Description

  

      Dispositif    de     fixation       La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif  de fixation, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend  deux     demi-anneaux    disposés l'un contre l'autre, bout  à bout, présentant à leur périphérie, à une de     leurs     extrémités deux tenons radiaux contigus, l'un de       ceux-ci    au moins présentant des filets sur la partie  qui n'est pas     contiguë    à l'autre tenon et     portant    un  écrou également engagé sur l'autre tenon,

   ces deux  tenons présentant chacun une partie creuse et de  forme telle que ces deux parties constituent ensem  ble un trou taraudé susceptible d'être engagé sur un  élément de construction pourvu d'un filetage corres  pondant.  



  Le dessin annexé représente, à titre     d'exemple,     une forme d'exécution du dispositif objet de l'inven  tion.  



  La     fig.    1 en est une vue en élévation en coupe       partielle    ;  la     fig.    2 est une vue en coupe suivant     II-II    de  la     fig.    1.  



  Le dispositif représenté comprend deux     demi-an-          neaux    métalliques 1 et 2 disposés l'un contre l'autre  bout à bout.  



  L'une des extrémités ou l'un des bouts du     demi-          anneau    2 présente à sa périphérie un tenon radial 3,  ayant la forme générale d'un     demi-cylindre    de révo  lution, pourvu sur sa surface cylindrique d'un file  tage 4.  



  L'une des extrémités du demi-anneau 1 comprend  à sa périphérie un tenon radial 5 ayant la forme  générale d'un demi-tronc de cône ; sur la surface  conique de ce dernier est destiné à se déplacer un  écrou moleté 6 engagé sur le filetage 4.  



  Les surfaces planes 7 et 8 du     demi-tronc    de cône 5  et du demi-cylindre 3 sont en regard et présentent res  pectivement un     demi-trou    taraudé 9 et un demi-trou  taraudé 10, constituant ensemble un trou taraudé    susceptible d'être engagé sur un élément de construc  tion 11 pourvu d'un filetage correspondant.  



  L'autre extrémité du     demi-anheau    1, comprend  un     épaulement    12 destiné à prendre appui sur une       battée    13 aménagée sur l'extrémité correspondante  du demi-anneau 2.  



  Le dispositif représenté est utilisé,     lorsqu'il,    s'agit  de fixer un tube 14 à un élément     de    construction 11  comme suit  La tige 11 est fixée sur une paroi par exemple,  et l'écrou 11 engagé sur     celle-ci    ; ensuite les deux  demi-anneau 1 -et 2 sont montés bout à bout sur le  tube 14 de façon que l'épaulement 12 soit sur la       battée    13, et le tenon 3 en regard du tenon 5, les  deux demi-trous taraudés 9 et 10 des tenons 3 et 5  étant engagés sur la partie filetée de la tige 11 ; puis  l'écrou moleté 6 est vissé sur le tenon 3 et cela jus  qu'à ce qu'il soit bloqué sur la partie conique du  tenon 5.  



  Il est prévu de réaliser un dispositif comprenant  deux tenons radiaux présentant des     filets    sur leurs  parties non contiguës, ces filets formant     ensemble    un  filetage complet.

   these two tenons each having a hollow part and of a shape such that these two parts together constitute a threaded hole capable of being engaged on a construction element provided with a corresponding thread.



  The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the device which is the subject of the invention.



  Fig. 1 is an elevational view thereof in partial section; fig. 2 is a sectional view along II-II of FIG. 1.



  The device shown comprises two metal half-rings 1 and 2 placed one against the other end to end.



  One of the ends or one of the ends of the half-ring 2 has at its periphery a radial tenon 3, having the general shape of a half-revolving cylinder, provided on its cylindrical surface with a thread 4 .



  One of the ends of the half-ring 1 comprises at its periphery a radial tenon 5 having the general shape of a half-truncated cone; on the conical surface of the latter is intended to move a knurled nut 6 engaged on the thread 4.



  The flat surfaces 7 and 8 of the half-truncated cone 5 and of the half-cylinder 3 are facing each other and present respectively a tapped half-hole 9 and a tapped half-hole 10, together constituting a tapped hole capable of being engaged. on a construction element 11 provided with a corresponding thread.



  The other end of the half-ring 1 comprises a shoulder 12 intended to bear on a batten 13 arranged on the corresponding end of the half-ring 2.



  The device shown is used when it comes to fixing a tube 14 to a construction element 11 as follows. The rod 11 is fixed to a wall for example, and the nut 11 engaged thereon; then the two half-rings 1 -and 2 are mounted end to end on the tube 14 so that the shoulder 12 is on the batten 13, and the tenon 3 opposite the tenon 5, the two tapped half-holes 9 and 10 of the tenons 3 and 5 being engaged on the threaded part of the rod 11; then the knurled nut 6 is screwed on the tenon 3 and this until it is locked on the conical part of the tenon 5.



  It is planned to produce a device comprising two radial tenons having threads on their non-contiguous parts, these threads together forming a complete thread.

Claims

CLAIM Fastening device, characterized in that it comprises two half-rings arranged one against the other, end to end, having at their periphery at one of their ends, two contiguous radial tenons, one of these at least having threads on the part which is not contiguous to the other tenon and carrying a nut also engaged on the other tenon, these two tenons each having a hollow part and of such shape as these two parts together constitute a threaded hole capable of being engaged on a construction element provided with a corresponding thread. SUB-CLAIMS 1.

Device according to claim, characterized in that one of the ends of a half-ring has a shoulder intended to bear on a batten of the corresponding end of the other half-ring. 2. Device according to claim and sub-claim 1, characterized in that the threaded tenon has the general shape of a half-cylinder of revolution. 3. Device according to claim and sub-claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the non-threaded tenon has the general shape of a half-truncated cone.

4. Device according to claim, characterized in that the two tenons have threads on their non-contiguous parts and together form a complete thread.
