Unruh mit Welle, Spiralfeder und Hebelstift für Zeitwerk und Verfahren zu deren Herstellung Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Unruh mit Welle, Spiralfeder und Hebelstift für Zeitwerke.
Zweck der Erfindung ist die Vereinfachung und Verbilligung der Herstellung von Unruhen.
Zu diesem Zweck ist erfindungsgemäss eine Unruh für Zeitwerk dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unruh aus Metall und mit einem Ansatz für die Befestigung der Spiralfeder aus einem Stück besteht.
Hierbei kann die Unruh durch ein Spritzguss- verfahren so hergestellt werden, dass Metall um die Unruhwelle und um den Hebelstift gegossen wird, wobei diese letzteren beiden Teile vor dem Einbringen des Metalles zum Giessen der Unruh in einer Form angeordnet werden.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Es zeigt: Fig. 1 einen Schnitt durch eine Unruh und Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf die Unruh der Fig. 1. In der Zeichnung bezeichnet 10 die Unruh, 11 die Unruhwelle und 12 den Hebelstift. Die Unruh ist im Spritzgussverfahren aus einer Zinn- oder Zinklegierung um die Unruhwelle 11 und um den Hebelstift 12 gegossen. Die beiden Teile 11 und 12 bestehen vorzugsweise aus Stahl und werden in geeigneter Weise vor dem Einbringen des Metalles in der Giessform angeordnet.
Das Giessen wird so ausgeführt, dass auf der den Hebelstift 12 gegenüberliegenden Seite der Unruh ein Ansatz 13 gebildet wird, an welchem das innere Ende einer Spiralfeder 14 aus Phosphorbronze befestigt ist, deren äusseres Ende an einem nicht dargestellten Fixpunkt verankert ist.
An der Unruh ist eine Verdickung 15 gebildet, welche auf der dem Hebelstift diametral ge- genüberliegenden Seite der Unruh bei 16 noch weiter verdickt ist, um die Unruh auszubalancieren.
Im Zentrum der Unruh ist eine Nabe 17 gebildet, die gegenüber dem Hebelstift eine Ausnehmung 18 besitzt.

The purpose of the invention is to simplify and make the manufacture of unrest cheaper and cheaper.
For this purpose, according to the invention, a balance wheel for a timepiece is characterized in that the balance wheel is made of metal and consists of one piece with an attachment for fastening the spiral spring.
The balance can be manufactured by an injection molding process in such a way that metal is poured around the balance shaft and the lever pin, these latter two parts being arranged in a mold before the metal is introduced for casting the balance.
An example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. 1 shows a section through a balance and FIG. 2 shows a plan view of the balance in FIG. 1. In the drawing, 10 denotes the balance, 11 the balance shaft and 12 the lever pin. The balance wheel is injection-molded from a tin or zinc alloy around the balance shaft 11 and around the lever pin 12. The two parts 11 and 12 are preferably made of steel and are arranged in a suitable manner in the casting mold before the metal is introduced.
The casting is carried out in such a way that a shoulder 13 is formed on the side of the balance wheel opposite the lever pin 12, to which the inner end of a spiral spring 14 made of phosphor bronze is attached, the outer end of which is anchored at a fixed point not shown.
A thickening 15 is formed on the balance, which is further thickened at 16 on the side of the balance diametrically opposite the lever pin in order to balance the balance.
A hub 17 is formed in the center of the balance wheel and has a recess 18 opposite the lever pin.
