Description

  

  Boîte    Le     présent    breveta     pour    objet     une    boîte     formée     de deux parties     articulées    l'une à l'autre et d'un  dispositif de     fermeture.     



  Cette boîte est     caractérisée    par le fait que ledit       dispositif    est     constitué    par au     moins    deux     pièces,     magnétiques:     portées    par     les    deux parties de la     boîte     et disposées de manière à     exercer    l'une sur     l'autre     une     attraction        mutuelle    lorsque la     boîte    est     fermée.     



  Le dessin     représente,    à titre d'exemple, une for  me     d'exécution    de l'objet     die    l'invention.  



  La     fig.    1 en est une vue en     élévation    de     face    ;  les     fig.    2 et 3 sont deux vues     en,        coupe    par les.  lignes     II-II    et     III-III    de la     fig.    1, la     dernière,    la       boîte        étant        ouverte.     



  La     boîte    représentée est     destinée    à servir     d'écrin     pour une montre ou     d'étui    à     cigarettes.     



  Cette boîte est formée par deux     coquilles    10 et  11 de forme générale rectangulaire, en matière mou  lée, garnie     extérieurement    d'une peau 12     qui    forme       articulation    en 13.  



  Elle comprend encore un dispositif de fermeture  magnétique     constitué    par deux     barreaux    aimantés 14  et 15     noyés        partiellement    dans les     bords    antérieurs  des coquilles et orientés de manière à se     coller    l'un  à l'autre, par     attraction    magnétique     mutuelle,    lorsque  la boîte     est        fermée.       Les aimants     sont        dimensionnés        de    façon que l'on  puisse     ouvrir    la boîte,

   c'est-à-dire vaincre la     force     maintenant les     aimants        appliqués    l'un     contre    l'autre,       manuellement,    sans effort excessif. Cette opération  est     facilitée        par        dies    encoches 16 que présentent les  bords antérieurs des     coquilles    et dans     lesquelles    l'usa  ger     ;peut    introduire     les        ongles.     



       L'invention        n'est        évidemment    pas     limitée    à ce  qui est     représenté    au dessin.     D'autre    part, la dési  gnation de     l'invention        doit    être prise dans     son    sens  le plus     large.    La boîte revendiquée pourrait, en     effet,          constituer        aussi    bien un     étui    à lunettes ou à ciga  rettes, un     coffret    à bijoux,

   un écrin de montre qu'une       trousse    ou un     .récipient,    ou tout autre objet     poursui-          vant    un but     analogue.  



  Box The present patent relates to a box formed of two parts articulated to one another and of a closing device.



  This box is characterized in that said device consists of at least two magnetic parts: carried by the two parts of the box and arranged so as to exert mutual attraction on one another when the box is closed.



  The drawing represents, by way of example, one embodiment of the object of the invention.



  Fig. 1 is a front elevational view thereof; figs. 2 and 3 are two views in, section by. lines II-II and III-III of fig. 1, the last one, the box being opened.



  The box shown is intended to serve as a case for a watch or cigarette case.



  This box is formed by two shells 10 and 11 of generally rectangular shape, in soft material, lined on the outside with a skin 12 which forms a 13-joint.



  It also comprises a magnetic closure device consisting of two magnetic bars 14 and 15 partially embedded in the front edges of the shells and oriented so as to stick to one another, by mutual magnetic attraction, when the box is closed. The magnets are sized so that the box can be opened,

   that is, overcoming the force keeping the magnets applied against each other, manually, without excessive effort. This operation is facilitated by dies notches 16 which present the front edges of the shells and in which the user can insert the nails.



       The invention is obviously not limited to what is shown in the drawing. On the other hand, the designation of the invention should be taken in its broadest sense. The claimed box could in fact constitute a case for glasses or cigars, a jewelry box,

   a watch case, a case or a receptacle, or any other object having a similar purpose.
