Luftbehandlungsapparat Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Luftbehandlungsapparat mit einem die zu behandelnde Luft umwälzenden Ventilator. Erfindungsgemäss ist der letztere über einem Behälter angeordnet, der eine einen desinfizierenden Bestandteil enthaltende feste Masse enthält. Zweckmässigerweise ist dieser Behälter unterhalb des Ventilators auswechselbar angeordnet.
In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes in einem Vertikalschnitt dargestellt.
Der dargestellte Apparat umfasst einen Gehäuseunterteil 1, einen auf den letzteren aufgeschraubten Bodenring 2 und einen den Ventilator 3 aufnehmenden Gehäuseoberteil 4. Letzterer weist Lufteintritts- öffnungen 5 und Luftaustrittsöffnungen 6 auf. Die Raumluft wird daher im Sinne der eingezeichneten Pfeile durch den Apparat bewegt, wobei sie über einen Behälter 7 hinwegstreicht, der eine desinfizierende feste Masse enthält. Der Behälter 7 ist mittels Gewinde 8 in dem Gehäuseunterteil 1 eingeschraubt und nach oben vermittels eines Schiebers 9 abgedeckt.
Dieser Schieber 9 ist um einen Zapfen 10 über einer durchbrochenen Platte 11 bewegbar, und zwar derart, dass die öffnungen in der letzteren und im Schieber sich je nach der Stellung des letzteren ganz oder teilweise überdecken können. Je nach der Stellung des Schiebers 9 findet eine mehr oder weniger starke Verdunstung der Masse aus dem Behälter heraus statt, und die umgewälzte Luft kann sich daher in verschieden starkem Ausmass mit desinfizierenden Stoffen anreichern. Die im auswechselbaren Behälter 7 enthaltene Masse besteht zweckmässig aus einem Füll- und einem aromatischen bzw. desinfizierenden Stoff. Sobald dies nötig ist, kann entweder der Behälter 7 ausgewechselt oder mit neuer Masse gefüllt werden.
Die Zusammensetzung der geruchvertilgenden und desinfizierenden Masse ist zweckmässig wie folgt: Isopropanol, Triäthylenglycol, Hyamine (eingetragene Marke) Propylenglycol.

Air treatment apparatus The present invention relates to an air treatment apparatus with a fan which circulates the air to be treated. According to the invention, the latter is arranged over a container which contains a solid mass containing a disinfectant component. This container is expediently arranged to be exchangeable below the fan.
In the accompanying drawing, an example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in a vertical section.
The apparatus shown comprises a lower housing part 1, a base ring 2 screwed onto the latter, and an upper housing part 4 accommodating the fan 3. The latter has air inlet openings 5 and air outlet openings 6. The room air is therefore moved through the apparatus in the sense of the arrows drawn, sweeping over a container 7 which contains a disinfecting solid mass. The container 7 is screwed into the lower housing part 1 by means of a thread 8 and is covered at the top by means of a slide 9.
This slide 9 can be moved around a pin 10 over a perforated plate 11 in such a way that the openings in the latter and in the slide can completely or partially overlap, depending on the position of the latter. Depending on the position of the slide 9, there is more or less strong evaporation of the mass out of the container, and the circulated air can therefore be enriched with disinfecting substances to different degrees. The mass contained in the exchangeable container 7 expediently consists of a filler and an aromatic or disinfectant substance. As soon as this is necessary, either the container 7 can be exchanged or filled with a new mass.
The composition of the odor-eliminating and disinfecting mass is appropriate as follows: Isopropanol, triethylene glycol, hyamine (registered trademark) propylene glycol.
