Description
Drehsinne umlaufenden Schneckenk¯rpern.
Machine for treating, e.g. B. for kneading, of good
The invention relates to a machine for treating, e.g. B. for kneading, of good, with at least one of a housing enclosed, continuously conveying screw body and with at least one im. Conveyor way arranged Sta. u facility.
The Sehneckenkorper of machines with FM'ersehnecke demands a z. B. tough material normally in one conveying direction and with a delivery volume (throughput volume per unit of time), which are caused by the twist, the direction of rotation and the speed of rotation of the screw.
By a b. For example, the damming device arranged at the outlet end of the Sehneeke receive the delivery volume and the difference in pressures at the end and the outlet nozzle of the machine under otherwise the same conditions other values than without the damming device. It shows that the flow profile, which is characteristic of the Material promotion * in the tendon ducts is changed by the counteracting thread part in the following way:
In addition to the flow in the normal direction, a part of the material paves an opposite path through the screw, or remains in the flow velocity in the tendon passages, so that only part of the flow rate that would be obtained without the counteracting thread part leaving the machine. The backward flow part is due to the pressure caused by the congestion at the outlet end of the machine. With sufficient pressure at the outlet end of the. Ma.-sehine creates a turbulent wind in the snow cap.
A flow which is associated with a considerable mixing effect or, in the case of a kneadable cut, with a considerable mixing and kneading effect.
The machine according to the invention is characterized in that the. The screw body has at least one conveying threaded part and as a damming device at least one threaded part counteracting the conveying.
The material can have a liquid, viscous or plastic consistency.
In the drawing, for example, various embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown thematically:
Fig. I shows a vertical longitudinal section through a machine with two in the same.
Rotation senses revolving worm bodies.
Fig. 2 shows a horizontal longitudinal section through the same machine, along the line A-B of Fig. 1, and
FIG. 3 shows a cross section along the line C-D of FIG. 1.
Fig. 4 shows a vertical longitudinal section through a machine with lei concentrically arranged screws.
FIG. 5 shows a horizontal longitudinal section through the same machine along line E-1 in FIGS
FIG. 6 illustrates a cross section along line G-H of FIG. 4.
In Fig. 7: a longitudinal section through a Masehine containing a strainer housing, is shown.
8 shows a longitudinal section through a machine which is equipped with a strainerless, conical press cover.
The machine shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 has two tendon bodies arranged next to one another, which rotate in the same direction, are located in a housing that encloses them and their passages interlock. It denotes 1 the conveying thread parts of the worm bodies and 2 the thread parts counteracting these, which have an opposite twist. Both threaded parts of the snow body, both the conveying and the counteracting threaded parts, have the same diameter and are located on a common shaft.
The material to be treated enters the housing through the connector 3, is conveyed to the left by the threaded parts 1 and leaves the housing through the connector 4. Since the threaded parts 2 exert an opposing effect, the dwell time of the Good in the machine is increased and a high mixing effect is achieved, or a high kneading and mixing effect in the case of kneadable goods.
The demanding and the. Counteracting or in the opposite direction conveying screw parts are selected in this and in the machines described below in accordance with the requirements and so that the conveying effect in the one direction exceeds the conveying effect of the counteracting screw part.
The machine according to FIGS. 4 to 6 also has two of the same. Rotational senses revolving screw bodies, each of which consists of three concentrically arranged screws, and. on the conveying screw part 5 as an external thread and the braking screw part 6 as an internal thread of a hollow Selmeekenkörpers, in the Hohlraum'a fixed, hollow Dol-n with a clear inner diameter of the hollow tendon body. s corresponding outside diameter and in which a screw conveyor 8 revolves.
The item to be treated enters the housing at 7, is required by the external thread 5 to the opposite end face of the housing, in order to get there through openings, as indicated by arrows, into the area of action of the internally counteracting tendon 6.
From. the left end of this screw reaches the material through the hollow thorn a. n-arranged openings into the interior of the hollow mandrel and is captured there by the screw conveyor 8, which urges it through the outlet opening 9 to the outside. The number of turns, pitches and profiles of the demanding screw parts 5 and 8 and the braking or demanding screw part 6 in the opposite direction are selected so that the conveying effect of the screw parts 5 and 8 together is the braking or the opposite demanding effect of the screw part 6 exceeds.
7 shows an embodiment of the machine for pressing out a product containing liquid components, that is to say for separating solid substances from liquid substances, the screw body being arranged in a strainer housing. The screw body, consisting of the conveying threaded part 1 and the braking threaded part 2, which are both fastened on the common shaft 16, rotates here in the housing 10b, which is provided with filter openings 15. The product to be pressed enters the machine at 3.
The liquid component of the goods emerges through the side openings 15 and the solid component through the opening 4 from the casing. Here, too, the conveying effect of the threaded part 1 exceeds the damming effect of the threaded part 2,
FIG. 8 shows a further embodiment for the separation of solid substances from liquid, the tendon body being arranged in a conical press jacket, which is loose.
The inlet opening 3 for the material to be treated is here at a distance of at least one full screw flight of the conveying snow part l of the screw body in front of the outlet opening 18 for the liquid portion of the pressed material, the solid part of the Good leaves! denj press jacket. through the outlet connection 17, after the material has been subjected to an intensive mixing and kneading treatment by means of the brake screw 2.
A design advantage of the machine is that the axial thrust of the rotating spindle or spindles is more demanding and counteracting due to the interaction. Tendon parts can be significantly reduced.
The machine can also be used to perform mixing and kneading processes in which previous reactions occur.
