in relation to the said housing and to the path of the upper caterpillar belt.



   Instead of providing only one spacer chain 1 as in the exemplary embodiment shown; could additionally be a similar chain for the lower caterpillar belt or two or more such chains could be arranged at a distance next to one another for the upper and possibly also for the lower caterpillar belt.

PATENTANSPRUCH Apparatur nach dem Patentanspruch II und dem Unteranspruch 11 des Hauptpatentes, gekennzeichnet durch eine Vorrichtung mit Abstandhalteelementen, welche von den Walzen des unteren Trums des oberen Raupenbandes mitgenommen werden, und welche, solange sie mit diesen Walzen in Eingriff stehen, dieselben in gleichen Abständen voneinander und parallel zueinander halten..
