Description

  

  Elektrische Vorrichtung zum Grillieren von Fleisch    Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung  zum Grillieren von Fleisch mit einem     äussern    Ge  häuse, bei der das Gehäuse eine nach oben offene  hohle Form und einen in die obere Öffnung eingesetz  ten, als Auflage für das zu grillierende Fleisch die  nenden Rost aufweist und im Unterteil des Gehäuses  eine nach oben offene, als Reflektor wirkende Schale  eingesetzt ist, die auf beiden Längsseiten des Gehäu  ses festgehalten ist und zugleich zum Auffangen des  Fettes dient, wobei beide Stirnseiten des Gehäuses  durch     Seitenwände    abgeschlossen sind.  



  Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist auf der Zeichnung  in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform dargestellt.       Fig.    1 zeigt die Vorrichtung im Längsschnitt.       Fig.2    ist ein Schnitt nach der Linie     11-II    in       Fig.    1 und       Fig.    3 ein Querschnitt durch die Vorrichtung.  Die Vorrichtung     weist    ein äusseres Gehäuse mit  einer U-förmigen untern, nach oben offenen Schale 1  auf, die auf einem Fuss 2 befestigt ist.

   Die obern  Enden der Schale sind bei 3 einwärts gebogen und  bilden Zungen 4, die als Auflage für einen     in    die  obere     öffnung    des Gehäuses eingesetzten Rost 5 die  nen, auf den das zu     grillierende        Fleisch    gelegt wird.  In der Schale 1 ist ein gebogener, nach oben offener,  ausziehbarer Einsatz 6 mit einem freien Zwischen  raum zwischen dem Boden der Schale 1 und diesem  eingesetzt, der als Reflektor für die Strahlung von  zwei an den obern Enden des Einsatzes angeordneten       Heizstäben    7 dient.

   Diese Heizstäbe 7 sind durch  Glasperlen 11 isoliert an den Zungen 4 befestigt,  wobei die Zuleitung des elektrischen Stromes zu den  hintereinander angeordneten Stäben durch die An  schlussleitung 8 und Klemmen 10 erfolgt. Die An  schlussleitung ist durch eine Verschraubung 9 in der  äussern Schale festgehalten.    Der Einsatz 6 dient gleichzeitig zur     Zurückwer-          fung    der Strahlen gegen das     Grillgut    und zur Auf  nahme von abtropfendem Fett und Fleischsaft.  



  Das Gehäuse besitzt Stirnwände 12, 13.

The device has an outer housing with a U-shaped lower shell 1 which is open at the top and which is fastened on a foot 2.

   The upper ends of the shell are bent inwards at 3 and form tongues 4, which serve as a support for a grate 5 inserted into the upper opening of the housing, on which the meat to be grilled is placed. In the shell 1, a curved, upwardly open, pull-out insert 6 is inserted with a free space between the bottom of the shell 1 and this, which serves as a reflector for the radiation from two heating rods 7 arranged at the upper ends of the insert.

   These heating rods 7 are insulated by glass beads 11 and attached to the tongues 4, with the electrical current being supplied to the rods arranged one behind the other through the connecting line 8 and terminals 10. The connection line is held in place by a screw connection 9 in the outer shell. The insert 6 serves at the same time to reflect the rays against the food to be grilled and to absorb dripping fat and meat juice.



  The housing has end walls 12, 13.
