Description

Rail spring nail The object of the present invention is a further embodiment of the rail spring nail according to the claim of the main patent.

The spring nails used in the main patent, for example, consist of a multi-curved roller rod, the ends of which are adjacent to one another and form the insert pin.

In contrast, the spring nail according to the present invention is characterized by the fact that it consists of a rolled rod which has a longitudinal slot over part of its length and is deformed in such a way that it can be pressed down. forms the rail on the pad serving resilient retaining bracket. and the unslotted part is intended to serve as a striking pin.

An exemplary embodiment is illustrated in the accompanying drawing.

Fig. 1 and 2 show a spring nail in two stages of manufacture ..

Fig. 1 shows a roll bar a, which has a longitudinal seat b along part of its length. This part of the rolled rod a, labeled a1, is deformed by pressing and seaming in such a way that it forms a resilient retaining bracket,

as shown in FIG. The unslotted part a2 of the roller bar serves as a drive-in pin, while the slotted part ai, which is deformed into a retaining bracket, is used in the same way as in the main patent for pressing the rail onto the base.
