Description

  

  Gliederschalung für Betonkonstruktionen und     Betonformatücke       Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine  (Miederschalung mit länglichen     rohrförmigen     Gliedern für Betonkonstruktionen und     Be-          tonformstücke,    die einen profilierten     Quer-          sclmitt    aufweisen und durch     Verbindungs-          rnittel        aneinanderliegend        und    beweglich zu  sammengehalten sind, bei der der profilierte  Querschnitt     wenigstens    teilweise auf dem Um  rang eine Kreisform als     Grundform    aufweist,

    an der an einer Seite wenigstens eine Ver  steifungsleiste von 'U-förmigem, mit den bei  den Schenkeln nach aussen gerichtetem Pro  fil angeordnet ist, wobei die Schenkelenden  gegen das benachbarte Glied schliessen.  



  Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist auf der       Zeichnung    in einer beispielsweisen Ausfüh  rungsform dargestellt.  



       Fig.1    ist ein Aufriss der Schalung, teil  weise im Schnitt der Glieder.  



       Fig.2        zeigt    einen Querschnitt der     Scha-          hing.     



       Fig.    3 zeigt in perspektivischer Ansicht  das obere und untere Ende eines Einzelglie  des.  



  Die     einzelnen    Glieder der Gliederschalung  bestehen aus länglichen Elementen mit kreis  förmigem Querschnitt als Grundform, mit  denen auf wenigstens einer Längsseite 2 eine  Versteifungsleiste 3     U-förmigen        Querschnittes     mit den beiden     Schenkeln    nach aussen gerich  tet fest verbunden ist. Der Querschnitt dieser  Leiste weist an den Schenkeln 4 durch das  Abbiegen eine doppelte Materialstärke auf,    während der     Verbindungssteg    eine einfache  Materialstärke besitzt. Die Berührung des  Umfanges des     benachbarten    Gliedes erfolgt an  zwei parallelen Linien, wodurch ein gutes Ab  schliessen gegen das benachbarte Rohr ge  sichert wird.

   Ausserdem sind an der Innen  seite Deckleisten 3a, die sich an den Rändern  überdecken, angebracht. Die Glieder sind an  den Enden durch aufgeschweisste Böden 5  abgeschlossen, die in der     Mitte    eine Bohrung 7  aufweisen, in die nach beiden Seiten vor  stehende Zapfen 6 von vorstehenden Verbin  dungsteilen 8 des Gliedes 1 greifen und das  zentrische Aufsetzen von Gliedern zur Ver  längerung ermöglichen.  



  Die Entfernung der Zapfen 6 vom Boden  loch entspricht der     Mittenentfernung    der ein  zelnen Glieder 1 voneinander. Die Verbin  dungsteile 8 sind, wie aus     Fig.1    ersichtlich,  durch einen in radialer Richtung seitlich aus  einem Gliedboden vorstehenden und auch     in.     axialer Richtung in bezug auf die Boden  ebene versetzten Teil gebildet, der beidseitig  einen Zapfen 6 trägt.

  The individual links of the link formwork consist of elongated elements with a circular cross-section as a basic shape, with which on at least one longitudinal side 2 a stiffening strip 3 U-shaped cross-section is firmly connected to the two legs outwardly directed tet.
