Description
Fittings for connecting structural parts, in particular furniture parts The present invention relates to a fitting for assembly z. B. of wooden parts, in the manner of the previously known elongated bed shutter fittings. It enables such fittings to be blocked, i. E. Furniture parts that are provided with it, permanently or temporarily inextricably linked.
The present drawing shows an exemplary embodiment: Fig. 1 shows the plate a with an elongated hole b and three screw holes c. Behind the elongated hole b is a punched-out slot d with a flush-mounted leaf spring e.
Fig.2 is the same fittings as in Fig.1. in longitudinal section.
Fig. 3 shows the one plate f with connec tion pin with head g and nose h to suppress Her the spring during insertion and locking after insertion and with two screw holes c. The hole i has a thread for screwing in an iron screw k. This screw k pushes after a few turns to the snapped; Spring in posi tion L in Fig. 7 and thus enables the entire connection to be released again by sliding the upper fitting part to the right into the position of Fig. 5.
Fig. 4 is the same fittings as in Fig. 3 in section.
Fig. 5 is a fitting, mounted, drawn in section, in the introductory position. After both parts have been pressed together, the upper part is pushed to the left until the spring snaps into place behind the nose. This achieves the blocked position in FIG. 6, in which the fitting parts can no longer come loose by themselves.
Figure 5a. is a cross section through the pin g of the fitting.
Fig. 6a is a cross section through the nose h of the fitting with the nose blocked.
To loosen the connection, turn the screw k a few turns, the spring goes to position L, as shown in Fig. 7.
7a is a cross section through the nose k of the fitting with the nose unblocked. If the fittings are to be used for the production of connections that can no longer be released, the screw k and its threaded hole can simply be omitted. More than one connecting pin g and slot b could also be provided.
